Hogan and his team are badasses. They dropped a replacement transmission in my Cooper real quick and now my Cooper's shifting is smooth like a babies bottom. The level of professionalism in their environment is like none other. There is no shop drama. They all play together nicely. Jay always keeps you informed, helped in locating a rare replacement gearbox. There is never any confusion there. I paid for a tune-up and specifically asked the staff to check all fluids and make sure everything was in good condition. I was assured that everything, including the transmission, had been checked and was fine. Less than a week later, my transmission began slipping and struggling to go into gear. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, and he discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely low or effectively empty. We attempted to refill it and see if the transmission could be saved, but the damage had already been done. I was ultimately facing a repair estimate of roughly $5,000 and ended up junking the vehicle and purchasing another car. To this day, I cannot understand how I was told the transmission was checked and in good condition when I experienced such a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced. On another visit, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was then asked to wait because the oil service had not actually been completed. I watched the technician finish adding oil after I had already arrived to collect what I had been told was a completed vehicle. I also had to return because a plastic component was left in my back seat after service and had not been reinstalled. One mistake can happen anywhere. Multiple incidents involving quality control, communication, and attention to detail are much harder to overlook. The financial impact of these experiences was significant, and I have never felt that anyone took responsibility or provided a satisfactory explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would strongly encourage customers to seek a second opinion on any major service recommendations or inspections. This review reflects my honest experience as a paying customer. Junior, Ryan, and Shanice, I am deeply disappointed in all of you. The consequences of what happened cost me thousands of dollars and left me paying for a replacement vehicle. (they wanted to charge $60 for a gasket, Rofl. Found the same one on ebay for $2). Same thing for an iac valve that i didn't even need (I'll go into detail shortly). The valve is $80 they said it was a $400 part because "no one had it"... first link on Google was 80 bucks free shipping. They will try to take you for everything they can. I brought my car for 1 oil change and suddenly I began having idle issues and throwing a check engine light after getting my car back from them. I go back and ask what they think the problem is. This is where they tell me I need a new iac valve that will cost 700 dollars including labor. With my bullshit detector ringing loud in the back of my head I ask how much the part is, that's where they tell me 400 bucks. After checking the actual price of the part ($80) I put 2 and 2 together and got the hell out of there. After WEEKS of trouble shooting my vehicle doing everything from checking & cleaning valves, throttle bodies, checking for faults in the wiring and nearly resetting my ecu, I discover a tiny little valve that seems to be missing a little rubber cap. Those ******* bastards removed the cap to create a small and inconspicuous vacuum leak that would force the cars computer to throw that code. They were going to pocket the entire 700 without even buying or replacing the part by putting the rubber cap back on. I bought a pack of the caps I needed for 25 cents, put it on, and the car has been running mint for months now. I'm so sick that this scum is allowed to have a 'business' in my town.
