We didn't feel like cooking, so we ordered Thai Chili 2 Go for pickup! Service was great and a head is scheduled pick-up time and the ambiance was quieter than usual. I decided to try the Tom Yum Gai with chicken, and unfortunately, this visit was a bit of a miss for me. The broth was very concentrated, and the overwhelming flavor was salt. I wasn't able to finish the soup and ultimately ended up discarding it. We've visited this location many times over the years and have always had a great experience, so it was disappointing that this time was different. I definitely appreciate that their menu has so many gluten-free options to choose from, which is always a big plus for me! We have been to this location twice and have had good service and good food both times. It seems to take about 15 to 20 minutes for your order to be ready. We ordered at the kiosk and then popped over to Sprouts next door to pick up a few things and our order was ready when we returned. We ordered Thai Fried Rice with Shrimp with medium spice and Pad Siew with chicken with mild spice. The chicken was a little overcooked (I may get shrimp next time), but it was good and the flavor was terrific, a little on the sweet side. The broccoli was perfectly cooked. We'll be back. read more

I usually get the spicy Thai basil with chicken, but decided to try the Prig Pao chowmein with chicken. I ordered it hot and it wasn't, there was barely enough chicken to say there was chicken in it. The touted vegetables were near nonexistent as well. I will never get that again. I've had other items from different locations and my last two experiences from this location in Queen Creek have been disappointing at best. The servers were nice and the food was ready right on time for pickup so I can give them that much. Maybe it's the cook, or an inability to read the instructions on an order or maybe they can't follow a recipe. They just need more guidance and training. read more

Fresh, fresh, fresh! The Pad Prig Pao and drunken noodles did not disappoint, I was impressed with freshness of all of the vegetables. It's always nice that you can customize your order by adding extra vegetables, meats, and heat level. The veggie spring rolls are nice and crisp with a perfect gingery aromatic filling. As always, don't forget the Thai tea. I have been her a couple of times now and really enjoy the food. Next visit is the curry! I have only been here twice, and both times I felt the service was very quick and efficient! The pineapple fried rice is definitely a favorite in this house, we got the Thai noodle a with shrimp and it didn't last! We will be going back next week for meal prep food for-sure. At first glance I thought the Togo containers were small, and weren't going to be enough, but we actually had some left overs, the look and small bag they gave me was definitely deceiving. Came in to treat myself and my kids for take out got home and noticed my rice was missing for my entree (I live 18 mins away in gilbert) I called to let them know and they offered me a 1.00 credit or a free side of rice after spending 50.00. It's unreasonable for me to drive 36 minutes to resolve a mistake they made, my curry is pretty hard to enjoy without the rice. Trinity the on shift manager was rude and off putting and not willing to remediate the issue at all. I was asking for my curry to be comped which didn't seem unreasonable to me since I wasted my time and money and don't have a meal I can enjoy.. so for the cost of a curry. The food was hot and tasty. I paid $22 for pad Thai and an egg-roll. I know things are expensive these days. The person who took my order was very good, polite, and efficient The reason I am giving them two stars is I still see people with no hair coverings in the back cooking food as well as one of the cooks who has a really nice beard, but again state health laws require that you wear a hairnet so you don't get hair in contact with open food, which is exactly what that was. I mentioned it last time but I guess they think it's a joke so two stars and I hope the manager reads this it's a good training moment. Also PadThai comes with peanuts and fish sauce. I got neither, they were busy, so I'll give them that and the container I got to go was clean free of food and oil which is appreciated and looked great, but I missed my fish sauce and peanuts with the order which I do expect for $22 for dinner for one. Tonight I picked up two orders of pad Thai chicken Hot and some spring rolls. First time going here. It's more of a pick up and take home place versus dinning in. The portions are very large, I'll have left overs for lunch tomorrow. The spring rolls were excellent and not greasy or soggy. When I walked in it was very clean and no clutter. The store manager is rude and unprofessional with her customer service and will not take accountability of their lack of food safety regulations. They provided a vegan fried with egg and she kept arguing about how sauce is vegan and the chef added egg. Seriously? How can it be vegan when there is egg and it was specified repeatedly to add no protein due to allergies? She would not even replace the dish or refund, instead kept arguing about how her chef added egg in the "vegan fried rice" but sauce is vegan. They do not understand basics of food safety, the manager is not even trained in customer service, and overall not a place for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions.
