I didn't know what do as I don't have AAA and was already running late to the event. They checked my car and I had a spare. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected. I had came back out about an hour later to check and they had indeed changed my tire! I very rarely use valet but wanted to leave this review because it was one of the nicest, above and beyond things a company has ever done for me. Thank you again Prime!

Vlad was always prompt with answers to any of our questions, and he even met with us in person prior to us booking the service to discuss details and answer questions! I went back and forth for months with Corey at Farm Italy and Gustavo. They kept telling me they have to look at the cameras for months. When I asked to see them I was told no...hmmm. Gustavo told me he asked his guys that were there that night and said the guys said they didn't do it. $800 worth of damage. My auto body place said this was not the first time they heard this about 4vip. Btw Gustavo only saw pictures of the car, never offered to see the car or split....will make sure if I am valeting, will not let them touch my car! Would rather give this place 0 stars!
