The food was made fresh, so there was a bit of a wait, but not too long. Man oh man, was it worth the wait. I honestly wasn't even hungry, but couldn't pass up the chance to eat street tacos in MX. The chicharron was perfectly crispy with a nice fat-to-skin-to-meat ratio. Did I mention that the tortillas were all freshly handmade as well? Additionally, their salsa picante was just that-- picante! It was hot as Hades, which wasn't apparent from the light green color of the sauce. But try some, it's worth it. I was in Mexico for four days and these chicharron tacos were, without a doubt, the best thing I ate. Nom nom!
