Have been ordering there a couple times a month ever since they opened. Stoped there Friday January 23 rd and order the steak stroganoff. When we got home we found that steak very tough and they hadn't put the sherry cream sauce. So in essence all I got was dry noodles and tough steak. We returned on Saturday because are grandson was spending the night and wanted their Mac and Cheese. We were told it would be 15 minutes before we could order. 20 minutes later we were told it would be another 5 minutes. About 5 minutes later we were told it would be another 15 minutes because they were slammed with online orders. I asked why they got priority over us and was told I would have to talk to the manager. The manger looked at us but just continue to go about making meals. We left 15 later never speaking with the manger. We went to the noodles in Neenah , about 10 miles away and were in and out in exact 12 minutes. When I want my noodles fix I will go to Neenah. We wanted something small to eat in the afternoon before an early dinner and stopped by here for some small dishes and had a great experience. The manager, Ryan, was very welcoming, got our food out super fast, and also was quick to replenish toilet paper in the bathroom when we told him it ran out. The food was delicious and the smalls are really a perfect size for a meal (even a regular one!). The floors were a little dirty with some food and debris, but the bathroom was clean and smelled nice! I would return here! read more

This was my first experience at a Noodles & Company. My husband has been telling me forever how good it is and how much he likes it so after work and not eating all day I decided to try it. While reading the menu a staff member comes up and says that they will be closing in 2 min at 8pm despite the website saying that on a Friday they close at 10pm. Whatever. I end up getting the Shrimp Scampi hearing that it is popular and my husband and daughter also got something. Arriving home I had somewhat high expectations but when opening it I was already disappointed. This wasn't traditional shrimp scampi. I took a bite of the noodles and mine were very undercooked. I was also shocked because there was absolutely no seasoning whatsoever on the food and my husband proceeds to tell me they had seasoning on the table at the restaurant, weird. All in all I wanted to toss this place a one star but gave it two because my husband and daughter enjoyed their food. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

I've never been to a Noodles, and since I usually stick to a low carb diet, I wasn't terribly excited when I saw this place getting built. However, the boyfriend looked online and saw that they can substitute spinach for pasta (what they call a BUFF bowl), so we gave it a shot for lunch, on just the third day they've been open. We were greeted at the door and offered help choosing menu items, and though the cashier didn't know absolutely everything (like what kind of dressing is on the cucumber and tomato salad), she quickly found out for us. Issued our number and plastic cups (looks like you can get disposables to go), we ran the gauntlet of screaming kids in the dining room and headed to the patio. Our food came out promptly and was nice and hot. While everything was good -- the tomato basil soup definitely lived up to its recommendation -- the pesto bowl with shrimp could have used a little more flavor. But it was tasty, and a nice change from the other lunch options around here. Someone stopped by to see how everything was, and again to clear the dishes. And they use actual china dishes and real silverware! Overall, it was a good lunch and I think we'll be back. I am curious to see how things go once the corporate opening team leaves. Right now they're doing a great job, so hopefully they keep it up! read more

Delivery is horrible. Food always comes cold. Mac n cheese has next to no cheese on it and was all stuck together like a brick, both times I've ordered. Chicken was cold and over cooked. Salad is just a few giant pieces of lettuce and a couple croutons. Won't be ordering again. Maybe it would be better if it wasn't delivered. read more

Today was my first time trying. I ordered the steak Stroganoff and an order of the cheese garlic bread. I expected it to be better. It definitely needed more sauce. It tasted like noodles, garlic, steak and mushrooms. It was good but could have been better. The garlic bread was pretty good and still had a crunch to it even after we had orders it, picked it up and brought it home. I just didn't care too much for the Parmesan on top and would have liked mozzarella or something gooey and the marinara sauce was alright, I enjoyed the chunks of tomato in the sauce and used some of the sauce on my noodles to add more sauce. My boyfriend and his dad enjoyed their meal but my boyfriend mentioned his was a smaller portion and will be trying something else IF we go again. He got the zucchini noodles with some sort of truffle sauce. I would maybe give it another try. Next time I'll ask for more sauce and try something new. read more

Have been eating at this location frequently since it opened. As time has gone by they have gotten into their element and finally the crowds have dwindled down after the holidays. My only complaints would be the layout, it's awkward to order a to go when there is not really anywhere to stand and wait...only in the one area where everyone walks through. Food, service, quality. No complaints. Everything i've ordered is always prepared and received hot, steamy, fresh, very tasty. Prices can be higher on some items. Pasta bowls/dishes is where they do well. Not sure on sides, salads, or sandwiches yet. My favorite is the Alfredo MonteAmore with no yucky mushrooms. Chicken tastes great. Well worth the money. Only dine in however if its less crowded and doesn't have a bunch of screaming kids flinging pasta all over the place. read more

I got the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese- usually my favorite. The noodles tasted so good then I found the first pube. I removed that noodle and continued eating. Then I found the next pube. Even longer then the one before it. Ok. So I keep eating and find the third pube. Immediately boxed it up and threw it away. I gave it 2 stars because the noodles were good. read more

Been to this particular Noodles 3 times since it opened. 1st off, great service! Employees are very friendly and look to make sure your visit is pleasant. 2nd, food is delicious. I tried something different each time and have no complaints. Looking forward to all the other items. 3rd, prompt service. Got out food within 5 to 8 minutes, even when busy. Now, those were the good things. On to the negative... Noodles is a pretty popular place and the fact this place (built new) is as small as it is makes me not want to eat here. Why not make it bigger? Makes no sense. Sure, there's outdoor seating but, we all know Wisconsin weather. 2nd, the limited seating isn't very well laid out. If it's busy (which seems to be always), you feel like you are sitting right on top of on another. 3rd, the ordering process is very crowded. Again, the small place is just too small! After you order, if you are taking it to go, which many people do, you are all crammed together waiting to get your food in a tiny little corner and right next to people who are trying to eat right next to you. Why Noodles did you not make this place bigger?! To sum up. Great food and great service! They are successful for a reason. The bad is, this and the Appleton store are too damn small! Knowing how popular they are, why wouldn't they make this place bigger, especially when they built from scratch? I recommend ordering ahead and picking it up to go. Or just show up with your fingers crossed that it's not too busy and that you can enjoy a good meal without having to bump elbows with everyone in there. read more
