I'm from Chicago and this Rosati's has become our home away from home favorite. So much so that we drive 30 minutes to get there. PERFECT!

Hello everyone, if you're thinking about getting Rosati's pizza, think twice. Me and my wife, Deb Uszy, were hungry and decided to shelter in Rosati's for a superior supper. Once ordered we didn't just wait for 20 minutes, not even 30, but about 40 minutes. Once our pizza arrived I was astonished to see that it was all sorts of wrong. We ordered a half sauce (garlic) and half no sauce, with pepperoni and extra cheese. But this?? This was so cheeks, I stared in utter horror and sorrow. This pizza had red sauce, very little pepperoni and the double cheese? No where to be found. This pizza was 31$, just for something long and wrong. Not to mention we hoped the ranch and sauces they provided would be adequate, but alas, these were also ass. The ranch tasted sour, which no one would find pleasant. The ambiance was cold and sad, though there were other people there, if we were alone I would feel as though I was in a haunted mansion. Half the time employees weren't at the counter, making it feel unwelcoming. You can find better and cheaper pizza literally anywhere. read more

This place used to be great, but has steadily declined to barely edible. Our last 4 orders have all been wrong or taken forever to arrive. Last time we asked for a thin crust sausage & mushroom with light cheese, got nothing but a cheese pizza; asked for the same thing again tonight, got a regular crust with so much of their new low-grade mozzarella that you could barely find the crust, let alone the sausage or the two slices of mushroom. We've tried to be patient. - any place can have a bad night - but we're tired of hoping that this will be the night they don't screw up. Save your money - you can make a better pie at home with a frozen Pillsbury crust, and you won't have to wait until you aren't hungry anymore to get a wad of greasy undercooked dough swimming in cheap off-brand cheese. read more

I'm glad there's finally a decent pizza option out in the Colorado area. I'm originally from Chicago and in my opinion most pizza options in Colorado are not very good. Rosati's is a really good option! I normally order online, however, it seems like my pizza is almost never ready in 30min when I come to pick it up. Also, I can't log into my account online when ordering a pizza so I never get points which is annoying. Those points aside, the pizza itself is really good and has become my family's "Go-To" Pizza! read more

Reading some of the bad reviews, you can tell the authors are Cubs fans, just whining people. Well, I ordered a 18" pizza for Da Bears game this past Saturday. Ok, so my order got messed up, but so what? What this Rosati restaurant did was send me two 18" pizzas for the price of one and just in time for halftime! Pretty friendly staff, almost like home, bathrooms could use a little attention and simply because that does make me question the state of the kitchen, paid for double sausage and it was basically a little extra compared to back home's regular portion. Drove an hour from Castle Rock and was a little disappointed but these are all things that can be fixed. For $72 for 2 pizzas, I felt shorted for sure. Not scratching them off the list, but will definitely consider them when I'm in the area as opposed to making the extra long drive. read more

This Rosati's has gone through a rebirth. They are under new management and each experience has been great. The pizza's have been made perfect. They are usually made within 30 mins. My go to is a garlic pizza with extra sauce cooked crispy. They usually come out with the perfect portions of cheese, sauce with the perfect crispness. If you want a solid pizza stop into this Rosati's. They won't disappoint. read more

This place is amazingly quaint and tucked away from view on the street, but believe me when I say this place is acually pretty amazing. They have a small lobby, but it feels very cared for and the details make for a solid atmosphere. They already prepared pizzas, as you do for a pizza joint, but they were pretty much straight out of the oven fresh. With just enough grease from the cheese to add that sweet city vibe! The price was excellent for it all, too! Large single slice and a soda for just barely over 5 bucks. Solid deal considering the economy collapsing like a wet paper tent. read more

Best pizza in Broomfield in my opinion. And if you like gluten-free crust, you're not gonna be disappointed. Can't tell the difference. It's under new management and they don't speak good English. Which does create some annoying energy for ordering over the phone. But give him a shot they are Top shelf. read more

We stopped here mid afternoon for lunch. I was immediately impressed by how friendly the two men at the counter were. Secondly by how clean the restaurant was. And third, by how hot the food was. My daughter wasn't terribly hungry, so she just ordered fries, which we're incredibly crisp and fresh. I admit I snuck more of them than I should. The pizza was also very hot and heavy with toppings, so it sank down in the middle. Those of you familiar with my reviews know I'm a gal who likes cheese, so this was fine with me. So if you like a pizza that's heavy on the toppings and cheese, this is probably a place for you. read more

The pizza did not meet a "real" Rosati's standard. Skimpy on toppings especially cheese and sauce (really?). And what's with the cornmeal on the bottom of the crust? I've seen other pizza shops do this (and I understand the thinking behind it) but it's not what I've experienced at any other Rosati's locations....and personally I don't like it. There were other Rosatis locations in Broomfield and Louisville but unfortunately they've all closed for one reason or another (financial mgmt or customer service ie you can't find good help nowadays)...but the pizza was representative of Chicago. This location also refused my Rosatis Gift Card; claimed to have a different card but yet say they are Rosatis. They've got Rosati's splashed all over the place but they are a "different Rosatis". I guess they are not a "participating location"....That's it - never going back. And don't think this is representative of a REAL Rosatis pizza. read more

Walked in for lunch, the service and the pizza was great, loved it. If you like Chicago thin crust pizza, try Rosati's. I don't know about past experiences and past management referenced in prior posts here, but my experience was excellent. I'll be back. read more

Ordered and paid for a stuffed pizza but received the wrong pizza, got a thin crust. Called to complain and was told "ok". They could care less about getting the customers their order. Once you leave they don't really want you back. So I won't be back. I'll spend $50 on a dinner somewhere else next time. read more

We've been coming here a while for their pizza and have had a few other items on the menu for a while now. Normally an easy 5 star experience, today wasn't even close. 1st of all, we receive emails with special offers but I have NEVER been able to put a coupon code in online...it always says "offer not available". Today I ordered over the phone and showed him the coupon on my phone, in person in the store, and he says "it's telling me that the coupon is not available". REALLY???! I received my points but ended up paying full price because their coupons are BS & non-existent . THEN we get home and our, usually VERY delicious, Dough Bites were rock hard. So Rosati's Chicago Style pizza is really good. Be aware that this style pizza does take a little longer to prepare and bake, it is heavy and rich, and it's worth it. The service is always pretty good at this location, and the ambiance is lack luster to say the least. The food though, very good. My suggestion, pick it up and eat it at home. read more

There are a lot of "pizza" places in the Denver area but this Rosati's is by far one of the best. Most pizza places we've been too and there have been numerous venues...eat in, take out.....are questionable at best. This one is a winner read more

Loved this place... however when we ordered it tonight, the online ordering didn't work. Called in and placed our order. Food arrived and there was about half as much meat in our Chief Sandwich as there used to be and a lot less fries. Loved this place, going to the Louisville location now.... They must've changed the recipes with the new owner or management, because the breaded mushrooms and fries are totally different and the Italian beef had almost no flavor. So sad because I've been eating Rosati's in IL then here for 30 years read more

This place has been under new management several times over the years. It was really good what seems like 100 yrs ago but ever since, the management changes never seems to matter. Always disorganized and sometimes you get a bad pizza. Always expensive either way. It's not the worker's fault. The Louisville location is much better. read more

So anyway. We're starving, right? But the parents don't feel like cooking and pizza always wins with kids. So I drive while my wife orders and the kids are carrying on in the backseat about....something or another. I walk in and immediately notice that not a single employee is wearing a mask. Whatever. Everyone's hungry and we're here. So I walk out with the pizza. I get in the car and my wife asks, "You don't seriously expect us to eat that, right?" While gesturing towards the restaurant. I glance. " I know they're not wearing masks." "No." And she points. The boy and girl that were working the front desk were making out like it was prom. Brings up additional sanitation issues. So now I know the chances of me persuading my wife to eat this pizza, and allowing our kids to eat it, are pretty slim. My wife cancels the charge on the debit card. Back to Rosati's I go. I slide the pizza on the counter and just say, "You can keep that." A very courteous gentleman found me in the parking lot, introduced himself as the manager, and asked what the problem was. I explained our issue. He explained that he was trying to correct that issue (no masks and, I assume, treating work like it's a prom date) and there are a bunch of children that work there. Then, he offered to remake the pizza and pay for it himself. Good dude. When I go back in to pick up the fresh pizza, everyone is wearing a mask. Except a different gentleman who introduced himself as the General Manager. That pizza is in a trash can outside their door. read more

Being from Chicago I was so excited to order authentic deep dish from a name I trusted and loved "Rosati's". Unfortunately, this wasn't it. They give Rosati's and Chicago deep dish a bad name. I ordered online and when I went to pick up the pizzas there was a problem with my order. The girl at the register was rude and insulting. Most importantly, where's the cheese? The pizza's I received were mostly just sauce, toppings and dough. What a ripoff! If you do take a chance on this place, don't order online. The employees don't even see that a tip was left so they do a terrible job. Instead call in your order and then leave a tip if the service is reasonably good. read more

You know, it's really hard to mess up pizza, but this had to have been the most flavorless pizza I've ever had. The sausage tasted funny as well. The thin crust was so soft and not crispy it was just falling apart. The sauce tasted bland. Cheese, toppings, all of it. There's a reason I hadn't been here in years and I gave it a try again because it was close to home and there's a reason I won't ever go back again. We spent over $75 and ordered three extra large pizzas from here yesterday after being regulars for 10 years... we asked for extra extra cheese and our orders barely had any. The toppings were so conservative that the pizzas were 1/3 overcooked, dry & exposed crust - and it felt like eating unsalted crackers. The owner refused to remake them, even though they made them incorrectly to begin with. That's a lot of money for us to pay for their mistake. After spending over (or several) thousand here throughout the years we were really surprised at their lack of customer service and common sense with a business arrangement. If someone is paying you for services, and you don't deliver those services, it should be refunded or amended. Either way, they have lost lifelong customers. I ordered the Zeppole as I have several times in the past. This time several pieces were raw. When I called the store, they told me, "that's the way it's supposed to be." I said, "I've never had Zeppole that were raw like this before and". Stella (said she was the manager) said she didn't know what to tell me because that is the way they make them and there's nothing she could do for me. I thanked her and hung up. I checked the website and they are described as "crispy pieces of dough". I called Stella back, she hung up on me. I called again and she answered this time. I let her know what the website said and she continued to say they are supposed to be raw. She said she could give me a $5 credit on my account but that was about it. I declined.
