This is a good place if you want authentic Chinese food. The beef w/ chili peppers was a flavorful explosion. The meat was super tender and the noodles were nicely cooked. There is a numbing spice to the dish. The fried tofu was one of our favorite dishes. It was perfectly fried and the sauce was good. The shrimp fried rice was also solid. There's a lot of seating inside. It is located in a large shopping plaza so parking won't be an issue.

Stopped by on Saturday, 01/11/25 during lunch time - treating my parents (and I) out. Ordered the following: - 1 kelp silk salad = $6.99 - 1 garlic shrimp with egg noodle (no spicy) = $13.99 - 1 Taiwanese braised beef noodle (little spicy) = $15.99 - 1 classic beef noodle (medium spicy) = $13.99 SUBTOTAL = $50.96 TAX = $3.94 TIP = $10 TOTAL = $64.90 Great food! I have never heard of this place before and when searching up Noodology, I realized there are other locations too (like Irvine).

Their Beef Noodle is superb, I usually order their rice noodle but decided on egg noodle today, and it still hits just as good.

Delicious food. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I tried the Taiwanese Braised beef rice noodle bowl and shrimp fried rice. Can't wait to go back again.

It is a plaza with plenty of parking. Very chill atmosphere and quiet. Staff is decent. There was one guy in front. The food was spicy szechuan style. I'm not a fan of szechuan, but my fiance loves it. He always orders it through door dash. He says go for the soups

Noodology is tasty and serves big portions of noodles and other Chinese dishes. I enjoyed the #1 noodle which has a little numbing spice but was not too spicy. I also had the tomato broth with beef noodles. The broth had tomato chunks and was flavorful. The beef was tender. The price was very good as a whole bowl of noodles was under $15. The noodles came in a big quantity. I also enjoyed the beef rolls that were crispy on the outside. The tofu was crispy too. Parking is easy in a big parking lot.

Service is a little off here don't expect much. You can order via QR code from your table and sends straight to the kitchen. It's not very well AC either, great for cold winters but not summers. We've ordered to-go and it's still pipping hot when we get home. Egg noodle will soak up broth as you eat. Rice noodle is silky and bouncy! I don't have a favorite as it depends on my mood. #12 Chengdu Braised Beef Noodle- one of our favorites but we order it without peanuts. Broth is rich with all flavors you need. #24 Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle- another one of our favorites. Braised beef in this dish has some tendons in it and not as tender as the Chengdu pieces. Sliced Beef & Ox Tripe in Chili Sauce- we love to munch on this while we wait for our noodle bowls. Adds texture as it's a cold dish. Chili oil/sauce adds so much flavor. Popcorn Chicken and Beef Roll were not our favorite and wouldn't order again.

I previously tried the San Gabriel location and really enjoyed it. Met up with a friend to catch up here and we ordered a great spread of things to try. I recommend the beef rice noodles. Very light and flavorful. I also fell in love with their seasonal Sichuan spicy wontons; that's a must order. Another dish that surprised us were their dumplings. I like all the different kind of noodle dishes they have here. If you're in the mood for hot soul they have a lot of those and they have some dry noodles as well. The refreshing cucumbers as an appetizer is also nice to balance all the different flavors out. Lots of parking at the plaza and it wasn't too busy around 7pm during a weeknight dinner. Make sure to CHECK-IN on the yelp app so you can claim a free fried egg!

A nice place for noodles and Chinese food. I love the potstickers. The noodle is very yummy (but also very spicy for me even after removing all the visible chili). The service here is much better than most restaurant I went in USA. The server is very friendly and attentive. I got something sweet to ease up the spice, which really made my day. Parking is plenty. I packed some to-go and the bag is very cute and reusable!

This is a good noodle place called Noodology located in Chino Hills. I stopped at Saturday night and ordered the Cantonese style braised beef brisket, beef rolls and sliced beef & OxTrip chili sauce. The foods are Szechuan spicy style and very delicious. The service was nicely and bring out the foods very fast. I will highly recommend for who loves noodle. The parking is very convenience, it's in a large shopping plaza.

Highly Recommended for Work Lunches & Student Meals! service Good . Recommend Beef Roll Cut into six small pieces, each one packed with tender beef, fresh scallions, and rich sauce. Every bite is full of real, hearty flavors -- once you start, you just can't stop. Tomato Beef Noodle Soup: $13.99 This dish isn't spicy at all. You can actually see chunks of tomato in the broth, clearly simmered to perfection -- no wonder the soup tastes amazing. The beef comes in large pieces! I have to say their beef is really well-prepared: tender but not falling apart, juicy without being dry -- just the perfect texture!

    Ask the Community - Noodology

Are their Rice Noodles gluten free?

    All rice is gluten free.

Are there any vegetarian or vegan options?

Just the fried tofu and the brown sugar mochi. All the noodle dishes have meat based broths.

    What time does it open?

Last time I asked they said 11am-9:30pm daily

    Any vegan options?

Most likely no, their broth is protein based.

Do they make their own noodles?

Highly doubt it. It's rice noodle which is rounded shape like spaghetti than the traditional noodle made of flour.

The Beef and Corn Skewers were fantastic. The Biang Biang Spicy Hand-Ripped Noodles was ok. Thought it would be spectacular based upon other people's reviews, but it was alright. The Fried Mixed Vegetables was a little bit over whelming. The sauce was a little strong. Would be better if it was a little lighter. Overall, the foods were good. The only negative thing here was they were mopping the floor while we were still eating. I know it was close to closing time, but couldn't they just wait till everyone leaves before mopping the floor? I know they want to go home too, but the smell of the chemical made the dining experience less enjoyable.

The consistency of the noodles and the beef slices were exceptional. The bok choy was also very well prepared and added a nice crunch texture. This is also a sauced dish (although my initial thought was that I was going to be a soup) which to me didn't matter. The chili oil was very well prepared and flavor packed. Not only that, the portions were enormous. Some other dishes we ordered were the braised beef noodle soup which was hearty, rich, and comforting.
