Great service, friendly staff, amazing food! The little diner type restaurant is great for stopping in and grabbing a pastry, bagel or breakfast sandwich with coffee quickly, or sitting down for breakfast or lunch. Daily specials that change weekly, and great staff that are always checking in, making conversation, floating around to check on customers, rather than just sticking behind the counter where you order. They even brought our food over to us. They do classes too! We have done a cake decoration class, been there for breakfast, and lunch. Each time was amazing! read more

Remember when McDonalds used to only serve breakfast and lunch in certain time frames. If you miss that sort of thing, check out Debs. The breakfast was near average. Eggs were dry. English muffin was some sort of generic brand. Bacon was good. My other half had to watch the seconds tick on her watch to finally order from the lunch menu. By the time she ordered I was just finishing my meal. We waited 25 minutes for a cold sandwich that never arrived. We finally just walked out - after we had already prepaid for the sandwich and the breakfast. if the waitstaff would have communicated with us why the sandwich was taking so long we may have waited. Didn't happen. This seems to be the only breakfast game in town. Do yourself a favor and go to another town. read more

We were in the area and needed breakfast. This is your typical small town breakfast joint. They were very friendly and we ordered ahead online for pickup. They have just a few spots to sit inside. Super easy ordering and pickup at the window. Don't forget your mask! They packed things nicely for easy travel. I ordered the breakfast wrap and it was very tasty. Plus, it was donut Wednesday, clearly a big deal, as locals poured in to pick up a few of the homemade delicacies. Deb's also makes a large variety of bagels. My turkey wrap was very good, with a slightly dry wrap the only wrong note; the fries were perfectly crisp; and the good coffee in a cheery mug was included in my order. We came here on our way through Vermont and were ecstatic about their gluten free offerings! At first I was bummed we missed breakfast (6am-10am) but I never would've had the chance to try Deb's delicious gluten free soup! She said she generally makes soup using cornstarch and they're amazing! Also, there are gluten free bread options for the sandwiches. Our party of 5 had some wacky diet requests and those were met with polite accommodation. The fried pickles were tasty too, although I am not sure if they were GF. There were lots of traditional baked goods as well and the free tea and coffee was a total plus! They had at least six different coffee flavors and tons of tea options. All free!!! I would visit again if I was ever passing by just to eat more soup! As a gluten free person, I can say that eating soup out hasn't happened much for me lately. Deb's is the best breakfast place. I could end my review there. I am sure that everything on their breakfast and lunch menu is great, but after trying a couple things, I crave them, and I'm scared to try more as I might just live there! The bacon horseradish cream cheese is the stuff of my dreams. Right now I want to go and get a bagel with it on it. Real chunks of bacon. Mmmmmm...... The breakfast sandwiches are hearty and delicious. Eggs are perfectly cooked and the cheddar cheese is melted exactly right. One day a week they have doughnuts. I'd tell you what day, except then there would be less for me. They taste just like my mom used to make. Except better. Don't tell my mom. Some day I will try their lunch. Then I will have to quit my job so that I can hang out there and eat all day. Okay, they have doughnuts on Wednesdays. Just make sure you leave me a few. Or 6. Or a dozen.
