Wasn't too busy went around 4:40 on a Wednesday during the Phobruary promotion. We were seated right away and served waters promptly. However server came first for our order just before 5pm and then tried not to give us the promotion since it ended at 5pm. I informed her that we arrived more than 15 minutes ago and had been ready to order pretty much upon sitting down. She allowed us to get the special. The pho was very good, I wanted to order a Thai hot chocolate but they were out so she suggested the green tea and it was ok a little different not my normal drink. The egg rolls were okay, but the chicken skewer was very good. I did not order the spring roll my friend did so I didn't try one but they were very nice sized and came with two sauce options. They had a lot of sauces/add ins for the pho.

Had the pleasure of returning to Thai BBQ after a hiatus. I was very happy to see that the food has not changed. Still delicious! We ordered the volcano chicken, Panang curry and sausage appetizer. It was all super delicious and flavorful. We also ordered spring rolls. I feel like if you enjoy Thai food you cannot go wrong with this place.

Walked in stood around for about 5 mins. Small cute comfy and kind of dim in lighting. They had a couple people she told me I could sit at any table. Sat down. The table was dirty. She said someone would clean it for me. 10 minutes later she came by to take my order. Ordered the pho the crab Rangoon's and a Thai tea told her I still wanted a water though. Another 10 minutes went by the lady brought my water and cleaned a table next to mine and started to walk away. I asked her to clean my table. She brought me a water after. Asked her for a straw. 5 minutes later I got my crab Rangoon's. Cold. Asked her again for a straw. 15 minutes later I got my phone it came with a spoon and fork. I asked for chopsticks she said okay but I finally got my straw for my water. No bean sprouts no mint and no jalapeños or limes. 20 minutes later I finished my pho. Still no chopsticks. She brought me my Thai tea when I was two bites short of being done. I waited for over 10 minutes for her to bring my check. Never brought it. I stood another 15 minutes at the cashier area waiting to pay. The pho was okay it was lukewarm. Overall not too appetizing and their service could use improvement.

Came here for a late lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. I was seated and served quickly, as the restaurant only had one other table being used. I didn't encounter any of the service issues other reviews mentioned, so your best bet may be to go at more of an off time Their menu had a lot of interesting options, but I thought for a one time visit their recommended dishes section would be the best bet. I ended up going with the chef's secret chicken. Overall the dish was solid. The sauce tasted good and I can't quite put my finger on the flavor, but it was nothing ground breaking compared to other Thai dishes I've had. The portion size was reasonable given the price, but the chicken and veggies on their own were cooked in a very college dining hall style. The chicken was very thin and if it weren't doused in the sauce it would have been pretty dry. Perhaps I went for the wrong dish but I came away thinking it was a fairly ordinary Thai food experience. The plentiful unique sounding options on the menu would intrigue me enough to come back if I were local, but if you're just visiting town I'd recommend passing.

Stopped by for the $7 pho special they have for Phobruary . I was a little skeptical about getting pho at a Thai restaurant but I couldn't miss out on a good deal. The well done steak in the pho was a little tough but overall the taste was there and it was a good portion. I would come back for the $7 pho. We also got the crab Rangoon which was delicious. Service was great and I enjoyed the interior of the restaurant with all the traditional decorations and design.

This was my local restaurant to support today and a long time bookmark so I stopped by for lunch and I thought once again that I would try something different so I ordered the fresh spring rolls and the crispy squid. With the virus you can only get up to front door and not into the Restaurant to pick up your take out. My order took about 15 minutes and I was off with my lunch. First off the fresh spring rolls were smaller than most that I have had before and only has bbq pork in it and no shrimp. The fresh spring rolls were average and not one of the better ones that I have had. The crispy squid smelled so good and looked equally as good. The crispy squid was very tasty with a nice light crispy seasoned coating and tender squid inside. I would definitely skip the fresh spring rolls the next time and try something else but definitely always get the crispy squid appetizer.

Ordered food delivery from this restaurant tonight. There was a massive disgusting bug in the pad Thai my husband got. I had already eaten mine. Now, several hours later it's given me seriously upset stomach () Do not order!!

Is this place under new ownership or possibly new cook? I ordered takeout today and it did not taste the same as before.

Still the same owner. Maybe it was a different chef when you ordered from them

That said, I'd likely get reservations were I to stop by again. They're a bustling little spot and saw several groups who weren't able to get a table without reservations while we were there. Where we sat at the bar, we were able to see the kitchen and our food (and others) begin prepared which was fun to see (and also nice from a transparency standpoint). Let me tell you--they are hustling in that kitchen! I began with a berry smash whiskey cocktail which was refreshing and fantastic. For my dinner, I got the bbq salmon which came with a salad to start and rice and asparagus on the side. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The only small note I had was I would have loved more asparagus but honestly, I could probably ask for a side of that next time to amp up the veggies. The service was lovely and the prices were reasonable. Get to it!

But luckily my husband quickly checked well before we were served and saw there were reservations available online, so he booked us one on the spot. We were then given two excuses, one by the bartender and a different one by the host as to why they couldn't honor the reservation: (1) there were no tables available for us (note the place was half empty, but we supposed maybe there were lots of reservations coming later--nope, the place was still half full by the time we left); (2) we had to make the reservations 30-40 minutes in advance and we didn't do that so even though we did have a reservation, they couldn't honor it because we made it too soon to the reservation time (WOW--complete BS). We were peeved but decided we should just enjoy our dinner. BUT as we were finishing up, about 5 couples came in WITHOUT a reservation and both the host and the bartender gave each couple the option to either sit at the bar or at a table. When I confronted the bartender about it, she claimed "they weren't supposed to do that." WHAT?! She literally just offered a couple a table without a reservation. What do you mean?! It was insulting. Anyway, we will absolutely NEVER come back here. The tip we left was solely for the kitchen staff who were hard at work and doing an honest job. Bartender and hosts are discriminatory and awful. Do NOT recommend if you are looking to be treated with respect. Would give zero stars if that were an option.

Had a bad day yesterday so today... Noodles! Not much can cure a case of the blues like a hot pile of steaming noodles. Ok, maybe some soup dumplings can top the noodles. On our way out to Seven Bridges for a quick walk outside, we stopped in here and fell in love. The 5 spice old fashioned and the apricot whisky sour were both phenomenal in their own unique ways. Then came the soup dumplings. Yum! Steaming hot and a project to eat properly, they are worth the efforts. We ordered the Tom Yum and spicy Korean noodles. The spice on the noodles was mild but it does build on your palette the longer that you eat. The beef was perfectly tender. The soup was wonderfully lemon-grassy and full of flavor. The ladies that sat next to us just ordered a table full of dumplings. I think that's my plan for next time. May it be soon.

The highlight of the meal was the peking duck, which they only have about 2 orders of a night. We snagged it immediately when we sat down and it can easily feed 4 people with the sides. The duck was juicy and cut into thick pieces, so it was more of a steak rather than a bao style that I am used to. Nevertheless, it was delicious and even warmed up well the next day. The green onion wraps were...strange in my opinion. They fell apart easily and didn't have the best flavor that complemented the duck. Overall, I would come back for the duck itself, but everything else was average or extra salty. Service was great and the staff are very attentive. Happy eating!
