Great coffee, great service and a nice quiet place to work. Unfortunately, slow WiFi.

Bellden Cafe has it all, we've already gone several times I'm obsessed with the ube mochi waffle, it is soooo delicious (not too sweet, incredible texture and flavor). Their matcha is also lovely, I got matcha with rose syrup both times I went (so immaculate). I've turned into a bit of a matcha snob, so always looking for some good options and they hit the spot. The service is incredible, literally the people working there are the nicest people everrrr. Even on a super busy weekend morning, they were so accommodating, so friendly and even remembered us from just one visit! Really fantastic team, they really make the whole experience even MORE lovely. And the interior is jussssst so gorg!!! The decor is immaculate, there's lots of space (even when it was crowded), would be a perfect place to work from during the week, even their outdoor tables were very clean and cutie. Absolutely love, this has become a new staple of ours since moving to the east side! brunch girlies rise!!!

I had planned to come here for brunch with my fiancée because she has some dietary and…read moreallergy-related precautions, and this seemed like a place that could accommodate those needs. We ordered the brioche breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, and ube waffle. I wouldn't say everything was bad, because that wouldn't be fair, but most of the food lacked the flavor I was expecting. The breakfast sandwich was pretty mild even with the aioli, and the avocado toast was also missing some of the brightness and zest I usually expect from avocado toast. The ube waffle was unfortunately my least favorite. I asked for no chocolate sauce, but it still came with chocolate sauce, and the waffle itself was very dense and dry. I think this place may just depend on what you're looking for. If you prefer a more traditional, flavorful breakfast, it probably wouldn't be my first recommendation. That said, I wouldn't knock the quality of the ingredients, and if you're looking for a brunch spot that offers more dietary-friendly options, this could still be a good choice.

The staff was nice but we felt really rushed and pushed out as they were getting ready to close (30 minutes before close). I totally understand shutting things down and giving us a heads up but multiple reminders before the actual closing time is a little much. I'd like to come back though and try more when I'd have more time to hang out.

There isn't any dedicated parking for the cafe, but we were able to find street parking around the block. Once you enter inside the building and cafe, it is surprisingly spacious. There isn't that much seating available though. On a nice day, there is outdoor seating available. I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and a Mint Mojito Iced Coffee. These were drinks very basic. Nothing extravagant about them, especially the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The Mint Mojito Iced Coffee was a tad bit better and you could taste the mint in it. If I were to return, I definitely would try other drinks or even their food items here. The customer service here was okay. Not very interactive. There wasn't any issues, but it was a bit awkward for whatever reason.

And waited and waited. After 10 minutes, they finished one of the orders ahead of us. It wanted until another 10 minutes before the next order came out. After 70 minutes we got our order. There were 2 employees working as slow as possible. They talked about their schedule, what they plan to do on their day off. If only they put a bit more energy into the orders. The watermelon was ok and the ice mixture was good. Too bad they don't know how to run a business.

Snowy Village is the best bingsoo around. Honestly, the UW location has been pretty slow for over a…read moreyear, sometimes taking over an hour for a single order at night. If you're craving some bingsoo, make the trek to Bellevue if possible. This store is shared with Xi'an Noodles with a shared restroom and wifi available. Located in the Belgate plaza, there is plenty of parking. Mixed Berry Bingsoo - my favorite bingsoo because the berries are packed with flavor, sweet, and enhance the dessert. With a mix of sweetness, tartness, and acidity, the bingsoo has balance and the contrast actually helps each flavor shine. The berry juices even add flavor to the bingsoo below (and there are berries at the bottom). The only mediocre aspect is the whipped cream on top which is just whatever. Taro Bingsoo - the menu has alternated between ube ice cream and taro ice cream but I think it's always been taro ice cream because it's not overly sweet. Red bean is also sweet but after devouring the toppings (including the ice cream), the bingsoo itself doesn't offer much. It's sweet shaved milk with condensed milk but the taro flavor isn't as potent.

The cafe itself is beautiful, and it is inside a really nice downtown building with a lovely lobby area too, so even if you do not sit inside the cafe, you could probably sit out in the lobby and still enjoy your food and drink. I got the Spanish latte, which I think is one of their signature drinks. It was decent, but my friend's vanilla latte was actually much better. Coffee-wise, I thought it was good and better than some other coffee I have had in Bellevue, but I still personally prefer something more mainstream like Mercury Coffee. The breakfast sandwich was the highlight for me. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and it was delicious. The staff were very nice, and overall the vibe is really pleasant. Parking was a little confusing though. I was not sure where the garage was, so we parked right out front along with a couple other cars. There were not any signs, but I also was not completely sure if it was legal, so parking right in front feels limited and a little questionable. I would possibly come back, especially for the space and the breakfast sandwich.
