not sure if this is a full order but doesn't seem worth the price. i ordered the meal with a drink as well so this was the side of salad that came with. again not sure if this is the amount im supposed to get but doesn't seem like much.

THE WORST STAFF. I ordered through Uber eats and I received my order with what I believe spit on the inside of my lid and outside. Regardless it's definitely not any type of sauce. The manager at this location which I believe is a female but not sure it could've been a male. The manager had the worst attitude and kept sighing like it wasn't their job to deal with this. Absolutely the worst attitude and kept telling me to stop arguing when I was just telling her what happened and where I placed the order. Obviously I'm writing this review because they did absolutely nothing . And of course Uber eats isn't refunding me even though I sent pictures of everything. I never even opened the container because I'm scared of what it is.

Noodles & Company is one of my go to places to get some pasta. Penna Rosa is one of my fav dishes. This location is downtown by Franklin. You would think the food and experience is better. Don't get me wrong this location dining area is spanking clean. It is very well kept and the staff is super friendly and cheerful. The issue is the food. I'm not sure by this being a busy location that the food is not always on point. But My Chicken was suppose to be crispy not burnt. I also request Please NO mushrooms. Apparently, they missed the memo and added mushrooms. I had to dig out all the mushrooms before I could eat my dish. Thank Goodness. I didnt broken out in hives.

Noodles and Co. is one of my favorite chain fast dining restaurants-so I hit it up while in Chicago on a train layover. This location is downtown in a business setting and is very clean and the employees were friendly-even the bathroom was pretty clean too. My only complaint is the sitting/waiting area is tiny (comparatively to other locations). We ordered our food and had a seat, they prepared it fairly quickly and delivered to the table and I utterly smashed my Pasta Fresca with grilled chicken breast (I got the feta on the side-that way you can add just enough to get the flavor and still keep that white wine sauce flavor). Overall-just a great place to grab a healthier meal while on the go.

Pretty much one of the few cheap eats open during the weekend. Ordered the Korean Spicy Beef Noodles. Liked the idea of the advertised "lots of vegetables", to which point I asked for more vegetables. Fairly disappointed there. A pinch of spring onions, some greens and I think I count 4 onion cubes in there. The presentation wasn't great, but it tastes pretty good. I think need more toppings available, like chili oil or vinegar to help spice it up to your liking. All in all, it was a good visit

Overall: 3, Service: 2, Quality: 4, Price: 2 Poor/rude service from the cashier. Cooks and manager are great. Worst grilled chicken I've had in a while, and feels like it's been drying out on low heat for 12 hours. Noodles are pretty good but worth maybe $2 less than what is charged.

I ordered online as well as paid online. I tried the Penne Rosa, spicy but not too spicy. The pasta was quite good, just the right amount of sauce. It was mixed with fresh basil and tomatoes. The online ordering sped things up, I was able to walk right in and pick my food up, was waiting for me right there. I'll be a regular.

    So silver.

This place can get noisy so it's difficult to hear the people you're with, and the atmosphere was giving countryside vibes. The staff here are friendly and check in the just the right amount. My server suggested we order two dishes per person since everything was shareable and smaller in size compared to traditional Italian restaurants. Plates and utensils get changed out after every series. I ordered a rosemary spritz which was pleasant and bright. The stracciatella which was a nice start and a surprisingly large serving of macerated cherries in a light bed of buffalo mozzarella slices and sauce and a side of flatbread which helped scoop up the sauce. The grilled clams were detached from the shells which was a nice touch, and sat in a smoked pepper butter. The mezzaluna was presented well. I was thinking the lamb pancetta was going to be saltier, but it wasn't at all. Ended with pork ribs pampanella which were plentiful and grilled, but not spicy which I thought pampanella was. The meat was slightly tender but still had enough chew. Rose Mary has a good staff and a large kitchen bustling with activity, but the cross section of Croatian and Italian didn't do it for me. The menu has a wide variety to choose from, but I'd prefer a setting in which I can hear my party. The drinks and service were a highlight of the night, but the food came up short.

We ordered the calamari and meatballs for appetizers. Both were exceptional. They went quickly. I couldn't get pictures. I had the focaccia with prosciutto which was a suggestion and it was the perfect blend of savory and sweet...fantastic. Likewise, my rigatoni was exceptional. Even though we selected "dine in" on the tablet, everything came packaged up and in a bag with plastic utensils, which was sad. Hopefully one day they embrace reusable cutlery and tableware. Or at least don't ask a question when the answer is ignored. The pappardelle was extremely disappointing. Noodles were too soft and the sauce was very bland. Since the pasta is in a takeout container, the problem is exacerbated for the noodles at the bottom since they can't air out at all. Would not order this again. In comparison the cavatelli was a flavor bomb. Very garlicky and good amount of sun dried tomato, and just miles above the pappardelle in the flavor department. Texture of the cavatelli was better too, and much closer to al dente. Chicken seemed a teeny bit old and tough. If I came back, I'd probably order this again, or a different white sauce, with thicker pasta shapes. The inside is pretty nice with a good number of 4-seater tables and some bar seating facing the window. They also had some interesting sandwich and dessert options I didn't try. I appreciated the self-serve water. This is a very casual restaurant, so do not expect any table service. Maybe this is on roughly the same level or a little lower as the Vapiano's that used to be in Chicago (food-wise, loses ambiance-wise) if you order right, but it's definitely not as good as the Vapiano's in Europe. At least, not currently. Very convenient location right by the Morgan green line. Would I visit again? Hard to say.
