Came here after the other place we were going to had a 2 hour wait and had a great time! Its BYOB on the door but they do have a couple of beers at the ready. Got the Chicken Katsu and the Spicy Udon and it was delicious. We were sat in a dark corner of the restaurant so would recommend asking to not sit there because it hurt our eyes. read more

This place is awful. My sushi was old; the rice was stained and crumbly, not sticky like sushi rice at all. When I informed the server, he seemed to take it personally. He also served my sake in a chipped glass (I could have cut my lip). He then tried to argue with me about the fish being old. It's very easy to tell if raw fish is out of date. First, they only wanted to offer me a $12 credit because I ate two pieces of sushi, but I refused to pay for it since there was no way I was going to risk eating more. I still ended up paying $30, I guess, just to sit at the table. This is probably a great place to go if you've been drinking all night and don't mind what you eat. PS if you're serving raw fish 1-2 times a weeks delivery of the fish is not considered fresh. read more

I think the prices at those times are worth it but I can't say I've been super impressed when I had it for dinner. I tried the king crab roll, fried rice with chicken and the salad. If you are a vegetarian, this is the place for you. 2 days a week I only eat vegetarian items and many times I come here to get a variety of vegetarian options. They're also BYOB but if you don't bring anything, they have really good drink items as well. The service is also superb. They have great music piping through the speakers as well. Good spot for sushi! We had a good experience and the sushi is tasty. It's not the absolute best sushi I've had but you can't beat the Monday 50% off nori maki deal! I got the salmon skin maki, soft shell crab maki, and California maki. Everything was good, and I was surprised that the salmon skin maki was a pretty big roll. The only critique I have is that I felt like the salmon skin maki and the soft shell crab maki was a little too salty. We also got some edamame and tea, which was a nice starter. There was a good amount of edamame we got, but felt like some of it was a little over salted. Overall a good experience! We ordered the Phillies, crunchy spicy tuna, dragon, and caterpillar along with spicy edamame. Plenty of food for the two of us and made super quick with great presentation.
