we just had lunch today and tried a new item on the menu. It's brand new and delicious. It is called Chicken and Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda. I hope Noodles will keep it on their menu. One of the bowls looked like somebody else's left over food that they left like it had already been mixed and it was the wrong order anyway. The penne Rosa tasted nothing like I usually get almost tasted like chemicals. I usually never comment because I know people make mistakes and whatever but this was horrible. I ordered curbside pickup through the app. I received my order within the given time frame. Two add ins were missing. I was charged for them. I went in the store to rectify it and was met with excuses from the MOD. No refund until the general manager came in tomorrow. Then I was told since I placed the order through their app I had to request a refund that way. Nothing in the app to do it of course this "manager" had no idea. I have literally never written a Yelp review in my life. I went to this location today, used the restroom, and came out to order. A large man in the kitchen yelled across the restaurant to rudely ask me if I had ordered online. He yelled that I couldn't order in store and left it at that. Obviously realizing how rude he was, the girl at the front counter politely directed me to the website to use. Too bad - was already over this place when that dude screamed at me from 30 feet away. I'm a small, young girl and I'm try to fathom why it was necessary to be so excessively rude. Also, I'm sitting in my car as I type this and I'm watching people leave the restaurant in droves without ordering because the only door that's unlocked is clearly marked EXIT. I haven't been to Noodles for a long time. When they were new, we went a lot and got burned out because of the limited menu. The new items with more interesting ingredients pepped up the menu. We both had the truffle mac and cheese with mushrooms and though a little salty, we both enjoyed it. This location is also new and that helped. It's more comfortable, fresher, cleaner. The parking is easier too. Just a better shopping center than the previous spot down Baseline a couple of blocks. And an all around better experience. My office went here today and picked this Noodles location over others due to the easy parking. I ordered 9 meals online, which was easy peasy. So was the parking, and going directly to the front of the line. I would like to make a suggestion to Noodles that they give big orders a bag with handles - or better quality bags. The girl behind the counter handed me one bag and it ripped in her hands because it was so heavy. I had drinks as well. Taking the order out to the car was difficult and the bag situation didn't help. All 9 meals were included in the order ... which doesn't always happen. So THAT was good! We ordered the Thai green curry, the chicken Veracruz salad (2), penne Rosa with chicken (was not included), pesto cavatappi with chicken, Japanese pan noodles (excellent), and a grilled chicken ceasar. One meal was missing the chicken I ordered to be included, and pod for. The chicken in my meal was way over cooked and I couldn't eat it. Everyone else's meals were good. They got the special salad dressing directions done correctly. Which was pretty difficult to do. So all in all - lunch today was okay! read more

I waited about 7 minutes at the resister before anyone took my order. Then when I got home with my "penne rosa extra spicy" (which I have ordered many times before after work) I found it had almost no sauce on it and just a separate side container of sriracha. I ended up adding my own pasta sauce. Needless to say, I could have made my own pasta at home for less than half that price and it would have tasted better. read more

This review can be used for basically any Noodles. I have never been dissapointed at any of them. Noodles is fast food. As Fishbits said for fast food it's healthy (well relatively), it's consistent and it's good. I have never been dissapointed with my stroganoff, my buttered noodles or my Penne Rosa. I think the Penne Rosa may be the best item on their menu. Also, considering the portions and service the price isn't bad either. read more

Ordered online; discovered they add meat to orders whether you want it or not, i.e.: meat w/ stroganoff, chicken w/ alfedo, etc. When I tried to change the default settings the ordering website said I had changed the order but charged me anyway for what I did not want. I also added a dessert that I was charged for but did not receive, which I only discovered after arriving home and tearing open the stapled bag they gave me. When I called the Basemar location to tell them I hadn't received all of my order they first hung up me. I rang back and spoke to a sarcastic teenager who said I should mention the overcharge when I'm in next to receive a refund. No mention of apology or refund for their bad service. Unless you have a college roommate working here, do not order from this location. It is manned by apathetic twits who don't care about your experience. If any corporate people read these reviews: You've lost regular customers due to the poor service on multiple occasions at the Basemar location. read more

Yikes. The verbally angry manager person here makes me avoid this place. I've never been to a Noodles & Company before, and decided to try this new place in the Basemar marketplace (next to Whole Foods). This was about 12:45, somewhat after the lunch rush and the place was perhaps half full. I ordered the meatball sandwich combo, and the food was tasty. However, as I was eating, a male manager came out into the dining room with an associate and very loudly and pissed off said "Look at all the singles sitting on the 4-tops!! There's lots of 2-seaters available and they sit there?" Hunh? There were perhaps 3 individuals sitting on those tables meant for four, but it really wasn't jam-packed. What the heck was his problem, and why would anyone verbalize such a statement in front of customers? There are too many places to eat in Boulder to have to put up with this jackassery, so I take my business elsewhere. read more

A little disappointed... Why bother advertising that you have GF items if you're not going to cook them separately, that means that it's not GF. I found it interesting that even though I asked to see the "food allergy" menu that wasn't enough information to prompt them that I had a food allergy, and then I found a macaroni noodle in my GF Pad Thai noodles. When I pointed this out I was informed that I hadn't explicitly informed them that I had an allergy. That's quite an excuse. Who else orders from the food allergy menu??? read more

Extremely slow service. I was standing at the counter and a guy with a beard and a girl with a nose hoop were to busy texting to notice that I was there. Finally took my order. Order came out and an item was missing. Took it back up and the guy said he didn't hear me order the missing item... Overall service was not the best. Oh, noodles. Yet another fast food chain that had exceeded my expectations for fast food chains. I am crazy about pasta, all kinds of pasta. So this is like a god send for me, a broke-ish college student who really enjoys some noodles. My favorite is the Thai Peanut Saute, it's flavorful, it's spicy, it's delicious. I really enjoy their American mac & cheese as well, I love to see the stringy, melty cheese every time I pick up my spoon for another bite. Their Pad Thai is great, even their buttered noodles are yummy. You can even throw some chicken or meatballs on any pasta you get. Another thing that makes me love noodles is their HUGE rice krispie treats. They are gigantic, and pretty cheap, and sooo gooey and good. When you look at it initially you'll think you have to share it with someone, but believe me, when you start eating it you won't want to share. All in all a great, pretty healthy fast food chain. read more

It's not like me to review a chain but I need to comment on how awesome the manager is; I wish I remembered her name. Every time I'm in there for lunch the manager is notably friendly and fast. Today they were slammed, I guess cold weather brings everyone in. There were only four people working, one on a register, two in the kitchen and the manager who was serving, bagging to-go orders, making all the salads and plating the soups. She was moving at lightening speed and smiling the whole time. Kudos. read more

I like the concept and whoever wrote the copy on the menu is really talented. They make the food sound a whole lot more tasty than it actually turns out to be. Recently dinner time crept up a little too quickly and I was scrounging around in the local plaza for something to feed the children. Tasty food writing, I could not resist. So, we got the large square (meant to feed four) of the Mushroom Stroganoff. Somewhat bland, but the kids were pretty into it, and I was okay at first until I realized that the mushrooms were canned. Gross. Canned mushrooms turn me off every time. We also ordered the chopped Chinese salad. Basically a mixed green salad with a couple of shreds of red cabbage and a smattering of crispy noodles. As far as I could discern, no salad dressing, and some sad little strips of beaten down chicken. DISAPPOINTING! So, I know that this is fast food, but I'm comparing it to the Panera Breads out there and really, no cigar, Noodles, no cigar. Good customer service though, and fast, very fast. read more

I think Noodles and Company is D-licious. A couple of friends made the recommendation since it is a local Colorado chain, and I decided to give it a try. I know that I really like a place when I decide to go back in the same week. They offer noodle dishes broken into three categories- American, Asian, and Italian. The first time I tried the Thai Curry Soup. It was so flavorful, fresh and not too heavy the way noodles can be, but still filling. The price is great too because you can have a full meal for about $6-8, and it's quick. You also have the option to add tofu, chicken, steak or shrimp to any of the dishes. Lots of vegetarian dishes which is a definite plus. The second time I went I tried the Indonesian Peanut Saute. It had a good amount a vegetables and also was a thumbs up. The cashier said a lot of people order the Japanese Pan Noodles, that's what I'll try next time. I also tried the Pasta Fresca, but something about the Asian dishes taste better to me. They have another dish that seems so intriguing- the Truffle Mac and Cheese. I don't really do dairy but it sounds so good I may have to make an exception next time. I think no matter what your preference you are bound to find something you like here and leave satisfied. read more

Noodles is a definite staple during baseball season. In our house, Mom (me) is both coach and chef, and it's nearly impossible to work all day, coach baseball until 7:30 AND put a meal on the table before kiddo's 8:30 bedtime. Enter Noodles. The food is solid and consistent, with generally fresh ingredients. Service is excellent and the restaurant always clean. Yes, it's fast food, so certainly not worthy of 5 stars in my book, but Noodles hits its mark when this food-loving family is pressed for time. We just went in to get a bite to eat after a delightful graduation party that featured a vast array of ice cream and amazing toppings. Although Noodles is a chain now, I've mostly gone to the Alpine location, which is one of the originals, over the years. I had been to this Baseline location when it was a bit further East of Basemar. But I was with a group of aging Barbie types who reminded me of Tupperware distributors, and so not in my element, that meal is not accessible in my memory. Last night's dinner, though, was good. I ordered the stroganoff and my dining companion got the Tuscan whole grain pasta dish (not remembering actual menu item name). We also ordered the small salads that come with the meal for $1.50. Salad bowls were piled high with marvellously fresh ingredients, and our entree noodles were warm and tasty. They stay open until 10 and have numerous electrical outlets, so it is not a bad place to hang out for a bit and use the 'net. Friendly efficient service was an additional plus.... read more

Noodles. I enjoy noodles. I find myself craving certain items on their menu frequently. The whole concept is good, not fast food tasting noodles, but quick service. They are all over Colorado and if you're in a major town or city you could probably find one within 15 minutes of your current location. I like this specific Noodles because it's new, but other than that the inside doesn't really differ from any other location I've been to. The outdoor seating looks out on to a glamorous parking lot, so...eat inside. The inside is clean and for some reason sitting in a new chair or at a new table just feels better. First off, this is NOT a chinese restaurant. HAHA, under the wrong category! Called Noodles & Co, but divided into different genres of pasta- American, Mediteranean, Asian. I've tried the Mac n Cheese, stroganoff, and the bbq chicken salad. Fan of all three! Mac n cheese is an easy pleaser and can't go easily wrong with that. The stroganoff was so buttery, in a good way. And the bbq chicken salad was nice for a hot summer day. They actually use fresh corn scraped off the cobb. This location is very clean and well staffed. I did have a problem with the one-way exit door, but that just keeps everyone safe! I love that Noodles is always very proper and even if a location is going through the lunch hour in a business park rush hour, they still hold their cool. It's interesting that as a food lover, familiar restaurants give you the sense of being home, noodle company is one of them. I moved to Boulder from Durham a month ago and felt a little intimidated because of living in a strange place with no one I know, then I saw noodle company and smash burgers and even millennium hotel which located just outside of my apt in Durham! It served noodles of different countries, I guess it's because of the rich sauces they use the calories of each bowl is surprisingly high! but luckily their taste is not bad, I've tried Malaysia peanut noodle and Pai Thai, I wanted to try Beef stroganoff noodle but the calories is just SO high that I don't have the courage to order even after a hike! read more
