We then asked if we could just pull over a few empty chairs on the patio ourselves, and were flatly told no. Rather than listening or showing even the slightest concern, the employee laughed at us, dismissed everything we were saying, and made disparaging comments about service members. That crossed a line from poor customer service into outright disrespect. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we asked a simple question. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and certainly no appreciation for customers.
