We call Creature Catchers (CC) as we'd used them in the past to catch a 35pound raccoon in our backyard! CC is a family owned business- husband-wife team, Andy and Sandra. Andy came out and did a complete attic check. He found a raccoon mother & baby(s) had made their home in our attic. Instead of setting up traps, he chose to do an "eviction," which means he banged around with a stick to disrupt/scare the mother (he couldnt actually reach them due to home insulation etc.). That night the mom and babies left!! I HEARD them go:))) No Harm- all good:))! Andy later re-did our vent screens to make sure no more entry points were available. CC KNOWS what they are doing. They are humane, professional, and very communictive. We're honestly telling you- don't search around for another company. I scheduled appointments for them to come out and do a walkthrough/estimates/inspections. One never showed up (No showed TWICE). The other two companies did. From the beginning, Matt put me, and especially my mother, at ease about the process, the products they used, the other things we needed to consider in the overall plan of house repairs, improvements, etc. Customer Service is a big part of any company. Loved that I could text or call. Either method I decided to use was promptly answered. They offered a very explicit and thorough walk through of the timeline, what needed to be done, what to expect, etc. THIS was huge. I love checking off a to do list and this was super helpful to keep me and my family focused on what needed to be done. Alex (Alejandro) and team were super helpful on Friday morning when they showed up to put up the tent. Alex answered all of my questions and even relocated one of our Ring cameras so we could keep an eye on our home while we were away. THIS was special and put us at ease that we didn't need to be hanging out in our backyard for hours into the night or camped out in the back yard to feel like we were keeping our property safe. They also did what they could to keep some of our oldest rose bushes around our home alive. They moved the tent behind the bushes where they could to still keep a good seal around the property. Their initial visit was extremely thorough - checked the attics, crawl space, exterior and roof. Photo documented the evidence, activity and prepped a treatment plan. Basically locked down all entrance points from the roof to the crawl space, cleaned and sanitized the activity points. This place is now a rodent fortress. Unfortunately a few must have been hunkering down in the walls because we had telltale signs of traps working within 2 days. They came the next day after we noticed - removed, sanitized and reset traps. We will see them in a week for a recheck. I'm confident in their services. The problem still has not been addressed and the squirrels continue to dig up my backyard.
