This locale is quick for anyone already in the Loop or near Wacker & Madison. I have tried a few times and so far no issues. The food has been fresh and made correctly. This visit was my first time trying a salad from Noodles. I had the med salad with added chicken. Overall, it was tasty. With the combined ingredients I didn't need the dressing. My usual go to's for Noodles is the buttered noodles or mac. I have also tried the chicken parm and the newly added tortellini. read more

I used to be a huuuge fan of the Noods and Co., but I don't know if it's just this location or the whole company is going down the drain. I ordered the pasta Fresca with extra spinach and there are like, three leaves in the entire dish. Good bye, my extra $1.25. There are about five little chunks of tomato and I found only one slice of an insanely sad-looking piece of onion. Met an old coworker for a quick catch-up and she picked this spot. I've passed the location a zillion times because I work in the area and for some reason I was never drawn to stop in and check them out, but I am glad I did today. Pretty solid lunch spot, with a lot of noodles/pasta dishes. Came in around 12:30pm and it wasn't super crowded to dine in. Me and my buddy both ordered the Penne Rosa pasta with the parmesan crusted chicken and it was really good. Actually, better than I expected to be honest. I ordered a half size and it was pretty filling, although next time I will probably opt for the full size because I could of eaten more. It was fresh, and the amount of the chicken they give you was generous. Price point is pretty comparable to the area and good for what you get. Service was good. If I want pasta or noodles for lunch I would come back here for sure. read more

THE WORST STAFF. I ordered through Uber eats and I received my order with what I believe spit on the inside of my lid and outside. Regardless it's definitely not any type of sauce. The manager at this location which I believe is a female but not sure it could've been a male. The manager had the worst attitude and kept sighing like it wasn't their job to deal with this. Absolutely the worst attitude and kept telling me to stop arguing when I was just telling her what happened and where I placed the order. Obviously I'm writing this review because they did absolutely nothing . And of course Uber eats isn't refunding me even though I sent pictures of everything. Noodles & Company is one of my go to places to get some pasta. Penna Rosa is one of my fav dishes. This location is downtown by Franklin. You would think the food and experience is better. Don't get me wrong this location dining area is spanking clean. It is very well kept and the staff is super friendly and cheerful. The issue is the food. I'm not sure by this being a busy location that the food is not always on point. But My Chicken was suppose to be crispy not burnt. I also request Please NO mushrooms. Apparently, they missed the memo and added mushrooms. I had to dig out all the mushrooms before I could eat my dish. Thank Goodness. I didnt broken out in hives. read more

Noodles and Co. is one of my favorite chain fast dining restaurants-so I hit it up while in Chicago on a train layover. This location is downtown in a business setting and is very clean and the employees were friendly-even the bathroom was pretty clean too. My only complaint is the sitting/waiting area is tiny (comparatively to other locations). We ordered our food and had a seat, they prepared it fairly quickly and delivered to the table and I utterly smashed my Pasta Fresca with grilled chicken breast (I got the feta on the side-that way you can add just enough to get the flavor and still keep that white wine sauce flavor). Overall-just a great place to grab a healthier meal while on the go. read more

I had the Thai Green Curry Shrimp something or other bowl-- whoamahgawd that was delicious. It arrived still hot and was a nice size portion. That was yesterday. Over the years, I have never gotten the chance to eat here, but that changed a week ago. I walked into this location Downtown during lunch time not expecting to get my food fast (since it was lunch time in Downtown), but they were pretty quick! The food was better than I thought it would be (to be honest, I didn't have any expectations since I have friends who say it's good and some who say it's bad). I got the Alfredo Montamore and I thought that Parmesan crusted chicken tasted great. I really liked it and ended up going back for it. Pretty much one of the few cheap eats open during the weekend. Ordered the Korean Spicy Beef Noodles. Liked the idea of the advertised "lots of vegetables", to which point I asked for more vegetables. Fairly disappointed there. A pinch of spring onions, some greens and I think I count 4 onion cubes in there. The presentation wasn't great, but it tastes pretty good. Put a pickup order at 8:20. I show up minutes before 9pm, they already locked the doors prematurely. Then after waiting outside for over 5 minutes with multiple employees walking past noticing me. As a patron exited I finally got to enter. Then they proceeded to tell me they never got the order, even though I have the conformation in my hand, with the entire order there. How do you not receive it when I get a confirmation that you did? They then refused to make the food and said they were closed.. The service is the worst I've ever seen. First, when I was trying to enter the store, the waitress is cleaning the door and prevented me to enter. Second, they doesn't seem to understand my word. I have a little bit of asian accent but no body else have the same problem understanding me. Great customer service. They do a wonderful job here. So many locations I have stopped into in the past have paled in comparison. I appreciate that they don't boil the noodles into mush. Ok - problems happen, I get that. First time my mobile order was cancelled. I failed to see an email advisement after I left the office. This time it happened again/ did get an email after I got to the store. So started over each time with the order. Food is good, has some flavor and not to bad price wise for quantity. The failure in the mobile order gets me- other companies have it down to a science. Just don't have the extra 15 minutes to wait on a 60 minute break with 15 minutes travel time. After placing my order, I asked the cashier what the bathroom code and she responded with "the bathrooms aren't working right now". A ton of stuff around here closes at 7, but Noodles is open until 10, making it one of the latest options available. I am literally eating Noodles at my desk right now. There are a lot of terrible reviews on here, but guys, Noodles is not for Thai food, or Asian food, or anything with remotely complex flavors. If you want Thai food, stop being an idiot and go to Siam Rice. If you go to Noodles, play to its strengths: mac & cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, beef stroganoff, chicken noodle soup. But Chaya, you may say, it's depressing to pay $10 for food I could make myself at home! Okay, but you're not at home. You're at work at 9pm. Shut up and eat some noodles. The small amount of chicken tasted like it was blackened - I wasn't expecting that when I ordered it with grilled chicken. I work nearby and think this place is great. I usually walk in but today I tried the online ordering. Online is quick and convenient and my food was ready as soon as I got there. I will be ordering online more often. The staff is very friendly and provide wonderful service. The young lady named Danielle always remembers my name. That's probably a sign of how often I have lunch here. As for the food, I love the different varieties of noodle dishes they have. I ordered one of those Buff Bowls they recently added to their menu, Japanese Pan to be specific. These bowls automatically come with meat added, unlike their pastas where you add the meat as extra. When I got my food, I realized there was no meat in it.. How do you forget the most important ingredient in the salad bowl - otherwise it is all mushrooms and lettuce. Staff was pleasant. Ordered a regular and received what looked like a small. I order from Noodles and Company quite often and this was not what it typically comes in. The container was a small cardboard box instead of the larger plastic containers with a lid. The wait was long and there was no seating. Would recommend finding a different location. The one near Washington and Wells was great, had lots of seating and had a very friendly staff. Never had one problem there. However that location has been closed. One unhappy customer. read more
