Update: Almost coming up to my third year with the wrap and it's still in its pristine condition. The gray color still matches all around the car and no peel around the car from any major visible areas. With the cost I spent 2021, it's been worth the wait from their services. I've had this car be a part of the line up for Spocom 2022, WekFest 2022, and a bunch of Electrify America in 2023. Absolutely terrible customer support. Our vehicle was damaged and our local body shop had Elite re-wrap the vehicle, they did a terrible job and the body shop had them re-wrap the entire vehicle. The wrap deteriorated over time and the manufacturer strongly recommended that we remove it as soon as possible. Elite's main shop in San Jose does not answer their phone or return calls. I finally reached Mary in their Monterey shop, she promised to have their San Jose office return my call, they never did. Mary then texted me to say she was trying to find someone to remove the wrap without explaining why Elite would not remove it, I never heard from her again. I finally found another local firm - Carsuds - that did a great job removing the wrap. read more

Elite Auto Films is amazing, professional, and meticulous. I took my Tesla there for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic tint. They worked quickly and I got my car back in just a couple of days and it looks amazing. Chris mentioned that after they finished, he didn't love how the ceramic came out so they did an additional layer, which reinforces the fact that they are perfectionists and really care about their work and results. My husband had the same services done to his Porsche Taycan and they did just as amazing of a job. I didn't shop around for prices so I can't really speak on whether or not it's necessarily less expensive than anywhere else in the area, but I was more concerned with going to a place to do quality work rather than saving a couple bucks. I got a clear bra (front only) and ceramic coating (full body) applied to my Audi TT RS, and Elite Auto Films really hit it out of the park. It looks great with that slick "wet" finish. You can tell it was a high quality professional application. I say that because the front-end of my car is fairly complex (with the front splitter and the aggressive styling) and, aside from a few small bubbles (which are normal), it was basically impossible to tell that it was applied. We scheduled a checkup visit a few weeks after it was applied to ensure everything looked good, fix the remaining bubbles (after everything is settled and ceramic is fully cured) and I was on my way. I never visited Elite Auto Film's new location on Technology Drive since I knew about the move, so today was a good day to do so. Earlier today, I went to 034 Motorsport down the street to get a few baseline dyno runs in. Wow! The new and improved location is 10 times better than the old one. It feels more upscale, there's plenty of parking, and the location is easier to find. Maybe it's a feng shwei kinda thing, but the shop is brighter and larger with a good feeling of energy. As usual, Goshan at Elite Auto Films addressed my concerns about the PPF that was applied a little over a year ago. My clear bra is holding up nicely and I don't have any complaints at all. Came here to get my new M2 Comp wrapped with a clear bra. Jeff was great with scheduling, quotes, and answering all of my questions. He invited me to the shop prior to dropping the car off to see the layout and meet the team. They went over in detail on how they'd wrap it, and where you would see small cuts in the film. Very transparent which was wonderful so expectations were met. Took them about 3 business days to get the job done and couldn't be happier! The film has now set in and its been about 2 months and you CANNOT tell the car has been wrapped. Just an outstanding job and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who's on the fence. read more

Brought my new car to Elite Auto Films to have a paint protection film installed on the entire front half of the car. Everything about the experience was very quick and professional. Jeff was able to schedule me with an appointment a couple days after I contacted them. They quoted me a competitive price and were very responsive in communications. All good signs! I dropped the car off (they quoted me two days for the install) and they showed me in person what exactly they'll be doing and explained the process which I appreciated. Jeff contacted me later that day to let me know they'd be done a little earlier than expected and I could pick up my car as soon as lunch time the next day! I went to pick up my car and was greeted in the same professional manner. The guys explained to me that the film might have some bubbling for a couple days while it settles. If there are any bubbles or imperfections after a few days I can come back and they'll take care of them. The install itself looks really good! You have to look hard to find the film edges (usually hidden around complicated corners). And it's done a good job so far of protecting my car. A car in front of me kicked up some gravel the other day and the film took it well. Only one area of the film looked damaged from a particularly large rock that would've done WAY worse to the paint itself. I'd definitely recommend Jeff and the guys at Elite Auto Films! read more

Day of my appointment, he helped me choose the darkness of my tint (went with 50 front 20 back) and was a nice guy to talk to. I got a call later in the day that my car was ready to be picked up. When I got there, Rich and Chris were putting the finishing touches on my car, and it looked great. These guys were also really cool and told me how to take care of my new clear bra and tint. It was nice to deal with some really cool laid back guys that knew what the hell they were doing. They do charge a little bit more, but the price for the piece of mind that people with the right skills were working on my car was worth it. I've been searching for a shop to do a small job wrapping the side mirrors of my Audi RS7. Many places asked for outrageous price so I kept searching until I found Elite Auto Films. The response through emails was quick and clear and surprisingly, they quoted me for only 50% of the average price I have been told so far so it's no brainer that I would bring my car here despite the 40+ miles from my place. Upon arrival, although I had been told that I would have to drop my car off but the guys started working on it right away and got the job done perfectly under 1 hour. I also asked for the quote to re-install the clear bra and not only they gave me an installation cost but also gave me a suggestion that I should wait until the bra is worn off more and no need to do it now. They could just talk me into doing it and make money but they chose to do the right thing that benefits customer, I was very impressed by that and I will definitely return back to get the clear bra done here! read more

I found Elite Auto Films through Yelp when looking for someone to put a clear bra on my new 3 series coupe. I was willing to pay a bit extra to get the job done right, and in the end my choice came down to Premier and Elite Auto Films. I ended up choosing Elite Auto Films not only because they offered a more competitive price, but because Goshan (the owner) answered all my questions (and there were many) promptly and thoroughly. I was able to get a highly customized package put together, with coverage on my full hood, fenders, mirrors, as well as front and rear bumpers. Most people usually get the partial coverage on the front hood+fenders but I knew that the line--although it's barely visible--would bother me, so I opted for the full hood and fenders. Goshan was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. (You might be wondering why I got the full coverage for the 3 series BMW - it's because I'm pretty anal when it comes to my car. When I trade in for the Lambo there's no doubt that I'll be back to get the full car clear bra'ed.) The actual caliber of work was excellent - and he also mentioned that if I saw any problems I could bring it back and get it fixed at no charge. I believe they also offer a full warranty on their work for 7 years. They have done a number of high end cars as well--I saw a Bentley parked outside while I was there. Bottom line - great quality of work, at a fair price. They aren't the cheapest, but the fact that you're paying to get a clear bra on your car means that you're at least somewhat concerned about how your car looks, and a clear bra is something that you'll definitely want done right. This review is for people who are very picky about their cars like I am. I postponed having paint protection film applied to my 135 because I wasn't able to find someone I trusted with my car until I talked to Goshan. Here's why you'll like Goshan: - He doesn't use kits. Every install he does is custom. If you've had a kit installed, you know that there are always gaps, places it doesn't reach around an edge, etc. Overall, you don't get as much coverage as compared to a custom install. - He has a fine attention to detail. I was worried about anyone getting near my car with a razor blade. Goshan reassured me repeatedly that he's done Ferraris and Lambos, and never had a complaint about a scratch. I have to say, I didn't find a scratch on the car. - He makes sure you get what you want. I wanted very complete coverage on the front bumper, the entire rear bumper, and a couple other places on the car.I also wanted the whole hood done, and the film wrapped around the edges so you couldn't see it at all. Because he does a custom install, you can tell him exactly what you want and where, and he does it for you. - The cost is totally reasonable. I found his cost to do a custom install wasn't too far off of what most people charge to install a kit, and way cheaper than the big name place for a custom install. This stuff is sacrificial anyway--you might have to replace it if any major damage to it is done. - He makes sure you're happy. Goshan came back after a few weeks to tidy up any edges that had come up, etc. He happily addressed any little niggle that I brought up, and didn't get annoyed at all my little requests. - He did the work in my garage. With a newborn at home, and a full install taking several hours, I couldn't have taken the time to go out somewhere for the day. I give Goshan my highest recommendation. I should point out that I didn't know Goshan before the install, and this review is totally unsolicited. I just like to acknowledge the efforts of good people when I find them, and hopefully make them easier to find for other people. read more

A referral brought me to Goshan and Elite Auto Films. The front end of my car has a lot of complicated hard angles and I was a bit worried that it would be too difficult to do a clean clear bra on it. However, when Goshan and crew turned it around, I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the install was. Goshan had explained to me beforehand where some cuts need to happen but when I saw it afterwards, I could hardly notice that it was in two pieces. I had them do tint as well and it came out perfect. I nitpicked a little bit with some tiny flaws after I let the bra settle. Goshan was very prompt, courteous and set up an appointment to do the touch ups. Due to some traffic, I was late for my appt. When I arrived, the guys were very busy in the shop but his crew dropped what they were working on and took care of me right away. Looks flawless now! I had my 2009 black M3 done by Elite. Well worth it. I can say that 18 months later, the film looks as good as new and definitely protected the M3 against many rocks thrown by semi's in the Bay area. It's expensive stuff though, which makes sense given the protection it affords. However the money you spend on the film is well offset by the savings of not having to pay a pro to touch up all your nicks. The film does need some maintenance though, so you need to get their chemicals and apply them not too infrequently. The fit was quite good, except on my mirrors where a few pleats stick out, but it's not that noticeable. Their work therefore on my car was 99.5% perfect, but not 100%. But to get 99.5 is pretty damn good on a car with this many curves and wierd shapes. read more

I had a partial hood clear bra applied to my wrx and I was really happy with the results. It only took them around an hour from start to finish. The film is barely noticeable until you're a couple feet from the hood. They follow up with a touch up in two weeks just in case an moisture remains.
