This was $100 with the sashimi plate being $60. Not worth it given the quality and amount of food.

Great sushi, salad and everything. This place is so good. Real crab in the sushi. Never a wait when we've been here

I came here on a chilly day for brunch with my boyfriend and it was great. The inside of the restaurant has quite a bit of seating, but my boyfriend and I sat at the bar. Service was polite and quick. We ordered the tempura udon, fried soft shell crab, a variety of nigiri, and a salmon skin handroll. The tempura udon was good. The udon was light and noodles were delicious, but the tempura was a bit underwhelming and not as crispy as I would normally like it. The fried soft shell crab was also pretty good and the sauce complimented it well. Overall, for the variety of nigiri we ordered, they were not bad. You could tell the cuts of the sashimi weren't from a trained sushi chef, but that's a really minor thing when it comes to taste (the cuts were in the thinner side, and uneven). The quality of the fish itself was also pretty average. And, the last thing we ordered was the salmon skin handroll (which was a special item listed on their wall), and it was also pretty good. Overall, the spot has a good variety, for a good price and the quality is pretty standard for a casual sushi spot.

These types of sushi places are very popular in suburban areas: bright colors, sauce heavy, and creative names and concoctions. Probably not a favorite of Japanese purists, but I'm not one. After a very looooong wait (with only one other customer in the dining area), there was some payoff. First, the plum wine was delicious, but the pour very small. The Tempura Udon was very good, decent value, but only one piece of shrimp. The Denver roll was satisfyingly ample. The Sashimi Market bowl was an ice and radish show. Service was friendly. They offer 10% when paying cash, in others words, a 10% surcharge for plastic. It felt a little "nickel and dime", I can see why some reviewers felt cheated. I'd go back, but not when it's busy.

Hate to say it but this place was a let down. I had called ahead of time to make a reservation but was informed that they don't take them on the weekends. So we arrived around 6 pm on a Friday night and it somewhat busy. My friend actually got there a few minutes before us and managed to snag a table. We ordered several rolls - they were very mediocre and small like the size of conveyer belt sushi. Not only that but it took over an hour for our order to come out and it was never acknowledged how long we've been waiting. Our waitress did not bother checking up on us at all or refilling our waters. Service was definitely lacking. We also only got 6 out of the 7 rolls that we ordered and was charged for an extra beer on our bill. Be aware that they apply an automatic 18% gratuity for groups of 4 or more. Not impressed.

This spot never fails to delight. Their sake selection is excellent, but their specials really shine if you're a sushi aficionado. From Kobe beef to Japanese uni, Hokkaido scallops to Ora King Salmon, Bluefin to perfectly prepared Otoro... Fresh and delicious ingredients treated with respect are the hallmark of this izakaya-style restaurant. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Parking can be challenging, so be aware if you're having trouble finding it!

Best sushi anywhere we've been. We come every time we're in town. Love every order we ever get. Not usually a fan of spicy tuna but Nori's is amazing and not too spicy, just great flavor. Friendly staff, nice & clean restaurant (bathroom clean too) and food is good anytime we order takeout also.

Every time we come here it is amazing! It is the only sushi place that we go to in. Happy Valley! The chef is truly an artist and the food is fresh and delicious.

No outdoor seating, limited indoor or take out only. They did have quiet a bit of options but more expensive than most places I've been too. Tasted fresh- got calamari and wasn't impressed with the portion size or the style it was prepared

Anyone looking for hand-pulled noodles: as of May 2025, you will not find them here. They apparently stopped serving them. May return for: Beef In Chili Sauce (cold) - I love this dish and have had it at many other places. Chili oil was delicious; onions and cilantro went well with the thin slices of beef. Would not return for: anything else. Taiwan Beef Brisket Tomato Noodle soup - it was bland broth, unfortunately. Uncooked spinach and tomatoes added on top, very little flavor. Brisket was not very soft. Mongolian Beef Chow Mein - there was a puddle of sauce at the bottom of the bowl, which I would not expect for chow mein. Definitely not cooked in a wok (or done very poorly). Handmade spicy pork wontons - also not flavorful. If they used the chili oil on the Beef in Chili dish, this might taste better. But the filling would something to be desired.

One of my boys liked the tomato beef noodle and finished the bowl with lightning speed. This is a good spot for a quick noodle meal.

"Let me know if you have any questions!". We had questions about her menu items, and she answered them nicely and thoroughly, in detail. Okay, so we order two things: the S3 and the Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, and here's what U think about each: Tonkotsu Ramen: -The Meat doesn't have a huge initial, impactful taste, but the flavor settles in a couple seconds after you bite it and it's a very soft, warming feeling. -The Broth is where the spice is, and it's not like "oh my mouth is on fire" it's the type of spice that hits you in the back of the throat, so it's bearable but I couldn't chug it personally, I had to take sips which is nice for someone who devours their food like there's no tomorrow (like me). -The Noodles are.. just your typical Ramen noodles, nothing special to add there but nothing bad to say at all! -The Egg, although not marinated in soy sauce like some places do, was cooked well. The inside was soft and gooey, but the white was fully cooked. I have no complaints! -The Mushrooms added a nice texture to the noodles and the overall dish, and worked to make it even more satisfactory. The S3: -I don't have much to say because my cousin ordered it and I only had a few bites, but the veggies were cooked nicely... -The big boom about it was the noodles. If I had to describe it, I would say it's like.. an Orange Chicken type of Tater Tot, it was really unique and fun to eat. Next time I go, it'll be hard to decide what to order.. Okay, don't just take my word for it, go see for yourself! いただきます!

Came in on weekend for lunch and it was definitely a 40 min wait, but then literally no one on a Tuesday night for dinner. Somehow, the time for the food to come out was about the same. You get a few that come out quick, then a few that took long enough for me to notice it, and then always a few where you wonder if they forgot your dish. Even when there was no one else in the restaurant. The XLB and pot stickers are all super solid, not quite Ding Tai Fung quality, but at these prices and wait times they are great. Qbao's are delicious. I think the noodles are honestly slept on. They all have great flavor, super bouncy noodles, and honestly come in a size that you can easily finish on your own or still big enough to split in case you wanted to try another flavor. I also think the pork wonton's with chili sauce are also super slept on, the sauce is oddly sweet, but honestly I love that. Service here can be hit or miss. They don't really do a each table gets a specific server system, at least that hasn't been my experience. You'll get some food runners, and you can usually just flag anyone down to get what you need. But it does mean things can slip through the cracks if you don't have one person keeping an eye on the list of food ordered for the table or you have multiple servers checking in on you to see if you got all your food even though you just told the server 3 min ago you were still missing something. All in all, this place is phenomenal and approachable. I will be back, maybe not on the weekends though, it's not quite worth all that.
