Went here for vegan options. Portions are small for what you pay. I had the pan fried noodles and didn't think the flavor was that great

Nothing but good experiences and tasty dishes from this place! My orders (15+) have always been to go and have always been right. 100% is hard to achieve but here we are :) Staff are also polite and friendly. Already thinking about my next order!

I AM OFFICIALLY NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! The staff is really friendly but I'm tired of being cheated on my food!!! I eat at noodles all the time everywhere and anywhere I go and I NEVER have this problem!!! I've had problems in the past with portion sizes at this particular restaurant! I've attached a photo to show you what I received in a small bowl! I wish I had pics from other locations when I ordered the SAME THING!!! Furthermore, the photos on the menu board show a full bowl and I'm not even getting that...c'mon!!!

We stopped in today to try the new Buff Bowls. I have been wanting to try them since first hearing about this new low calorie and high protein alternative at one of our favorite fast food places. We don't go as often since it's pretty much high in carbs, but the Buff Bowls will get us back in the habit of visiting again! I had the Buff Japanese Pan with marinated steak. I thought about asking to sub chicken, but I always get chicken and I am glad I stuck with the steak. It was really good and tender. The first few bites I did miss the noodles, but the more I ate the more I actually really liked the spinach. It's so much healthier it was still flavorful and very filling. My bowl was only 320 calories and had 29 grams of protein. I will definitely be back to try the other bowls.

I love this area of Carmel, so my reviews are always a little biased for restaurants in that area, which is not rooted in any logic. This "Noodles" location was an overall positive experience. Due to the proximity to Carmel High School, there were quite a few younger folks in the dining area, and so the ambient noise was a little louder, but that was OK. It's clean inside, and service was prompt. The pot stickers were surprisingly good, and I enjoyed the curry noodles. Consistency and firmness of the pasta were both fine. We'll be back after the next Lacrosse game.

Yes, there's still lunch, but now it has an expanded Mediterranean menu inspired by its new ownership. Bonus that one of the chefs is vegan, so there's quite a few vegan or vegan-optional items. Out of 6 two tried a "house specialty" both were dissatisfied. Two had a bottle of wine and two had normal drinks. Appetizer of meat balls was good. 3 meatballs and sauce with bread. We wish we had ordered meatballs with a side of spaghetti. It would have been better than our dinners. The dishes are unique. They look flat but have a center that makes it look like a lot of food. It isn't. I ordered the clam over pasta. There were 6 cherry stone clams and they were delicious. When I got to the pasta, the bottom of the bowl was filled with olive oil. I could not eat the pasta; the oil was so thick that it actually dripped when I rolled the pasta. My husband ordered some kind of grated cheese and olive oil. It was good at first but as it cooled the cheese had melted and the oil had fallen to the bottom of the bowl. It was nasty. Not mac and cheese, not parm on top of olive oil tossed pasta, I don't know what it was. I thought it should be sent back but he didn't want to do so. Now dessert, here's a whole new story. Spumoni ice cream, rolled in chocolate and frozen. A small container of espresso is poured over it. I ordered a second shot of espresso ($3.75) to finish it off. Next time, this will be my entree. Two drinks, two glasses wine, one appetizer, crappy pasta and wonderful dessert. $200.00 bill with tip. Parking lot is very small, plan ahead. Will we go back again? Maybe for the dessert. I was very disappointed and really had hoped for an outstanding dinner. You may be wiser, but we have had much better. (Not dessert!)

Yesterday, I decided that I would not be cooking dinner and instead opted to order pizza and dessert to be picked up on my way home. This is such a cute, quaint little shop located in a tiny strip mall next to a gas station. So very unassuming, yet quite impressive. I loved the two cute yellow tables and chairs out on the sidewalk as well as the Sinatra that was playing when I entered the shop. I was greeted warmly and let me say how much I value a pleasant and genuine interaction like that. Someone came to the front of the store from the kitchen in the back, and she too greeted me with a very welcoming and warm smile. This fact alone makes me want to return and support this place of business. My pizzas were prepared fresh and handed to me hot out of the oven. The deserts, an assortment of 3 different kinds of cookies as well as two slices of cake, were kept separate and cold. My husband loved the pizza (he is somewhat of a connoisseur) and I enjoyed it as well. The carrot cake was a bit dense for my liking and the pistachio ricotta was decadent. My husband really enjoyed these sweet treats as a night cap! I loved the cookies. I ordered the Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl cookie, the Pistachio Chocolate Crunch cookie, and two of the Pistachio Thumbprint cookies. My personal favorite was the Pistachio Chocolate Crunch cookie. It had a great contrast in texture with the soft-baked cookie being perfectly complemented by the crunch of the pistachio pieces, and it wasn't overly sweet. I'll definitely be back to try more cookies, cakes and pastries in the future! They also carry some authentic imported Italian products, such as pomodoro sauce.
