I wasn't interested in a purse so I went for a wrap, I love wraps...I have to own a variety of wraps! I chose a wool/silk blend wrap, brown with the signature that they're known for! The wrap is a nice light weight with a nice sheen to it where you can see the signature in the fabric... love it! For coming into this store 30 minutes before closing we still received great service, thankfully because that can definitely make or break a sale! Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet! If you are selling clothes here and I have before I think you need to have an expectation that this is a small business and they have are always busy with over flow of people selling clothes and waiting a long time is a given when they only have two people carefully looking at clothes. Everytime I walk in the girls always greet me and make me feel welcomed. I think the poor reviews are not accurate and the high expectations for the girls is uncanny.
