Dr. Kim genuinely cares about your teeth, the well being of your health. She asks if I have any questions and if she's doing something and I'm not familiar with it she will explain with no problem. I love that they see kids also so it's so convenient that I can bring my kids here. It's a very professional looking facility, so you wouldn't know if they see children. I am still hoping that maybe they will bring some kind of kids toy or something that lets other patients know that they see kids. Although, if the majority of their patients are adults then I understand. Overall, I enjoy coming here. It's convenient and they are open till 8pm so you can come after work. Very accommodating!

I was promptly brought into the examination room, and the first order of business was the dreaded (to me!) X-rays, which are, of course, essential for proper dental health care. Amazingly, Jackie made this procedure quick and easy- it was over before I knew it. This is usually the worst part of my dental experience, but Jackie was well aware of my trepidation and saw to it that I was comfortable the entire time. The hygienist, Morgan, was friendly, efficient and skilled- I was completely at ease while she worked and I was done before I knew it . Finally, Dr.Pham gave me an overall assessment of my dental health- health was friendly, professional and reassuring. The Desert Valley Dental Office here is bright, clean and well laid out, and has a very pleasant atmosphere- even the background music is pleasant!Highly recommend.

Afterwards they stated they had no surgeon to do the extraction after all of that. Then they charged me for an exam with no tooth extraction. They knew when I made the appointment that there was no surgeon to do extractions but made the appointment anyway. They stated all this after the exam. We make this appointment so that my kids can go to school right after which is cruel sounding now that I've written it down but it's the time we can get. I live here care and compassion, she always…read moremakes sure you understand all options for treatment plans and I feel like I'm always given a choice in my care instead of pressured into it. Dr. Lee is very good at explaining everything so you know exactly what is going on. Dr. Lee gave my husband an ortho treatment and she made sure he was 100% happy with his results and continued the treatment until he was satisfied with his smile. Thank you so much Dr. Lee for giving him the confident smile that he now proudly uses in every photo! This office has a very comfortable feel to it and all the staff are very nice. My hygienist gives me the best cleaning every time! I've even moved my 13 year old here because they do such a great job!
