We came to celebrate my nieces bday and we had a great experience. Our server Sydnie B. was so kind and attentive, we were a large table and she really took care of all of us. The food was great, I got my favorite, Strozappetri pasta, it never disappoints. The whole table got a variety of dishes, pizza, steak, chicken, we all were happy either our food. The restaurant is pretty and very well located. I love the have valet, but there is free parking and paid parking also available. Drinks were good, I was told, this time I didn't get a drink but they loved theirs.

North Italia near Galleria is the restaurant I frequent, so dining at North Italia at Town & Country is something new. However, the decor and food are the same for both restaurants. My family and I had their famous white truffle garlic bread, and zucca chips as starters. We also had their Fig & Prosciutto pizza, and Hot Italian Stromboli as mains. As usual, all the food was amazingly delicious and tasty. While we loved the food, we hated the flies that were zooming around our food. One of the flies actually landed in my child's pasta! Yucks! My server was helpful. She apologized and gave a fresh hot plate pasta to my kid ASAP. Appreciate the great service!

Came on a solo date to one of my favs! Was sat right away and service was good. I absolutely enjoy their spicy rigatoni and their hot honey prosciutto pizza you can't go wrong with either! Their just peachy mocktail was also very refreshing. Highly recommend stopping in to your local north Italia you won't be disappointed

Cute place to check out if you're craving Italian! It was my first time there and I enjoyed it. There's a lot to choose from the menu so I had my friend order for me/us to share on the table. Apparently he was actually craving the White Truffle Garlic Bread and that was the prime motive of taking me there. Which, I don't blame him! It ended up being my favorite out of everything we ordered. The Spicy Meatball Pizza was delicious, for whatever reason I wasn't expecting it to actually be spicy...so I was surprised when I felt the kick. The Bolognese wasn't as good as the others, but by no means was it bad. I do like the texture/size of the pasta noodle though. Customer service was great and attentive as well despite being on a busy Saturday afternoon.

One of my favorite restaurants, and it never disappoints. The first time I tried eating here I fell in love. From the service to the food, and of course the comfortable atmosphere. I tried the Italian Cobb for the first time since the farm salad isn't in the menu anymore. It was definitely delicious but I really do miss that Italian farm. Nevertheless, on to finding more favorite items on the menu. I would love if the company brings back the farm salad seasonally. Even if not I will still be around for the AMAZING espresso martinis and everything else they have to offer.

I love this place. From the mocktails to the appetizers to dessert, North Italia has become one of my go-to spots. I consider it a really reliable chain, and I'm even more excited that they're opening a Katy location soon. If you're looking for thoughtful, flavorful Italian dishes that aren't your typical Olive Garden (no shade, I'll always love a soup, salad, and breadstick combo lol), this is definitely a spot worth checking out. The space has a great vibe, dim lighting, tea lights, fresh flowers on the tables, a beautiful bar up front, and a semi-open kitchen you can peek into. It feels elevated but still comfortable. Seating is great too, the booths are actually spacious and cozy. Standouts from recent visits: don't hesitate to order any of the items I ranked 5/5! - White Truffle Garlic Bread (5/5) - Cacio e Pepe Arancini (5/5): Creamy, rich, and the pesto aioli delicious. - Calamari (4/5): Excellent batter - Little Gem Caesar (5/5): dressing is amazing. - Arugula & Avocado Salad (5/5) - Trottole Chicken Pesto (4/5) - Zucca Chips (5/5): So good, especially the sauces. - Roasted Salmon (5/5): Cooked perfectly - Pizza (4/5): The dough here is incredible. I'd rec the margherita, hot honey & prosciutto, and the pig. I've also heard great things about the prosciutto pizza. - Pear Sorbet (4/5): Light and refreshing - Hazelnut Torte (3/5): Was really excited for this one, but it fell a bit flat, a little dry. - Piña No-Lada (5/5): My go-to mocktail. I order it every time. One sad update, the Pork Milanese was removed from the menu . I fell to my knees. That was one of my absolute favorites. I'm holding onto hope that it makes a comeback in a future seasonal menu. If you see this on a future menu, order it and I mean now lol! Speaking of menus, seems they are rotating things a bit. On my most recent visit, they had an additional smaller menu featuring new and reimagined items. The servers did a great job walking us through all the changes/updates. Their service deserves its own moment, because it's honestly some of the best service I've experienced. I don't know what their training process is, but every single person I've interacted with has been kind, personable, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to make sure you're having a great experience, and it really stands out. Hands down the best service I've ever received. For parking, you've got options: street parking (metered) or nearby garages, which are free on the higher levels. I've done both, and neither has been an issue. North Italia continues to be a spot I'll come back to again and again. Great food, standout service, and a consistently enjoyable experience. Already looking forward to my next visit, and especially excited for the Katy location to open!

OK, so we had date night here. We drove over an hour. TOTALLY WORTH IT. Dexter was the bartender for the evening. He made absolutely amazing espresso martinis, we ordered the focaccia appetizer and realized we also wanted the ricotta that went with it, but this man brought me oil and balsamic for it as well, and I could eat that every day of my life!! We sat in the bar area so we could watch the finals so thankful we did the food the food the food. Absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back and work our way through this whole menu.

We were seated right away on a Saturday night with no reservation and as a table of 4! Immediately loved the ambiance and feel of the restaurant. Our server, Kiara, was AMAZING and gave wonderful recommendations since this was our first time here. Appetizers - House Made Focaccia, Black Mediterranean Mussels, and Calamari Fritti Entrees - Seared Scallops, Braised Short Rib Marsala, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka with Blackened Salmon, & Chicken Scarpariello Desserts - Tiramisu & Hazelnut Torta My only draw backs were that the restaurant was a little too dark and 2/3 of the mussels were empty. Will visit again!

I always adore North Italia--it's such a cute spot with great drinks (and as a wine girl, I appreciate their selection ). The only downside is the happy hour setup. It's only offered in a specific area of the restaurant, not throughout, which is kind of a bummer. We went for a work girls' happy hour and missed out on the pricing because of that. That said, everything else was amazing. We ordered a jug of sangria (so good), and our server gave great recommendations--we ended up with the parmesan chicken, short rib pasta, an Alfredo dish, the bread, and the meatballs. Everything was delicious, no complaints on the food at all. Overall, I'd definitely go back. Just keep the happy hour rules in mind so you don't miss out like we did!

Good bar space, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

A solid 4.5 stars. It's the consistency of a "chain restaurant" , but the flavor and cooking care of family owned. The decor is very modern and spacious, and the service is fast and very friendly. The pasta and pizza are great, but this time we had salads, and they were full of color, texture, and unique flavors, and worthy of a repeat visit.

    Sicilian Margarita
    Ifoma O.

Nothing like a warm, comforting meal as soon as there is a chill in the Houston air! I popped in on a Sunday evening and it was fairly empty so quick and quality service all around. Drinks: Alta rossa and Sicilian margarita - really enjoyed the Alta rossa which included raspberry infused tequila and so had a sweet tangy pop to it, compared to the calmer/slightly stronger Sicilian margarita Appetizer: daily soup (kale, sausage, and potato) - came hot and fresh so especially delicious during the colder chill. It was hearty and filling, just needed a tad more salt to really bring it to the next level Entree: bolognese - this is my go to comfort pasta dish. It really hit the spot and had a good ratio of meat sauce to pasta. The pappardelle pasta was the perfect texture; once again, just a pinch of salt needed.

Great friendly and quick services. Great happy hours appetizers. Town and Country mall is not convenient, in my view.

    Alice H.

Was excited to see a CityCentre location after driving by the Galleria one multiple times. Unfortunately, I have to echo other reviews in that the main dishes were extremely salty and although the appetizers were ok, they weren't exceptional. - Zucca Chips (2/5) - not super crisp, wouldn't order again - White Truffle Garlic Bread (3.5/5) - was looking forward to this as it sounded amazing, but did not live up to the description - Calamari Fritti (4/5) - this was good - Lumache Alla Norcina (4/5) - this was fragrant with the truffle and creamy as expected, but don't expect much protein here. this was not overly salty, but without much protein, i can only stand to eat so much pasta in one sitting - Braised Short Rib Marsala (3/5) - black truffle risotto was like eating a spoonful of truffle flavored salt - very disappointing. the short rib was indeed very tender, but again couldn't really pair it with the risotto Service was good, ample parking in nearby garages.

We ordered a few items to share and enjoyed a few glasses of wine while catching up. Our waiter recommended the Albert Bicho Pinot Noir and it was really good. We shared the signature board, crispy calamari, and crab cake. We weren't a fan of the green olives but loved everything else. The calamari was a bit over fried but we loved the remoulade sauce it was served with. I enjoyed the crab cake there was plenty of crab meat. As the night went on the place began to fill and the ladies who came in for the live performance liven up the warm space and really set the vibes as did a version of Sade. This is a cute spot for date night or just catching up in the Memorial City center area.

The food is always great so no complaints there but my brave review is definitely the service. There were laughs, and background information on the restaurant, some of the chefs, and servers and it was also very interesting. We tried so many menu items. Service was amazing-- we loved our waiter who was a combination of polite, funny, and knowledgeable, and everyone gave us a smile. All the dishes were beautifully presented and flavorful but definitely on the heavier side. - Beet salad (5/5)-- wow, never had a beet salad like this one before! So much flavor with a tanginess from vinegar sweetened by the blueberries and beets. The beets didn't taste very earthy (aka like dirt) compared to most beet salad. This was really well executed :) - Caesar salad (3.5/5)-- Credence's spin on Caesar, which according to my Caesar salad pro diner, didn't really taste like Caesar salad. Also very tangy and tart but the pro still enjoyed it as a salad dish. - Roasted cabbage (4/5)-- big fan of the way they roasted this, perfect tenderness without being cabbage mush! Definitely a heavy dish, especially for a vegetable option, as it was swimming in a butter cream sauce that started to congeal as it cooled off. Would choose this more as an indulgent appetizer rather than a healthy veggie option. I wonder if one could ask for the sauce on the side... - Tuna tostada (3.5/5)-- if you like strong flavors, this one packs a punch. The gochujang aioli beneath the tuna is really concentrated, making it difficult to taste the actual tuna. There's a bit of heat but thankfully I wouldn't say it was spicy. Fun to try. The tostada itself was very dense and almost a bit bread-y versus a crispy chip texture. - Crab fried rice (4/5)-- comes with lobster foam that is mixed table side and a generous amount of crabmeat lumps. The rice actually had a nice texture without being too... grainy / individualized, but it was too salty for me. - Akaushi Wagyu beef (4.5/5)-- loved the texture which was tender but with some chew (was expecting more of a melt-in-the-mouth texture though) and the veggies that it came with. It was heavily salted, too much so for me. Would've been perfect with less salt since there's already a chimichurri sauce with it. - Peanut butter tart (4.5/5)-- peanut butter lovers rejoice! The chocolate filling was rich, thick, and sweet which was complemented nicely with the whipped cream (not sweet at all). The peanut flavor really shined. The crust didn't have much of a taste by itself and was sandy in texture, not sure if on purpose or over-baked and dried out. Either way, the tart looked impressive when it arrived and was delectable-- my favorite bite of the night! Overall a nice experience! Although there was a mess up and the rest of our two salads and crab rice wasn't packed with our other food to take home; I was pretty sad about that since it was quite a bit of food (and $$). I might return for that peanut butter tart, but everything else was too heavy and too salty for me. I'm personally not a huge butter fan, but if you are, definitely make a reservation for a special occasion or date!
