Visited this establishment last night with my coworkers off the top the bar tender was stand offish I explained we where out of towners looking for some food and drinks and the bar tender than says ok what would u like ummm I said a menu for starters just very poor customer service and tbh I felt racially profiled by this peculiar bartender so much that I had to ask the other bartender working to help me out Her name was Sarah She was much more professional very helpful and attentive. Wanted something different while we were here. Looked up on Yelp and here we r. I wanted a cheesesteak for some reason. So I ordered the Cheesesteak Special ( but with steak and NO marinara) with fries. Omg I died and went to heaven. It also had the American cheese on it. Our cute waitress helped me pick cause there were loads of cheesesteaks on the menu!! Now the fries were to die for perfect!! Bf opted for the Wing special and a Greek salad. Yes it's huge and delish. Just have to watch for the olives. Some had pits and some not. I think Bf wants to try the teriyaki next time we come. Worst food I've ever had. Ordered 12 Flat naked wings and 50 minutes later I got 12 cold drums. I was so tired I just ate half and left rather than wait another hour. Bartender said "Oh, that's too bad". Not even a hint of remorse and a discount was not even in the biosphere. Went here with some friends last night only to have the bartenders try and overcharge them for drinks, tried to add extras on their bill (BOTH OF THEM) and had an excuse ready for when my friends asked. Let me add he was sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes after they got their check. And funny how the bartender tried to rush us out after we got the checks on the table trying to tell us that they "close in less than 10 minutes" at 1:30 meanwhile had multiple people walk in and sit at the bar within the last 10 minutes. As stated in my previous review, this place is on our rotation of wing joints. I have had really good burgers here and really bad burgers here. This weeks burger was the best I have ever had here. Cooked just the way I asked. Compliments to AJ in the kitchen for this one! Also had the new Hershey's Chocolate beer which was ice cold and hit the spot. A great local bar and restaurant. Service and food were awesome! Open late night. Our server Tori was so friendly and nice, made great recommendations and very personable all around. We sat outside on the deck and it was perfect weather for it. Inside are pool tables and a little empty the night we came so glad the vibe was a little more welcoming out there Drinks came out immediately each time we ordered and Tori stayed on top of making sure we were taken care of. Portions were very generous for the price. had the crab nachos and garlic teriyaki boneless wings. SO had garlic Parmesan pierogis (amazing) and hot boneless wings with fries. Extremely disappointed in the advertisements for the Plant Night by Yaymaker hosted at the Pour House. There's a Groupon for 2 people for $50 - WHICH YOU THINK IS A DEAL... nah! Nope... hustle game... You have to go to their website to make reservations.... www.yaymaker.com ... there's no one to talk to ... and no one replies to any of my 3 emails that were sent... Once you go out to the website... you have to select "how many".... on you select 2 people... it populates the cost $90 .... enter in your Groupon information and they only take off $35 for each person... which makes you have to pay additional $21.20 for "MATERIAL" .... BUT ... if I would of just went directly to the website I would of gotten this cheaper!! First time ever - where Groupon was more than the actual event. To say the least extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been here a couple of times for drinks only. Not sure how the food is. The atmosphere is kind of dark and sad - its a sports bar but it's kind of eh. The tables are laid out odd and it just seems awkward. But what got me last night was the beer. We got a pitcher of shock top and it was skunky!! I mean I guess shock top isn't a good beer to begin with but it's not offensive. Last night was like drinking metal with a side of armpit. We just paid for it and tipped our server who was fine and left. Took my husband out for wings after yelp recommendation. They were all really good. Very meaty and crispy. The buffalo blue cheese was not as hot as we like and the horseradish wings didn't melt my nose hairs so they could have used more for my taste but that's just me. My Greek salad was loaded with feta and superb. Crab pretzel was creamy and crisp. The Reuben boli was super salty goodness and went great with my beer. Service. It's a lost art. And the Pour House has it. My date and I just wanted wings and fries and went to 2 places to find it. Wings here are IMO classic. Nice sauce. Not drowned but not dry. Just the right amount of heat. Hit the spot. Nice beer selection. Very knowledgeable bartender with great timing too. I'm glad I didn't check reviews before going here because we could have been scared away. Despite the temporary remodeling situation with the porch, we enjoyed the outdoor seating, with our server Amber being attentive and providing great service even out of sight from the main room. The drink list is long and varied with a good dozen of drafts and at least 40 interesting bottle offerings. I was unfortunately on driving duty but my friends enjoyed a couple of interesting beers. I tried their slightly spicey Cajun wings (all wings are 50c on Saturday) and was very happy with the result. They were crispy outside but juicy in their core, just how I like my chicken. The only sad note was the fry sampler, regular pub fare without anything memorable. Prices were extremely reasonable and contributed to make our post dinner extra food and drink a very good evening. They could use some more variety in the appetizers section, but all in all a positive impression compared to most options in the Harrisburg area. read more

I don't know how you can screw up a ham, provolone, and tomato sandwich but they did. It tasted so awful that I gagged. The fries were delicious but I was unable to digest them. I went there on a Thursday which is their wing night . I couldn't have been happier . Had the Maui wow and the Jack Daniels wings which where amazing . I asked for them to be cooked a little extra which they did. We also had the house cut fries and perogies which where also amazing The bartender not sure what his name was but he was very helpful and friendly . We may have visited on a bad night. Arrived at 9:15 on a Friday evening. Was pleasantly greeted. Asked to move due to Karaoke night. No problem. Placed our drink order even tho 3 of our group had not arrived yet. The four of us that were there placed our food order. Nothing fancy. An appetizer and a dessert for my wife and I. Sandwich and wings for the other couple. A few minutes pass and the other three in our group show. They place their order. Calzone and another sandwich. Another group of 5 come in. They are seated and order. The late members of our group and the other group of five get their orders. Still nothing for the original 4. More time passes. Sandwich for the other couple arrives. No wings. Late couple us now done eating. On my second beer. Almost done with it. It is now 10:30. I gave it another 10 minutes and left. Left a 20 to cover 2 beers and a coke. The garlic Parisian sauce was terrible but the Jack Damiels, heat & sweet and honey BBQ were great. I really enjoyed the customer service by the staff. I originally came in for a drink called Angry Balls (apple cider and fireball liqour) and decided to grab a bite to eat as well . i asked the waiter what was good and she said the wings, burgers, and bolis. so i tried wings. i asked for them to be cooked a little harder because i like very crispy wings. when they came out i bit into one and the chicken was very fatty and undercooked (despite how crispy it looked on the outside). they were nice enough to take it back and make me other ones but after the second batch it was clear that it was just the type of chicken they have and not the cook. i was able to eat at least 2 of them before asking for a box.This is a very nice restaurant in a nice location but due to me having FOOD POISONING the next day i dont think i will be back for the wings but i will be willing to try anything else on the menu. read more

Overall not that bad last night. Ordered food and waited approx 35 minutes, but it was worth it. I got the Hickory Hot traditional wings and they were very good. Another plus for the wings was that they were very big compared to other pubs and restaurants. My wife ordered a Long Iced Tea, which was way too strong. Long Islands are supposed to taste just like iced tea. This was straight up mostly all booze. Too strong do us all people, however that is how bartenders bring back the young crowd. My family and I chose to try this place for my birthday. It was a Tuesday night which is relatively not a busy night for restaurants. First, when we walked in, there was no sign indicating that we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated, so that caused a little confusion at the start. After not seeing a hostess or anyone acknowledging us who worked there, the 4 of us sat at a table. The tables didn't have menus or silverware at them. We sat for maybe 10 minutes and then my son went to the bar to let the bartender know we needed service. About 5 minutes later, a very frazzled waitress came and apologized because she was the only waitress there for the whole place. She took our drink orders. She brought back iced teas with no ice in the glasses. We requested menus and cups of ice. It took her quite some time to come back and take our order. We ordered the portabello mushroom appetizer which sounded fantastic, various wings and a burger for the dinners. About 10 minutes after ordering, she came out to tell us they didn't have the mushroom appetizer any more but never took it off the menu. That was very disappointing, but we changed it to chicken nachos. The food then came out in a decent time frame. The nachos were OK, a little light on the cheese, but tasted good. The dinner food was delicious and the wings were huge. My son really enjoyed the inferno burger. We all enjoyed the fries. If this review was just on the quality of food and the nice waitress, it would have gotten 4 to 5 stars. However, the owner of this restaurant/bar should have given the waitress at least a helper/hostess, if not another waitress to assist her. Based on the other reviews I read, this is the norm for this place. Also, they should consider a sign to tell newcomers to have a seat and they should keep menus on the tables in a holder so that while you are waiting, you can see what they have. And of course, they really need to update their menu to not have items on there that are unavailable. We will likely try this place again because of the quality of food and the courteous waitress, but hopefully they will make some improvements to the overall experience before then. read more

We just moved to the area and found our experience on Saturday exceptional: service, wings, artichoke dip, salad dressings....our newest favorite restaurant until tonight!! We were 1 of 2 tables. We waited almost an hour for basic, easy to make entrees. We had to find our server who was eating in the back. When I wanted to change my order within 4 minutes of the initial order, I was told that it had been started and couldn't be changed. That was fine until I didn't get a blt wrap and fries for an hour. I highly doubt it had been started. Very very dissatisfied. We actually left without eating because we were so upset about the service. read more

Great Place and amazing staff, always welcoming BUT EVERY TIME you go, there are reserved tables for those that I am sure do not spend a lucrative amount of money each time they go, as I have watched guys milk a $3.00 beer for an hour. I have watched people walk out, as we have in the past, when it's full and 5 tables are reserved for Regulars and see them come in and drink Bud Light or soda and maybe order food. This is not a knock on those who do drink Bud light or enjoy their cold soda, but it is for those locking up a table where clients with deeper pockets could sit. So confused by this mentality and it begins with the owner. His dedication is losing him money. So a table is taken for two to three hours by someone whose entire bill is 40.00 and probably that was food. To where you have 50.00 or higher every 45 mins. Heck, we spend a good 100 or more wherever we go, so do the math. You are losing money and running off potentially good customers that could be regulars. If you want to allow tables to be reserved say that a minimum of 50.00 has to be spent, and see how dedicated your regulars are. Lastly, I am sure your waitresses are not happy to work a few hours on one table and maybe get a 5.00 tip per table when they could have earned 20.00 on one table with people who like to drink and spend money. And let's talk about the pool guys, they reserve most tables around the pool tables and will literally pitch a fit if they don't get their way and can I add that I saw 2 of the tables reserved have nothing on them but pool Q's for 2 hours! I have never seen any establishment run this way, but maybe that's why it isn't as big and popular as it could be, you let regulars that barely spend anything run your business. It always looks busy, but when you go inside you see what is going on. My wife and I went there and was really hungry. The drinks were served in dirty glasses. The wait staff was pleasant. The service was Ok. The cook needs to go to culinary school. Doesn't know how to cook a steak. Asked for medium rare and came out well done, not just once but twice. Fries were soggy, oily and cold because the fries seemed to have been cooked before steak was ready. And how can someone mess up fries. Guess they are to busy with social media then spending time cooking. Talked to the owner about the situation and he seemed not to care. Charged me anyways for a steak that needed cooked 3 times. He isn't much of a owner. He's a idiot and doesn't care for his customers. I've seen this place while visiting and it used to be called mulligan's but guess he had to change his name due to (Pour) service, food and his bad attitude. My family was visiting Hershey park for the weekend and on our way back to the hotel we were craving some beer to bring back to our room but all the stores were closed. We drove around and called every store on yelp and yellow pages and almost gave up altogether. At a gas station one of the attendants told us to check out Pour House . The only place selling packaged beer was this bar and we were beyond grateful to the universe. Despite being the only bar open in a five mile radius the place was clean and well kept and there was a dJ in the corner and the bar tender was completely accommodating and friendly. We bought a six pack of tall beers and had a shot at the bar to celebrate our good fortune. I don't think I'll ever have an opportunity to go back here but I'll never forget the collective relief that we felt that night for finding a bar that sold packaged alcohol, all thanks to Pour House read more
