Got towed here, and Steve and his crew got to work right away and had the bearing replaced and a new drum fitted in under 2 hours. I was about to head out and noticed a frayed 7-pin electrical cable, which they were able to replace in no time also. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. After LOTS of looking we finally found our trailer at the Anderson TowTally camping. Christa helped us when we were ready. It was a smooth process, and they did negotiate down some in the price. The RV tech Dan was helpful going over everything with us, and he said the owners were good to their employees. It's our first RV and so far we are quite happy with our Rock wood mini lite.

There was a little incident when an employee was using a weed trimmer to clean up the lot and hit a rock which broke a window. Amazingly not only did they get the window replaced at the same time the slide was done they replaced it with a higher end window! They also detailed and waxed the entire motorhome for us as a courtesy. Every time I've gone there, I've never had an issue, but rather a compliment! Multiple licensed mechanics have independently confirmed these severe safety defects. To make matters worse, the catalytic converter was illegal and non-compliant with California emissions standards - this was discovered getting another smog test only 8 months later, and was also reported to their team. SCAMS on smog tests - do not believe the documents they share. Their service department claimed they don't keep maintenance records, which is shocking and unacceptable for a dealer of their size and reputation. This level of negligence and disregard for customer safety is disturbing. Buyer beware--this dealership shows blatant dishonesty and a total lack of responsibility.

Mike one of their techs volunteered to follow us 233 miles to retrieve the check so we could drive the new coach home. We found the coach online and Jessie was our very attentive sales rep who kept us in the loop. Stacy in finance worked very hard to get us the best deal in warranty in the business. We are very grateful to all of them looking our for us and our dog for the day while they serviced the coach and sent us on our way. This is our 5th and final RV purchase over a span of 35 years, and it was by far the best experience we have ever had.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!…read more My car broke down while I was on a road trip and was towed to this dealership. Unfortunately, I was given a diagnosis that turned out to be completely incorrect. Based on what I was told, I was led to believe that repairing my car would cost thousands of dollars and that it was essentially not worth fixing. Because of that information, I made the decision to purchase a brand-new car. Since I don't live in the area, it took some time to get my original car back from the dealership. Once I finally had the car looked at by another mechanic, I was shocked to find out that the actual issue was simply a broken radiator cap which cost me 20 to fix. After that was replaced, the car was back in working order. Had I been given an accurate diagnosis in the first place, I would not have made the decision to purchase another vehicle. This mistake ultimately cost me 20,000 dollars. Unfortunately, my experience didn't end there. The dealership also performed a recall repair on the vehicle, but I was not given the documentation proving that the recall had been completed. I now need that paperwork in order to register/sell the vehicle, and despite contacting the dealership and asking them to send it to me, they have refused to mail it. Because I don't live nearby, I'm now being forced to drive 6 hours back to the dealership simply to obtain paperwork that should have been provided to me in the first place. The combination of the incorrect diagnosis, the financial consequences, and the lack of assistance afterward has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting a diagnosis from this dealership, especially if you're being told your vehicle needs thousands of dollars in repairs.
