Although it's a chain, the food is always very fresh and the kids love the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Tonight I tried the spicy Korean noodles for the first time, and it was quite good. The teller warned me that it was very spicy, but I actually thought it wasn't nearly as spicy as the warning indicated. It could've had a little more kick for me. Noodles and Company has a brilliant business model for the difficult restaurant industry, because kids and adults both enjoy their food, and it can't cost that much to produce noodle dishes, especially at the prices they charge. read more

Surprisingly YUM, especially for fast food! I'm a carb freak anyway, so anything that specializes in noodles kind of has me at "hello, may I take your order." Only problem - there wasn't nearly enough sauce on either the penne rosa nor the Mac and Cheese. The prices are unbeatable, however. I gave this location another chance, and I'm glad I did. The service was better, the tables were clean and the place was busy, but moved at a good pace. I had the PESTO CAVATAPPI with grilled Parmesan crusted chicken. I have to say, if you're adding chicken, this is the one to go with. The flavor was intense, but not too salty. It went well with the cavatappi and pesto. My fiancee had the mushroom stroganoff, and it was tasty and well prepared. I had heard from my two daughters that they had the best Mac & Cheese in the world. So when a friend suggested we meet here for lunch I ordered it. It was ok but definitely not the best in the world. My wife had the Pesto Cavatappi with chicken. The chicken was awesome! She thought the rest of the dish was good but not great. The parking lot was full when we got there after the noon rush but we were able to find a spot. The interior was very nice and clean. The staff were awesome! Since this was our 1st time there it was a little overwhelming for my with to figure out what she wanted. Ordered to go yesterday 3 large servings plus side bread. The portions keep getting smaller every time. The bread was not even 2 inches long. Love the staff here. Always greet you with a smile. When you order you can watch them cook it. It's always fresh. The place is clean and the people are friendly. Food comes out quickly and it taste the same each time. It's not five star dinning but you get what you want in a timely manor and it's always good. My goto place for lunch. read more

Since most Noodles are the same as far as food goes, I'll start with "great food" because, well, I like it. On to other things... The parking lot can get a little crazy, but there's always a space, it's just a matter of getting to it. The dining area is nice, much nicer than the Noodles in Delafield (from my perspective) so that's a plus. Really... it is. Good dining area. read more

They hold up the Noodle's franchise name well, in that it is very clean, modern, the food is prepared correctly, and the service is nice and fast. Another chain place that i can rate 3 stars as it's pretty typical, if you've been to one noodles and company then you've been to them all. Though this one must be pretty busy as the last 2 times i've visited the soda machine was out of a good portion of drinks, or it was out of fizz. otherwise a pretty solid experience. read more

Not impressed, came here with a couple of friends for a nice meal and they failed to satisfy me. Not only are the bathroom not attended to, but the service is very disappointing. They failed to serve my food to the correct table, giving it to another customer making me wait while I watched everyone eat. The only reason they are getting three stars is because the manger was nice enough to replace my meal and supply a complementary cookie. read more

Just awful! I timed this after 1 pm on a Monday hoping it I'd miss the crazy lunch hour. I did, but sat down to wait for my takeout order to hear the cashier tell the people behind me they are looking at a 20 minute wait for food. I waited about 15 minutes - fine. Get my food back to the office and there's a long, thick black piece of curly hair sitting right on top of the noodles of the mac and cheese. Gross. read more

Came here for someones birthday. Originally, they charged me for her entree and removed the price of my entree from the bill. I got really irritated by this fact, considering my food was 5$ and I was charged 9$. I talked to the manager and he fixed things up for us. The food was good and hot, I will come again. Keep in mind this place is open until 10PM - that means if you work later shifts, you can still get dinner here. I will however, not ever order with someone using their birthday coupon again. There is no place on that coupon they send, stating that they will charge you for the lesser entree. There is no place that even states that you must purchase something along with the free birthday entree. I've had many experiences at this location, but the majority are really good ones. read more

Waited over 20 minutes for a small Pad Thai. Four other guests orders were taken and prepared before mine was given to me. The Pad Thai was without meat! I have no idea why I keep returning to this place. Maybe it's out of convenience, or maybe, just maybe it's because I have hope. Hope that one day I will order my food and when I get home to eat it, I actually get to eat what I ordered. I tried Noodles many, many years ago when they first started opening up restaurants in the area and I didn't care for it much so I never returned. I was told by many friends that the food and menu have improved greatly and I was compelled to try once again. My first re-visit, about 6 months ago was not so bad. Food was decent, the store was convenient to my home and they were open until 10pm. The problem I have with this place is that 5 out of 6 times, they get my order wrong. Never fails that when ever I order Pad Thai with grilled chicken, they forget the chicken. The receipt says grilled chicken, the tag on the bag says grilled chicken, and they even check it off the bag tag so it seems like they checked the order as they put it in the bag. Still...no chicken. They have forgotten the chicken on other dishes that my husband has ordered. I call them up every time, and tell them they forgot the chicken. I always get a manager that apologizes and says he/she will send me a free bowl coupon in the mail. That has happened ONCE. All of the other times the coupon never showed up. I always visit the Noodles store later at night, so it's not usually too busy, maybe a few customers at most. Still they cannot seem to remember to add the chicken to our food. If they could be a little better at getting orders correct and/or actually send out the coupons they say they will if and when they don't get the order correct, I might actually make my next review higher. read more
