I had several people here helping me that day, and they can all confirm that I did not yell at the driver. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have placed numerous delivery orders with them since that date without any issue. Yet today, when I called, I was suddenly told I could no longer receive delivery because of this alleged incident. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with began yelling at me during the call, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. The entire interaction was upsetting and frankly despicable. I did place one final order tonight, but after this experience, I will never order from Aurelio's in Crown Point again.

Also, we had more people joining us so by plating all the apps upfront there wasn't enough for the rest of our party. Even still he was a great waiter. The food was phenomenal! I got the steak and eggs from the brunch menu. The cut of steak was like a hanger steak. When I say cooked and seasoned to perfection!?! It was one of the best restaurant steaks I've had.
