I love the store but not necessarily the shopping experience. The amount of girls wearing sunglasses while shopping was just too much. The line for the dressing rooms moved fast which is great! This location has a lot of designer items and well organized to boot. Dress selection for smaller sizes are almost non existent. However, the shoe clearance is large and well organized. Lots of accessories and clothing. Can usually find a good deal here. read more

Like most stores of this ilk, you have to work a bit here, but the value can be incredible. I hate shopping and honestly, hate the layout, organization and general craziness of Nordstrom Rack, but I've gotten too many shoes and clothes at 50% to 80% off to give them anything less than 4 stars. Make sure and carefully investigate any clothes you're thinking of buying, not everything is pristine. I can't remember the last time I bought shoes somewhere else. read more

Love Nordstrom rack, great deal always, this location tends to have more of the designer selections with killer discounts, that's what I like about this one, the show selection is great, glad I get the box too, lack a little in the makeup department compare to some other racks but I like it overall, enjoy shopping here, enjoy their customer rewards program, will definitely continue to shop here read more

Never in my 29 years have I every been profiled because of my race and the way I dress, until now. On Wednesday, October 5th, 2016, I went into Nordstrom Rack during my lunch break to purchase a pair of white Same Edelman sneakers that I had seen in-store on the previous night, and I could not stop thinking about them. I returned to Nordstrom Rack in the Shops of Park Lane to try them on and convince myself to purchase them. They did not fit as expected and I sadly made my way towards the exit, but not before I was stopped by loss prevention. He tried to escort me back into the store- which I complied- all while asking why I was being profiled and stopped. He merely said that it was because of my shoes- a pair of Dolce Vita mules that I had purchased another day at Saks 5th Ave. To my bewilderment, he made me take them off to inspect them. Thank goodness I had yet to remove the tag that stated they were from Saks. In a state of shock, I informed him that Nordstrom Rack did not even carry the shoes that I was wearing. He passively dismissed the situation- most likely because he did not have a reason to stop me, other than race profiling. After crying outside of the store, I gathered my composure to go complain to the Nordstrom Rack manager. When I spoke to her, she was extremely passive about the situation and kept asking me to give her specifics of what happened. I informed her that the confrontation took place only a mere 5 minutes ago, and several of the cashiers were witnesses to it. She still did not take me serious, and kept assuring me that she would take the necessary steps to follow up. She refused to take my information and did not seem readily interested that one of her customers was racially profiled and shaken up. I am now making this complaint public because I do not think it is acceptable to assume someone is shoplifting merely because they are wearing nice shoes, while being African-American. This whole situation could have been pacified if the managing staff would have recognized their security is racially-profiling their customers. read more

Cheap designer clothes (though they are out of date, but not too far), great clean environment that is more organized than the Plano location and the shopping center is really nice and classy. I will go here as the Plano location is disorganized. read more

This store is right across 75 from Northpark mall & always have a good collection on men's shoes. The only hang up is that there is always a line at the register. This store reminds me of being at a Walmart because when I come here they have two registers open with a line of at least 5 people. read more

Merchandise selection is hit and miss. Some suits are still pretty pricey and the shirt selection is a bit wild. Grabbed an awesome belt though. The problem is the cashier. When checking out, the middle aged lady with green glasses asks if I want their credit card. I say no thanks. she asks a second time. I say no thanks... She asks a THIRD TIME if I want their card. After I say no thanks for a third time, the atmosphere is a little tense because this is the only conversation we are having. So I was pretty dusted when at that point SHE TAKES A FOURTH SWING and tells me I can get their card with all its benefits. sheesh, lady, if I have to run a four question credit card gauntlet in order to buy a belt at your store, maybe I can just go elsewhere? Her coworker (who is checking someone out and answered the store phone) asked her to split answering the phone calls with her and my lady snaps back that she is busy checking someone out. Glad it's not just me she was whacking on, I guess. read more

Good shoes! First place in town I could find quality size 7 toddler shoes that weren't $50. Poorly organized but got 3 pairs. Would be 4-5 stars if shoes were organized by size and if they had rung up at the price marked. read more

I never had much luck finding anything I like at Rack, but if you do, just be sure to supervise your cashier as they remove the sensors from your garments especially if it's made of delicate material. Mine waved me over with her little green flag, she seemed to be in a hurry or just out of poor training, inadvertently ripped a hole in a very unique shirt that I found. There was none other like it, they checked. There went the 45 min I spent scouring the place just to leave with one shirt and they ruin it. Right in front of me. My cashier didn't even apologize. She was only concerned for her job as she quietly went to get a manager. Nothing was ever done to resolve the issue, and no one followed up with a call like they said they would. That's okay though coz that day I discovered that Saks Off 5th next door has much prettier merchandise. read more
