The chicken is super moist and nicely flavorful, but even getting the Spicy I still hit the Sriracha pretty hard. Amazing flavor and texture even without the scoring from the grill. I ate more than half of it before it occurred to me that some smoky grillness might be nice, so nothing's missing here. The rice is soft and chewy, solid light flavor, plenty of moisture still in it.
