I had a problem with my car as it was raining the the whole windshied wiper falls off or just bends in the wind. I drive for about a mile looking for a garage. I found this place, they went to the dealer and got the parts, drove me home to the next town, and then finished the repair within 2 hours. Best price I could ever have. read more

I went there for car inspection. they drove my car in and closed the door. So I didn't know what they did. After 5 minutes, they opened the door and told me the windshield wiper blade needs to be replaced. I found out that both blades are broken. Before the inspection, both blades are good. The mechanics broke the blades on purpose! Never go to this shop again. read more

Turn around and drive away. I had a slow leak in one of my Tires and despite a previous unhappy visit I though plugging a tire was a task that anyone could handle. I was wrong. Trying to be nice, as I'm nearby and thought leaving the car on a busy Saturday, I left the car and told them to call and let me know if plugging was an option. They called a couple of hours later and stated that the leak was in the valve stem which also served as the TPMS on my vehicle. They stated they just got the part in and had replaced the stem. Because this was not what I had asked for or wrote out on the paperwork they asked me to complete describing what I wanted done. When I left for the station I was a little perturbed. When I arrived I told them i never asked them to replace the sensor (a replaced sensor that never worked was the issue I had when I stopped going to them). They had my Trunk and the Hood wide open WTH (I asked them to check and plug a tire). Next they walked me over to see the damaged valve stem. Amazingly they walked me over to the wrong tire. They had addressed an issue that didn't exist. Then walked me around the vehicle to show me all the other "issues" I had. It was like a nightmare. Car propped up on the lift for a plugged tire and no one in a hurry to get it down. After they realized the issue they found the leak, removed a nail, and plugged the tire. Another 15 MINUTES and I was mercifully given my car back. I wouldn't go back there for an Inspection read more

Stay far away from this place. If there is nothing they can find wrong for inspection , they make something up. He has been giving me a sticker for 5 years on my Lexus with a Lexus license plate frame (same one they put on at the dealers), this year it was a problem. I told him leave it in the trunk as it cost me 30.00. I look for it in the car and it is not there. The jerk cut it off, instead of removing plate and taking it off. Stay far away from this place as they are thieves. It is the same plate frame the dealers put on every car in the state. read more

Now called North Walpole Gas & Auto Service. It's NO Longer a Sunoco ... Cheapest gas in the area. An Inspection Station. They also sell Cigarettes, Soda, chips, candy and snacks, as well as Auto related products. Their Ace Mechanic repaired my car very quickly and did a great Job. Open for Gas Monday - Saturday: 6AM to 10PM, Sunday: 8AM to 8PM. Repairs Monday - Friday: 8AM to 5PM, Saturday: 8AM to 2PM. read more

An initial estimate was completed which was then sent to our insurance company and once authorization was provided we then booked our vehicle to head into Lund in just a few days. The shop had us sign a payment authorization so the insurance company could pay Lund directly which made things nice and easy. Once a bit of additional damage was found, Lund called the insurance company and squared away the supplemental damages and kept us posted each step of the way. Though we didn't need a rental vehicle, Lund did have the ability to set us up with a rental which is a nice additional customer service to provide. The work was completed timely and professionally and the end product looked as good as new. Definitely would recommend Lund Collision in the event you ever need some auto body work done on your vehicle!

I took my car to Lund for large tree branch that fell on my new car. It took 6 weeks to get my car…read moreback. They never called me to update me on my car once. I had to call for every update. I was initially told the parts would arrive on 3/20, then later found out the parts arrived on 3/31. Then in mid April found out that one of the parts had to be reordered because it came in damaged. One of the roof moldings damaged were on back order, but was never told so, they just place the old scratched one back on. I had to initiate all contact with them...never received one phone call to let me know about the delays and issues. My roof rack and cargo basket were supposed to be replaced (included in the estimate from Geico), but they never were. I was told when I picked up my car that I had to call Geico to arrange reimbursement even though I was told initially by the manager that it would be replaced. I was assured that a scratch in the side rear paneling would be repaired, but it wasn't and was given a BS excuse by Tyler that there was a sensor in the panel and the entire panel would have to be replaced. Regardless of what was involved, I wanted it fixed and was told on 3 separate occasions that it would be. When re-evaluated by another body shop, I was told that the panel could be removed, sanded and repainted and that the sensor was in the corner, not side panel. Additionally, there was still a dent with scratch on the top of my hatch door that wasn't repaired, some of the black trim and windows of the car were painted with car paint or and the clear coat was over sprayed because there is residue stuck all around the car, windows and trim. Im not sure what they did with the driver side door because the paint appears to be textured and not smooth like the rest of the car. The VIN number on the windshield wasn't put back correctly. Wiper arms replaced but weren't aligned so the wipers run off the windshield when on and the washer fluid nozzle was damaged but not replaced. Lastly, there is a piece of trim missing from the rear driver side wheel well. Probably discarded when they couldn't figure out where it went. I don't like writing bad reviews, but the work they did on my new car was careless. I would not recommend Lund. Find another body shop. I will be dropping off my car to a new body shop this week to fix all the errors made by Lund. So, I will be without my car again for who knows how long.
