Don't be dissuaded just because they're relatively new -- their work is exceptional, and it shows in the quality of their results (which you can check out on their Instagram, although photos may not fully do justice to the quality you can see in person). It is evident throughout the process that they genuinely care and are committed to making your car look as amazing as possible! For example: I scheduled my car for ceramic coating, but unfortunately received a nasty rock chip just the night before. The morning of the appointment, I called to update on this situation, and Anthony explained the options available for remedying this -- so I opted for a touch up. Not only did they accommodate this last-minute request, but were able to acquire an exact paint match within the same day, and did an amazing job! They did an excellent job not just correcting the existing paint defects and polishing overall, but with everything from detailing to the final ceramic coat process -- and, they did all this in a SINGLE day! I took my 2021 BMW M5 Competition in for a two stage paint correction and a full PPF job. Anthony and his team were very well organized and were great at communication from start to finish. They even provided me progress photos as they were working on the car. I highly trust them to do any sort of PPF or paint correction. Pricing here is unbeatable as well. A lot other places wanted to charge me an arm and a leg which didn't make sense to me. NorCal Autospa reached out with a special on a ceramic and full front end PPF protection package so I scheduled an appointment and placed a $100 refundable deposit. The first issue I found was that they couldn't charge my card right away and had to write down my card number and process it later. A week later, I decided not to go forward with the package and ask them for a refund. I first asked on 5/23 and they said they would "get it taken care of". I then got a text reminder for my appointment on 5/30 so I reached out to them to confirm my appointment was canceled and my deposit refunded. I checked my CC statement and indeed, they had NOT refunded me. I figured it was a simple mistake so I requested a refund again on 5/30. They said my refunded was submitted. On 6/1, I still had not seen the refund so I asked again and the person said they would "talk to their boss". As of 6/5, I still have not seen a refund. I have unfortunately had to file a dispute with my CC company. Despite this annoying experience, I am sure glad I found out about their business practices now before shelling over $2000 and leaving my car with them for several days. read more

Anthony provided the most competitive price for a full matte PPF on a 2021 Tesla Model Y in October of 2021. Him and Reggie were able to complete the job in one week using Stek Dynomatt PPF along with ceramic coating on the wheels, windows, and plastic trim. They take pride in what they do providing updates regularly via text and they also pay close attention to detail when working on these cars. They even pointed out defects in the paint of my vehicle that would of otherwise been left unseen by me. Their customer service is next level, fast forward to Feb 2022, I had Tesla Service correct those paint defects and Anthony replaced the PPF film on the fender and A-pillar at no additional cost this goes to show that they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer and take pride in their work. Anthony did an okay job with the wrap on my 2020 Tesla 3P but did not put most of the logos back on my car (he claimed he misplaced them - no suprise his shop is very messy and disorganized). Over 2 months later and after many ignored phone calls still no logos. I cannot recommend this place to anyone so go elsewhere for these services. read more

Well because I simply love writing great things about great people and my experience!I came in one day to ask for a wrap job for my hood and lets just say they did the impossible to satisfy my needs, I mean my hood was trash and it needed a lot of work to be done to it, luckily I came in the right spot and they improved my hood by wetsanding it and primering it to make the wrap stick on the hood because this hood just wanted to be neglected in every way but they they made it happen. I myself felt hopeless and was probably thinking I would have to purchase a new stock hood because I simply dont know where the previous owner bought this ebay made hood with cracked fiberglass and grainy surfaces. I sort of now know why he wrapped it fake carbon fiber because it simply looked terrible underneath the wrap, but these guys fixed it and rewrapped it the same body color and now Im no longer ashamed of driving a FBO Pures 335i! read more
