This is the fourth Noodles & Company where I ate within the Indy area. However, this is the only one that drew my interest the most. This is the first time I visited this restaurant. There was a banner posted saying that this company does not use any artificial, flavors, colors, sweetener, or preservative. Also, there are 14 fresh vegetables, cafe-free eggs, no microwave oven, and no can opener. Wow, this place serves healthy Chinese food! First time eating here 6.9.26, I had a question with the Japanese Pan Noodles as in what the noodles made of? Rice, egg noodles or what? The cashier didn't know & the kid preparing it didn't know so the cashier brought out the label from the container of the noodles to show me what was it was. So it's made of wheat flour & showed me what the needle looked like & to me, it didn't look appealing. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimps $5 more so totaled $14.17 The shrimp was bland, no flavor. It was just thrown in, it wasn't cooked with the pad Thai sauce. So sad! I won't be getting the shrimp at all. Waste of money. =( And then the cashier asked if I had rewards, when I said no, he scanned his own reward card. I'm like WTH!!! To myself, he can't do that. The pad Thai itself was delicious. I totally enjoyed it that I ate all of it which is rare for me. I usually don't finish my meal so I must have been super hungry or there wasn't much there in the bowl. I ordered through GrubHub, so I was already overpaying for this meal. I ordered lo mein noodles with Japanese pan steak ($5.35 extra). There was NO MEAT AT ALL in the bowl. The bowl was only 1/2 full, despite the fact that I added carrots, broccoli, and corn for an extra $1.25 each. I ordered no mushrooms because I'm allergic to them, but I found pieces of mushroom in the bowl. I honestly think they cooked it with mushrooms and then tried to pick them out. I spent $24 for the convenience of having dinner delivered, but I got NO meat and food that I'm allergic to. Complete waste of money, and I'll probably be sick tonight. read more

I am ways down for noodles. This is always a treat when we come for a holiday. We braved the snow and got our noodles. I love that they have gluten-free noodles as an option. It's something that was only sometimes easy to find and the taste was another issue. The restaurant was clean and we did not have to wait long. The food was very hot and so good. We stopped in today to try the new Buff Bowls. I have been wanting to try them since first hearing about this new low calorie and high protein alternative at one of our favorite fast food places. We don't go as often since it's pretty much high in carbs, but the Buff Bowls will get us back in the habit of visiting again! I had the Buff Japanese Pan with marinated steak. I thought about asking to sub chicken, but I always get chicken and I am glad I stuck with the steak. It was really good and tender. The first few bites I did miss the noodles, but the more I ate the more I actually really liked the spinach. It's so much healthier it was still flavorful and very filling. My bowl was only 320 calories and had 29 grams of protein. I will definitely be back to try the other bowls. read more

I love this area of Carmel, so my reviews are always a little biased for restaurants in that area, which is not rooted in any logic. This "Noodles" location was an overall positive experience. Due to the proximity to Carmel High School, there were quite a few younger folks in the dining area, and so the ambient noise was a little louder, but that was OK. It's clean inside, and service was prompt. The pot stickers were surprisingly good, and I enjoyed the curry noodles. Consistency and firmness of the pasta were both fine. We'll be back after the next Lacrosse game. read more

I literally eat at Noodles once a week and this is by far the best location. The employees are always so nice and helpful. It's clear as day they strive to make people feel very welcome. This is the first time I've been to this restaurant, but its been open for a while and I just didn't get a chance to check it out. The Food: I originally ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, but they ran out of noodle for that so I ordered the Pad Thai instead with Chicken Noodle Soup (they gave me a couple for that cause they ran out, which is pretty awesome). The noodles are cook as the order come in so is fresh. The taste of the Pad Thai was pretty good, though I don't think it have much of a Thai taste to it, but is still pretty good (I like rice noodle, so I guess I am somewhat bias...). The chicken noodle soup was alright, wouldn't say is the best, but is not the worse either, it was average. I will want to go back and try the Japanese Pan Noodle. The Environment: It was a pretty good environment. They have indoor and outdoor seating so you can sit outside and enjoy the weather if is nice. They have glass window all around so inside was well lit. Overall the environment was pretty good. The Soda Machine...yes, this is a very awesome soda machine, it have mostly all the fountain drinks and flavors all in one (see my picture of it). Stopped in for lunch recently to enjoy a bowl of pad thai. Noodles & Co is always reliable and this stop didn't disappoint.

Regular bowl with food never crossed the half way mark. Not sure what a small bowl would look like. Food was okay but could have been better. For the price we pay for the food, we expect a decent quantity. Never recommend this place. For the similar price, there are lot of good options near by this place. read more

So 15 minutes later and $10 in my data plan I downloaded the app only to find the promo code didn't work. I haven't given up hope for this restaurant yet, but I'm nearly there. I'm so tired of businesses using COVID as an excuse for poor performance. I visited this location for lunch today and the dining room was freezing cold, honestly I don't think the heat was even on. On top of that when I ordered my favorite dish the Penne Rosa I was informed they were out of spinach. So no side either either. Spinach is a main ingredient in a lot of their offerings. Someone should have gone to Kroger's and bought some rather than simply not try. I finally asked about the heat and was informed the heat wasn't working. We had dinner here this evening. We have eaten at other locations in the past and loved the food. My wife and sister in law both had their meals messed up, but they corrected it quickly. It's an okay place but a little pricey for what you are getting. I can see why kids might like it but not my favorite place. I got the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and added some meatballs. Portion was very big. It was okay but honestly, a box of Kraft Mac n Cheese is about the same. When you need a carb fix this is the place to go... The menu is divided into 3 categories, italian, asian, american. Each has about 4 different pasta dishes, one salad, one soup. They also offer wine, beer, breads, cookies, and appetizers. This is a walk in and order kind of place, your on your own for a table. But they bring it out to you w/ silver, napkins and all. Usually I never have a bad experience here, but last time some odd things happened. The person taking the order just completely spaced out and did not get it correct at all. They did not add Parmesan chicken as ordered. Seeing as how I've been here many times and this was the first time anything like this happened, I'll assume that was a fluke caused by a busy Friday evening dinner rush. I expect it to not happen again, though. I had just gotten the Thai Hot Pot the day before this, and it was perfect. Custom ordered without peppers or mushrooms, and they nailed it. I had a blast trying a new food item, and I enjoyed it so much that I will definitely order it again. The restaurant overall rests on the grave of Ponderosa (RIP) and it really is great to have such a high quality place around. Their food is top notch, and they also sell liquor at this location in case you want a glass of wine along with your noodles. One of the nicest things about this Noodles & Co is that they have their large menu to the left of the register you can really get a good view of it without having to hurt your neck looking at the one high above the registers. Noodles & Company has always had the unique serving method of ordering at the register, but then an server brings your food out. I really prefer this method and it works out well for the restaurant. It's nicer than fast food, but still a quick restaurant. This location has one of the fancy soda machines with over 100 variations. Overall, I like these, but when it's busy and you have someone taking too long to look over the possibilities, a line can quickly form. Still, it's fun to have around. I highly recommend the BBQ Pork Mac! It is one of the best dishes they serve. Also, I always get their tomato/cucumber/onion salad. It's simple, but so flavorful. If you purchase a dish you can add some of the select sides for $1, so there really is no reason to not get one of those sides. Overall, I usually have a great dining experience here, and I love the variety of dishes they offer. read more

I have never been during a busy time and the employees are usually just standing around. Poor management to blame when you don't make cleanliness for your customer a priority. Going in to Noodles & Company last night I had no idea what to expect. My girlfriend had told me they had a diverse menu, offering cuisine from all over the world. I went with her and her family late last night, which was a Sunday. They weren't too busy, a little more than an hour before they closed. While they had a relatively small menu, the menu was diverse. They offer Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, and more! I decided upon the Truffle Mac n cheese. It's like their Wisconsin Mac n Cheese, with baby portobellas parmesan and white truffle oil. Truffle oil is a weakness for me, I adore it. I decided to add parmesan crusted chicken to it, but they have quite a few options for protein to add to your entree. When we ordered we were told that the soda machine was out, so we chose from the drink cooler by the counter, and all of us got our drinks for free. Our food came out about 6 minutes after we sat down, and we all really liked it! The truffle oil mixed in with the cheese sauce and perfectly cooked portobellas really did it for me. Noodles & Co is known as "fast food noodles" which is exactly what they are. I must admit I was pretty impressed with my first experience, and I'll definitely go back to try more. I highly recommend you try them out. Prices average around 7 bucks a person. Based on this experience alone(because it's the only one I've had) I give them 5 stars, which I virtually never do. This fast-casual chain restaurant is exactly what I expected to be. In a good way. They have a wide selection of pasta based dishes as well as soups and salads. The Pad Thai noodles are very tasty, the mac & cheese is underwhelming. Your tastes may very and you'll easily be able to find something you'll like. The service was quick and friendly.
