Sureflow did it without any issues. The second place wanted me to pay a dispatch fee which I didn't want to do if they also didn't want to open that panel. Sureflow didn't charge me a dispatch fee. The 3rd place no showed and when I called to figure out what happened, they were vague about when they would get to me. I called Sureflow and they came on time at our agreed upon date. I highly recommend Sureflow rooter and will definitely call Sureflow again with future drainage issue.

The basement was left with visible sewage contamination on floors, walls, pipes, and surrounding finished surfaces. Instead of properly cleaning and sanitizing the affected areas, the sewage appeared to have been smeared around the basement. What should have been a professional sewer service turned into a biohazard situation that now requires professional remediation and possible removal of contaminated materials. The technicians and management were extremely unprofessional throughout the process, and after we raised concerns about the condition the basement was left in, communication became dismissive and calls were repeatedly ended without resolution. If you are dealing with a sewer backup or any situation involving contamination in your home, I strongly recommend hiring a company that takes proper containment, cleanup, and customer safety seriously. Based on this experience, I would never use or recommend Sureflow Rooter again.

No root cause was identified, no diagnosis was provided, and the exact same problem returned shortly after the tech left. I called back immediately and only receptionist would speak to me and said nothing could be done as it was the weekend and no management was available....UNACCEPTABLE. As a result, my household was left without hot water for the entire weekend! What is MOST frustrating is they charge a non-refundable diagnostic/scheduling fee and state that the purpose of the visit is to inspect, diagnose, and provide solutions. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, not a temporary reset that failed almost immediately!

Kevin transparently and honestly told me I was better off getting providence water contacted for repairing some of it which I appreciated. When my boiler and radiator were leaking, Kevin's crew came out fast to look at it. The bill came in a little high for just patchwork (no new components or parts were used so it was 95% labor except for some plumbers putty) but it was lower than the "high end" of the quote I got. Despite the cost, the benefit here is you know what you're getting and that (so far based on my experience anyway) is an honest job and reliable company. So, if you're looking for the cheapest, fastest option you probably want to go elsewhere. If you're looking for a reputable company that tells you straight up what's going on, gives you an estimate and sticks to it, then Five Star is your company!

Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke.
