Finding a new dental practice is something that always feels scary because you never know what you are going to get. My daughter has had some issues at her last dentist that have scared her. She is 10 and is always extremely nervous. Today was the first time being to a dentist is over a year (yes I know that's a long time) since we have moved. The staff was extremely welcoming right when we came in. There was some issues with my insurance and they were all so helpful and quick to figuring it out. My daughter was nervous at first but did amazing. She felt very comfortable and immediately told me how much better that experience was than the last dentist we went to. I had an appointment at 0800. We arrived on time. I had recently changed insurance but all of that information was sent ahead of time along with screenshots of them front and back. The receptionist asked if my insurance had changed I said yes and then was given some paperwork to fill out. Information highlighted to fill out about my insurance. This would have been fine I guess but we were not seen for a half hour after our arrival? I feel this is connected to the redundancy of gathering, finding, transferring my insurance information I already submitted to help this along? We make this appointment so that my kids can go to school right after which is cruel sounding now that I've written it down but it's the time we can get. Why do anything ahead of time if it doesn't help or why be so repetitive? read more

My son was very anxious to have a few stubborn baby teeth pulled but, Dr. Bui and her lovely assistant Reyna, did an amazing job to help make the experience less stressful. They make a great team and I highly recommend this office. The front desk ladies are also very sweet. read more

Dr. Wilde was available to give my son Immediate attention after falling on his lower lip, resulting in his bottom teeth going through his bottom lip. I have been taking my kids to this location for many years now. Dr. Wilde and the dental assistants are so amazing. They are all professional, patient and so caring. Last year when my son had a bicycle accident, I contacted them after hours and informed them of the emergency. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Wilde contacted me and gave simple & precise medical advice. We've been going to see Dr. Wilde for years. He, as well as his staff are just wonderful. The waiting room is nice and clean with plenty of chairs. There's a television for the kids (and honestly for the parents too) that always has an interesting cartoon playing. There are a few tablets connected to some tables that have fun games on them. Not that you will ever have to wait very long... The dental exam area is clean and spacious, and really just comfortable for when you're waiting for your kids to be done. Most people hate going to the dentist, most likely because of the bad memories from the dentist when they were younger. My kids love going to the dentist... Their teeth get to feel all clean again and we're in and out fast. The only thing that would make this place better- if they saw adults too! read more

I am 100% unhappy with the way you handled a situation on Thursday with my grand children. My poor little three year old just had surgery. Really? He left your office and got to my house with a mouth full of blood and blood all over his face and hands. A couple of cuts on his face around his mouth. Do you not think, that should have been the priority and focus? I understand my son is a force of nature and not your idea of perfect, I guess, from your reaction, but both him and his girlfriend LOVE THEIR CHILDREN! They were not hurting anyone. Just trying to get their little ones teeth fixed. They have not ever put them in harms way. They drove 60 miles to help the little one. Really, you should have had a lot more respect for that. No one was in the car by themselves, no one was being hurt. Whether or not you are an advocate, you MUST be sure in what you are reporting. YOU traumatized my grand children WAY MORE than they ever have been. You should review the situation much more than you obviously did before calling the police. The police said it was all good and then you apologized. Not good enough. Not at all. How can an apology possibly be acceptable after the harassment they went through? It also doesn't erase what the eight year old went through. I want your personnel to be trained much more than they obviously have been. Regardless as to how we feel about certain things, you do not have the right to judge or do those type of things in front of the children. Use better judgement before you do something in front of small children that was not necessary. The police obviously did not feel it was. Take care of the little patient you had and he was the one that needed your attention. SHAME ON YOU! read more

The minute we (my husband & I, along with our 3 1/2 year old boy & 2 year old girl) walked in, it didn't seem very kid-friendly at all. The waiting room was PACKED with people, not enough seating & some were standing. There were no toys or any entertainment for kids. I mean this is a paediatric dental office, right? Do you expect a kid to sit still for 30min (maybe more) to wait for his/her turn? The only form of entertainment was a quarter machine. So while waiting, the parents will either be depleted of quarters or will have to keep saying "no" to their kids. We were not impressed. read more

All of the staff here at MKS are professional, kind, and its very obvious all staff from the front desk to the Doctors really enjoy working with kids. The teams work together effortlessly and with obvious trust in each other. Although the staff is always straight forward with feedback and treatment options, they manage to do their work with amazing sensitivity and considering the business they're in that's not something you encounter everyday at just any dentist/orthodontist office. I feel confident that all of the staff here at MKS will always be able to put their patients best interest first and any concerns at ease from start to finish with their amazing knowledge and expertise. Love this dental office !!! Dr Wilde is so patient and calm when talking to the kids! It's dental work with kids (yuk) but no matter how much they whine Dr Wilde is always calm and understanding. I love the staff always smiling and helpful my daughter was impressed today she's 10 and when she seen that the nurse put on a movie of her brothers choice (he was the patient) then proceeded to give her a balloon sticker and token for a toy as well as her brother she wAs sold. She talked all the way from the appt to school about how nice the nurse was and how amazing Dr Wilde was !! My daughter is not easily impressed on a normal basis :) all in all we love my kids smile :) read more

This is a great dental practice!! We were referred to My Kid's Smile by a friend after moving here from Las Vegas. Dr. Blake Wilde and his staff took great care of both of my girls and I am so grateful! My girls were comfortable and happy during their procedures and I am so glad they aren't timid about dental work due to good experiences like this one! The waiting room is clean and nice with iPads for kid's entertainment. We didn't have to wait long for our turn either. The first time I went was really great. I found that the clean atmosphere and calm place was nice. They also have a family friendly waiting room with a tv with positive children's movies and also tablets to be played with while waiting. Today the service was quick. I switched my kids to a new office. Called for a dental emergency and was told my little guy couldn't be seen for a month.. umm what?! No sympathy, just told their first appointment for my son's dental emergency would have to be scheduled a month out. Unacceptable!!! An amazing practice!! The office and waiting room were very clean. I had gone in Friday to make an appointment and was able to get my daughter in on Monday. There wasn't much of a wait and plenty for her to do with 3 tabs being available for kids to play with as well as a movie playing on the TV. We love Dr Wilde, he is so soft spoken and friendly and he always takes great care of my son when we're there. The hygienists are great too, and they ask all sorts of questions (i.e. About Paw Patrol my sons favorite show) and give encouragement so he never feels scared of what they're going to do. What a great practice! Being a mom of twin girls, taking them to any doctor isn't the easiest task. Luckily from the moment I walked in the door I was able to breath a sigh of relief. The waiting room had a big TV that was playing a movie and there were three iPads for the kids to play with, my girls were instantly entertained. The office was clean and had a fun sports theme. Staff was friendly and Dr.Wilde seemed excited to see us and made us feel welcomed. We did not feel rushed especially from having two appointments and they made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Truth: teeth are important! Finding a good dentist is even more important! I knew we were going to like this office when I called to make the appointment. The staff was helpful, patience and extremely pleasant to work with. They weren't booked out for months. They do all the leg work by verifying your insurance prior to your appointment so there won't be any day of surprises. Appointment day-we arrive with a interrupted nap grumpy butt. It doesn't phase the staff. It's a pediatric dentist...they either all have lil ones of their own and/or have seen this once before. The waiting room is kid friendly to keep the grump happy. The wait was minimal. We were called back before I could finish the new patient paperwork! The hygienist was so patient with my lil one. The way she was able to get him to cooperate from X-rays to the teeth cleaning was applaudable. I mean serious slow clap...BRAVO. Dr. Wilde was amazing! He explained everything that we should be focusing on. He interacted with our lil one by counting his teeth out loud to get him more comfortable with the exam. Won't go there again. They are impatient, they harass you with phone calls, texts, and emails for your appointments. Then when you show up ahead of time and 15 minutes after your appointment they still don't take your child to the back. When they tried to fill my son's cavity they had absolutely no patience with my child and where absolutely nasty to him and threatened them. Will not go to this practice again, been there twice and each time was horrible. read more

I've been taking my kids to My Kid's Smile for a few years now. They accept medicaid and that is real nice. I've been pleased with every dentist there but most recently my children were treated by their newest dentist, Dr. Gookin. Wow! What a great guy! He is really good with kids and he is exceptional with the parents too. I wish he could be my dentist. Dr Gookin is probably the very best children's dentist I've ever encountered in my entire life. read more

Our first visit was in Oct 2014 and it was a great visit. The girls at the desk are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. They have a big screen tv with kids movies playing and a couple of kids computer areas with games. On our first visit they had me come back and the first thing they did was had the kids brush in a sink to help with brushing skills. The hygienist asked me questions about their dental health and cleaned their teeth. Dr. Wilde is our dentist and he is wonderful. Very good with the kids, he seems to genuinely enjoy working with kids. At one point he recommend something I had questions about and when I brought up concerns due to my own research he very patiently acknowledged them and without making me feel bad, explained with his knowledge what he knew about the topic and why he thought my concerns were unwarranted and I felt totally at ease taking his advice and trusting him. read more
