So severely disappointed I will not be back. This place used to be great but apparently they cannot handle how busy they now are and have just lost an old customer. We have been regularly visiting this place for several years now. I've recommended you to so many people, any time Chinese Food came up. I will make sure to update my reccomendation. I placed my order at 8:15 and literally live less than a mile away, 4 minutes door to door if you count the time to buckle your seatbelt and lock your house. I signed up for text updates... At 9:05 no update, no food, so I called. They said they were really busy. I said I'll just come and pick it up. The woman took the tip off of the bill but did not take the delivery fee off, and when I got the food the crab rangoon and shrimp roll were barely luke warm. The lomein noodles were all stuck together. This literally was the worst chinese food I've ever had. When I called back and brought this all to the ladies attention she said okay. Hopefully my review will help other people from having as bad of an experience as we've had this time. I really liked you guys! The way you all handled this was completely unprofessional and dropping the ball 1 time being late, 2 times not calling or updating, 3 not fixing the food you should have known was going to be cold, 4 not being able to handle a service you offer to the point I had to come, just offer takeout if you can't handle deliver, and 5 still charging me for a delivery fee when I had to do your job for you. You could have actually taken the delivery fee off, you could have called me, but most of all you could have made sure someone that's been here many times didn't leave with this subpar of food and an experience that literally screams, "Please don't come back, we do not appreciate your business." Best of luck to you guys, I hope all the new people moving here support your business as well as the long timers that you are not taking care of at all or at this rate you all will be out of business before the end of the year. I don't expect specialized service, I expect you to do what you say you offer, and to provide food that I don't just want to ya know, Throw in the trash. I ordered from place before. The place has new owners. The was food before but now I think it's even better. Picked up a beef and broccoli lunch special and side of Krab Rangoons. They were great! I also order the Pad Thai but in a brown sauce, it was good too but will definitely need to try it in their house sauce. read more

The meat in the ramen was fork-tender and full of umami; the ramen was chewy; and it was served with a wide variety of fresh vegetables (zucchin, broccoli, carrot, onions, green onions, corn, microgreens, pickled ginger). The ramen was ~5oz. PS: the noodles are salty -- ramens are meant to be salty. Service was awesome. Several things that my server impressed me: 1. He asked me about my food allergies -- important for seafood-dense restaurants like a Japanese restaurant. 2. I asked for some extra ramen when I just got the entree. He suggested to bring me the extra when I almost finish the ramen in my entree. Surprisingly, he brought a small bowl of ramen exactly when I was about to finish it -- very precise and customer-oriented. 3. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time. 4. When he was taking the order of another table, he gave recommendations to the customers based on their dietary preferences, instead of blindly mentioning the "signature dishes" like most servers do. Moreover, when the customers ordered food, he squat down to listen what they said carefully. So, yes, I speak highly of this restaurant. Definitely recommend it.
