I love the wide variety here. You can get all different types in case everyone can't agree on whether they want Chinese, Italian, Thai etc. Plus they have zoodles so you can easily meet different dietary restrictions. We found the food pretty tasty with ample portions for the price. We've just had delivery so can't say much about the place other than the food. But it was solid food and it was as expected.

Sadly and even worse experience on giving here a retry. They were obviously short staffed. But, zero acknowledgment to anyone waking in or waiting for orders. It took one of the door dash drivers calling out the manager before anyone said anything. The cook in the back was totally lost and incapable of multitasking and just had the front counter girl and manager yelling out what they needed. Every time they asked he said he didn't start it. Manager just gesturing in exasperation instead of helping get him on track. The kid working the fry pans had AirPods in and was chewing gum while prepping food. He spent 18 of the 20 extra minutes I spent waiting past my pickup time staring at them instead of helping, and flipping his hair out of his eyes. By the time I got my order the chicken was mostly burners and the bread had been sitting out the entire time while the entree was being made so it was completely cold. Quite possibly the worst experience I've had at any restaurant, ever. This place needs help.

Noodles has zoodles! Any noodle dish can be made with them. This is a good KETO option! I ordered a dish, which was delivered in a timely fashion and expressed mild dismay at the mushrooms. She asked if they should remake it, I explained it wasn't an allergy and I could pick them out. She offered again to remake it and I accepted. Good customer service. The dish was solid. Not exceptional but a GOOD choice and One I worked willingly repeat. That that and up it a notch for ZOODLES and I give 4*.

    Med salad with chicken

First thing that is wrong is no chicken on my chicken salad. Second thing that is wrong is maybe 10 noodles in my salad when there's supposed to be so much more. I paid for extra sauce and they didn't give me anything. The noodles are hard!! doesn't even taste cooked. So annoyed with this place. I order here regularly and the salad normally doesn't have any problems but this is ridiculous and getting so annoying.

Better customer service can be found here instead of Noodles! They prioritize the in-person order.

I literally just walked in to place an order and was very abruptly informed that they will not be taking my physical order because they are so busy working on a catering order...the entire opening shift at 10:35 is seriously not willing to serve a physical customer. They offered to take it online, I don't do online ordering. Shame, I was really looking forward to my lunch as I have spent weeks wanting to eat here. I won't be back due to poor customer service. For everyone else, go to BONCHON just down from NoOdLeS. Way better food and way better customer service. Noodles is a joke. Go to BONCHON. You are the priority and they provide absolutely amazing chicken

A little spendy but good food! I love the selection. As a food chain with faster service, it does lack a little in spice/taste but it's way better than the fast food in the area.

Horrible service, terribly long wait for undercooked noodles. Plenty of better options around, avoid this place.

He answered all of our questions, offered samples of several flavors. And let us know how they're made. The raviolis themselves are quite large and really tasty. The Rainbow ricotta was my favorite and I'd definitely go back just for those. They are a bit pricey, but I think for the size and the quality, they're worth it!

I'm not sure they even had a sign with their business name as I had to look them up later. But they know what they're doing, as seeing these beautiful mountains of stuffed dough got the sale! All of their pasta is naturally colored with juiced kale, peppers, carrots, turmeric, tomatoes, blueberries, and beets. They don't use food coloring. It's truly a beautiful product. Of course then the question is, does the taste match? And I'm happy to say it did! These were tasty, made with both a red sauce and a butter sauce at home later. And I'm not really a good cook, but ravioli are hard to mess up with ~5 mins of simmering in boiling water. I got all of one flavor and would like to try a variety next time. These would be great for a dinner party where you want the aesthetics to match the deliciousness!

Let me start by saying I didn't take pictures. For anyone who reads my reviews, that's a big part…read moreof them: ALL THE PICTURES. Presentation, portions, half eaten, etc... but I didn't. Because the food was so damn good. Look - I'm going to start off by saying I grew up practically on The Hill. Out here, you'll have to Google it (make sure to add 'RI' to the search or you'll get some political BS), but back east, "alls you's have ta say" was those two words and anyone would know you knew your Italian, food and otherwise. There isn't anything on this coast that vaguely compares to The Hill's food, but walking into and biting out of Geraldi's was having a little piece of home. There's this little shop in the old town where the owner knew your voice when you called to order... you'd walk in, and you heard "hey cousin!" whether you were or not, and that's the vibe you get from Geraldi's. The food is much the same - you get something that looks like Nonna was at the range all day with her sauce (it's not gravy - no meat) and you came home looking like you haven't eaten in weeks: "I'm gonna fatten you up before you leave" and you walked out the door with a sub (sandwich, that is - not a submarine) that weighed the same as a newborn. We got three of those babies: a Chicago Beef (seal of approval from the orderer - only 'complaint' was that they had to eat it all in one day because the bread was quote too soggy to make it to lunch the next day - travesty), an Italian sausage (just as delicious when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and a Chicken Parmeroni (I thought somehow even better when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and I could have absolutely gone back the next day if it weren't for A. the leftovers 2/3 of us had and B. the meal planning we'd done for the week. I also grabbed a side of giardiniera because I will get it anytime I see it available and I inhaled it - I need to know if I can by it by the vat instead of the side cups because it too was similar to what I can find at home (about practically nowhere out here) and amazing!! I'm still upset I didn't take pictures though!

Atmosphere: Casual, takeout spot…read more Food: Italian Beef was very good. Quite filling too for the size. Price: For a 6 inch sandwich, it's a little on the high side. On the plus side, I was pretty full after eating. Service: Walk-up service. Parking: Small lot in front.
