Decided to come here because I wasn't feeling the best and I needed chicken noodle soup on the fly. This is right near where I work so it was totally convenient. I was able to order it online and then just grab it when I went in. This place would have gotten more stars except the price for this soup was outrageous. I paid $7 for a small bowl of soup. I could have gotten a HUGE bowl of Pho for $1 more! So, that's a big NO for me! The soup was okay. Nothing special, good for what I needed. I'm not sure that I will be back unless I receive a gift card for some reason. Next time I think I'll just bring in a can of Progresso Chicken Noodle to work and call it a day. For $7 the chicken noodle wasn't worth it. read more

Today I had the honor of being served by a fantastic employee named Lexi. When I showed up at the Glendale store on Port Washington Rd there was maybe 6 people waiting for orders and she was very nice when taking mine. As I stood waiting I saw at least 8 orders that had come in from app or online orders and more customers showing up in the store and all I could think of was oh my god how is she going to handle all of this, she was alone behind the counter. During this time she was polite and friendly with every customer and even stopped to fill the soda machine that had run out of product. As I watched her work I felt sorry for her but also at the same time impressed by how well she handled it all. She made my day and Noodles should be very proud to have an employee like her. read more

I keep wanting to like noodles and Company. But it's an ongoing disappointment. The few pieces of chicken I ate were filled with gristle. The noodles were not cooked. And the cheese on top not melted with generally barely warm food underneath. This restaurant has so much unmet potential. read more

We love Noodles & Company as a home meal replacement when traveling. Penne Rosa with Chicken is one of our go-to items. Tried the new tortellini Rosa today instead and enjoyed every bite. Yum. This location provides the reliable menu and service we have grown to expect at Noodles. This is a great option when looking for healthy and filling fast food. Sometimes, I need a break from burgers and fries and Noodles hits the spot. We will return. read more

Another visit today / friday at 7pm.. employees not wanting to work. Refused to take a cash order in the store. Had to order online on the phone and that is always more difficult to get what you want. So got yelled at that you ordered the wrong thing. No we didn't and why could you not take an order in the store. Chairs stacked on top of tables between 630 pm and 7 pm on a friday?? It was evident the staff wanted to not work or do anything to help customers. This place is my neighborhood store. Why does it have to be so dirty and unhelpful and unfriendly?? This is a new (as of July 2017) location for the Noodles & Company franchises. At its most basic, it's like every other Noodles location -- the food tastes the same, is reasonably priced, but doesn't get too adventurous. The main benefit of this location is its convenience. It's a 1 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) from Bayshore Mall and is an easy trip for Whitefish Bay and eastern Glendale residents. It's also right off of I-43, making it a convenient stop for Door County-bound vacationers with an uncontrollable urge for pasta. Just be careful -- once inside you'll feel like you could be alongside any other freeway exit anywhere in the US. Ultimately, this Noodles & Company is good at what it aims to do, but is a duplicate of the many other locations. read more

Food was mostly cold. Cook in the back was listening to something with headphones and not paying any attention the quality of the food. Just going through the motions, badly. They did offer to remake the dish, and I then waited and watch them make every other dish in the queue first before coming back to mine. If I could give this place half a star I would, this is the definition of falling between the cracks in what is usually quality and delicious food. This place was everything opposite of what a Noodles & Company is meant to be. Let's start with the person taking my order, she wasn't paying attention the whole time, me and my fiancé both said regular sized portions and as a military member I definitely need to leave feeling full or else I devour everything in a mile radius. She messed up our order and gave me a small portion of noodles, small is fine if it wasn't for the fact that the bowl wasn't even filled half way to begin with. I watched them make our food and I never saw them make my dish, it appeared out of thin air and somehow was already barely even warm. The Parmesan crusted chicken must not of been cooked fully because there was a lot of gristle and it was more soggy than anything. The cheese that I love getting on all my dishes was extremely pungent, it tasted expired and that was further shown when some of the cheese had specs of greenish blue. The salad that my fiancé got was awful, she ordered a regular sized chicken Caesar salad which are usually really good, all of the greens were wilted and I found that almost the entire dish was arugula which just didn't balance out with the ceasar dressing. We also ordered a kids meal with buttered noodles, seasoned of course ( a must for buttered noodles) there was maybe a spec or two of seasoning, they were by far the most bland buttered noodles I have ever tasted in my life, they were also cold. The staff didn't man any stations and wait to take orders, instead they all sat on their phones in the back (all of them!). There was definitely work to be done as the floors were covered in filth. We came in at about 8:30 and they close at 10 but for some reason they were cleaning the kitchen and already started putting tables up. There are definitely some trading issues, shady sales, and lack of care that is screaming in this Noodles & Company and it needs to be addressed on a corporate scale. Never going to come back, have only ever had good memories of Noodles & Company but this spoiled it for me. Shameful! read more

Always missing items from my order. What is the point of their "Grab and Go" online ordering? They advertise that you don't have to wait in line for your order, its ready when you get there, just grab your order and go (go hungry that is). You don't get to eat the food that you ordered and payed for. I tried them 3 times and all 3 times missing items from my order. I never have this issue at the Fox Point location. read more

I came to this location for the very first time, the lady at the counter continuously asked me what I ordered. (Mac and cheese with extra sauce and bacon) then she continuously asked me if it was for here or to go. I kept telling her it was to go. I get my food and get back to work and realize there is no bacon in my food. If you charge someone $1.50 for bacon there better be bacon! And the extra cheese sauce was nacho cheese. The quality of this location is poor, the employees don't take pride in their work. It's really sad. I called and complained to management and she asked what I wanted her to do... BITCH, I WANT YOU TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT! If you are thinking about going to noodles and company. Don't! Just go to McDonald's across the street. I recommend visiting a different Noodles. My husband and I visit here frequently because it is the closest to our house but every other trip we seem to have an issue. Most recently they messed up a pickup order. I was not feeling well and my husband went to get me chicken noodle soup. The soup was in a side dish, when I ordered a small, and there were NO NOODLES. I know they keep the broth separate from the noodles. This seems like a simple mistake but it ruined my dinner and I had to figure something else out. I did ask my husband to check our order next time but was he supposed to open the container to make sure they added the noodles?? I promptly provided feedback and received a response from Kevin Gamez, apologizing profusely for the error. He asked me for proof of my order, which I provided, although I'm not sure why that's necessary when my feedback was a response to the survey linked to my order. After that I followed up several times and did not receive a response. This incident occurred Oct. 6 and they have had 13 days to resolve the issue and have done nothing. I should've been suspicious of this Noodles branch when there were very few customers at 6 PM on a Saturday night. We placed an order online for takeout, and it was waiting for us when we got there. We checked the order and it looked correct, however, when we got home, the Japanese pan noodles had been made with about 30% pesto sauce. The combination of a sweetish Asian sauce and pesto is pretty darn gross. I called and Noodles would make us another one, however we did not feel like another 30 minute round trip, they offered to take my name and make another one in the future, which did not appeal to us either as we do not want to return to this branch. So, I asked for a refund of the Japanese Pan Noodles. The manager, Sarah, informed me that "because of a system update, we cannot do credit card refunds." So, a very poor combination of poorly made food and less then accommodating customer service leads to a pretty bad franchise. read more
