It had a flat front tire, and we were honestly expecting bad news--Mark let us know up front that fixing these tires is incredibly tough (hands-hurt-for-a-week tough), and that most places wouldn't even attempt it. But instead of turning us away, Mark chose to take the time to really look at it. He spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, repositioning the tube, doing some hands-on maintenance, and even using Fix-a-Flat to test if it would hold air. It worked! He didn't have to do any of this--and he didn't charge a dime. Watching someone take this kind of care, especially for someone who could've easily been overlooked, meant the world. It's been a long time since I've seen that level of kindness and integrity in customer service. Thank you, Mark! What you did today truly mattered.

This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. If you care about your bike at all find a better shop, any of them out there are better then this joke of a business.

Instead of trying to sell me some 100 dollar seat post and clamp like most large bike shops Paul instantly tried to fix the problem! He tried using tools and his vice grip but with no avail. He then found an affordable seat that would work for my son. My son needed a top seat clamp since his exploded and Paul tried looking through all his parts. He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly. Let me say the service that I got was far more than I expected. This father-son team took me in and took care of me when I needed it done. They gave me a beautiful Harley-Davidson for a great price. They are pretty small as of September 2017, but I fully expect these guys to have a full-fledged motorcycle rental shop soon enough.
