This is my local Noodles and Co., and I am pretty happy with them so far. I've taken out quite a bit and dined-in few times, and never had any major issue with neither service no food. Only thing I have to mention that once I've spotted a man cleaning their exhaust standing on the cooking oven with his shoes on, as you can see on a pic; that loooked a bit disturbing, he could've done that when they're closed so nobody can see that. Be aware that large soup is really too large, good to keep in mind if you are taking it for a side to pasta or something. As many other chain places, cleaniness is a bit of a concern, and the place isn't that roomy. Sometimes I had to take out, because there were no open tables.. With that in mind, three stars for now. We've been to Noodles & Co. a number of times in the past, and although I don't think their food is anything remarkable (perhaps a cut over the better frozen noodle entrées available at supermarkets), but inasmuch as noodles are used in many cultures, there's a good variety of selection. What knocks my rating down is the automated phone order system. It is really very awkward. I may order from N&Co. in the future, but only if I can speak to a person. That said, all personnel there were properly masked, and I would be comfortable dining there. read more

We had last been to a Noodles & Co. restaurant about 6 months ago in Lake Geneva, so expected the same good quality and fair portion size. Much to our chagrin, the food arrived in plastic bowls only about half full. The plastic isn't great for hot food, maybe toxic! Anyway we tasted the zoodles and there wasn't any true flavor of pesto, just very bland. This dish is way-y-y-y too pricey for $12.50 for zucchini and pieces of frozen chicken breast in a half filled plastic bowl. My husband was still hungry afterwards so this was a big NO in my book. If you need a snack before dinner you might be okay. The one star I gave is for the friendliness of the two nice people at the counter. They were great! read more

While shopping with my daughter in Deer Park we decided to stop in for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised at the great personalities of the employees! Johnny, Aiden, and Aaron all greeted us and quickly took our order. The food was delivered to our table quickly and was both accurate and delicious! While eating we observed the employees interacting with other guests and it was clear they were enjoying their jobs and taking pride in their work. I grew up going to this place and all the food is delicious. From the tomatoe soup to the penne rosa to the shareable garlic bread- all of it is fresh and reasonably priced! They even have pad Thai to have a more variety to the menu. It's not a big place but service is great and they even have outdoor seating! The food is good or whatever, but that's not what I want to talk about. There is one thing, and one thing only that should be the deciding factor as to whether you should come to noodles and company or not: the employees. These employees treat their customers like ROYALTY short of actually rolling out a red carpet. As I walked in I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by MULTIPLE employees who all had radiant smiles on their faces. As they hustled and bustled away, hard at work, some of them were even singing which brightened the vibe of the restaurant. Once my order was completed an employee CAME TO ME to deliver my meal and offered a cookie free of charge! I proclaimed, "This truly is a breath of fresh air compared to the normal, mundane atmosphere of a lower quality restaurant such as McDonalds! The employees then proceeded to perform a choreographed dance and song Broadway style about all the wonders and glories of Noodles and Company and when I left they all said, "have a noodletastic day!!!" In cheery voices. In short ladies and gentlemen, each and every one of these employees deserves a generous raise for going above and beyond at their job. Great Store and Amazing employees, As I walked onto the premises I was greeted by a nice young fellow. Aaron Helped me with my order and put extra work in to help as it was my 1st time there with a warm smile the whole time. once I was seated Aaron brought my food to me personally because the other staff member (Aiden) was not paying attention on his phone. This place is not so big but is super clean every time I visit, staff is friendly, atmosphere is not bad and after ordering staff comes and brings food to your table and picks up tables right after you leave which keeps it nice and clean. Food I think Is good, I will not say is out of this world but again for Noodles and Company this is not bad. Restrooms are always clean. Outdoor seating available which is nice. I've eaten here a couple of times but couldn't decide how I feel about it. Not that I thought it was a bad place or anything but I feel now that I'm ready to jot some of my thoughts down. So while this place is a chain, it does offer a variety of noodles in all all flavors and spices. I love Asian food naturally so I always opt for the Pad Thai or Udon Pan Noodles, but my favorite here is the Indonesian Peanut Saute one. It has a bit of a kick and spice to it if you like that. The noodle was a bit dried and I had mine carried out (placed the order online and pick up) which was so much more convenient. When you first come in they'll let you choose entree in small or large size ($4-6), then if you want meat/tofu you can add on another $2+. In the end, you'll spend about $8-9 dollars here at base price unless you add nothing else on your noodles. Quality-wise, it tastes decent, especially when you're hungry. The plus side is that the ingredients are always fresh and everyone pretty much pays about the same price, with no distinction of what you pick as your entree, it just depends on what meat you add will determine your final price. Service is usually good to average here. They bring the food to you, very similar to GoRoma. I like that food is fast and is convenient at this place. Though if you want true authentic Asian noodles, you would need to go to a more authentic restaurant and for roughly about the same price of $9 or a tad more, you can probably get better tasting Pad Thai there. But if you're just in a hurry and looking for a quick meal or a place to grab lunch with buddies, it's definitely a good social spot. P.S: Soup add on is only $1 with your meal. I had the Curry Thai soup which was small and mostly has veggies but I was surprise that it had a lot more ingredients than I had expected for paying only a dollar! So try it out! read more

I'm a big fan of Noodles & Co, but this location is a serious disappointment. Everything that is wrong about this location screams LAZY. The staff have terrible attitudes and act as if communicating with customers is doing the customer a huge favor. Pretentious and lazy children. I literally got an eye roll when my order was taken. The place is absolutely disgusting and dirty. Dirty dishes left on tables, the drink station tried to trap me with its stickiness and the floors a mess. Secondly, the food has a real lazy quality as well, which does not live up to the standard of this company. The worst part was that my dish and silverware were dirty, with caked on food from the previous patron. Hardened Red sauce smeared all over the bottom and sides of my bowl. I can't deal with that. No, just say no to to this place. Reasons? 1. Dirty silverware, filthy floors , chipped plates. 2. Food is not as described, and tasted different from what is being served at other locations of the same chain. I ordered soup and Pad Thai. The soup was not bad, but the other dish was plain noodles, dry and with resemblance of scrambled eggs ,but it's hard to be sure what that actually was - it tasted like nothing. 3. My friend ordered a spinach salad with extra meat, no cheees. Her order came out right, but she also said the flavor wasn't there. 4. Both of us went for a movie afterwards and she complained about stomachache 2 hours later. I felt sick as well. The staff at this location is allright, they brought clean silverware, apologized and where quite professional. For the price you pay this specific location is the biggest disappointment. As several other reviews I read, I too found no tables open/clean for my son and I to grab once we placed our order. I had to ask someone to clean up a table for us. The soda station was out of ice. When I asked for ice, I was told "the soda station is the only place for ice and since we have been busy tonight ... We must have run out!" Lastly, an employee comes around with a tray to empty dishes, takes mine since I was done without saying or asking anything. Shockingly, he reached and grabbed my son's knife which was placed on a napkin while he was still eating his meal. Not asking for world class service, but it was obvious he was still eating ... Their portion is huge, you will literally surprise with their servings, and the plating of their food is so pretty good. The prices of the food here is so fair and affordable. This place is clearly one of the finest place in the neighborhood. Their place maintained clean, nice, and bright. Once you enter you will feel the good ambiance, nice vibe, and how relaxing is this place. Really love this location. Also it is always clean, nice, and it has a patio. This Noodles & Company is conveniently place near to other well-known stores around the area. Easy to find and navigate. Noodles and Co is always a good meal to have and the food at this location is no exception. The only problem that I have with this location is the employees that work here. Many of them are uninformed of what they even have on the menu. I once asked the cashier what dressing they put in the salad and she had to ask 2 people for the answer. On top of that the other employees that aren't cashiers just stand there and look at you while you order and filling up drinks, never seen them cleaning tables or sweeping or even wiping counters. I am fond of Noodles and this location is busy and does a good job. However yesterday I went in and ordered the pesto with chicken and the pulled pork sandwich to go. When I got home I had the pesto dish and what I believe was Mac and cheese with pulled pork. I am pretty sure this is not even on the menu. Mind you it was pretty darn good but not what I ordered and wildly heart attack worthy. I can't imagine how my order of two entrees got screwed up, much less with something that wasn't even a menu offering. Noodles is one of my go-to places for a quick gluten free meal. This location is busy and as a result finding a seat can be hard. It can also end up messy during rushes. The manager was very friendly when I ask about gluten free items and let him know about cross contamination concerns. I ended up getting the chicken pad thai. The chicken was a bit dry/salty. Location & Ambiance: Very corporate feeling and clean which was what I was expecting going in. Reminded me of a mix of Panera & Chipotle. I have been to this Noodles location a few times and each time it has been good. This last time I got the Pad Thai and the Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca. I liked both but wish the flavors were a bit more mixed in throughout the dish on the Pad Thai. I will go back soon and try some of the other pasta dishes. The only issue I had with the last visit is they did not give a receipt for payment. I thought maybe it would be with the order when I picked it up. It did have a receipt for the order but not for the payment. I thought about going back, but it was busy and I did not want to bother them about it.
