Upon entry, I was greeted immediately and then while in the aisle, was greeted and assisted by another associate. So, service was great. Recently I had issue with several keys I had made here, when I took them back they redid them with no issue at all. I know it is a small thing, but I really appreciated it. I also get my spray paints here for any art projects that I'm working on. They have a great variety of colors and types, perfect for any project. They are also partnering with Yeti and have any type/size/color of Yeti cup you can think of up front by the register. Another big partnership s with the Green egg smoker. If you were so inclined you can get everything you need to set up the smoker. Including the egg itself but also a stand or a cabinet that the smoker slides into. I have picked up everything from nuts/bolts, to tools, wood, paint and light fixtures here. The service here was decent. Was passed a few times on the floor without being acknowledged, but when I sought someone out they were good to help. Completed self-check and the Associate there wished us well as we left. Overall, while this Home Depot is standard and nothing special, it is a solid spot to swing through when the need or itch arises.

Waited an hour for all the buck-passing until a "manager" finally told me 'their systems were outdated' so they could not process the return. I know computers might be tough to handle if you're a Lowe's employee, but the lack of service here was inexcusable. I was in the store for an hour with zero resolution, misinformation from the "supervisors" and of course all the waiting waiting waiting in an otherwise empty store. Managers passed me by without a word or a glance as they walked out to get their McDonald's. Drove 2 miles north to the Lowe's on E Campbell Street and the exchange was made in 5 minutes. You can save yourself some time if need be by calling the store beforehand and verifying they have an item in stock. As far as quality, I've found both the Bauer and the Hercules brands to be comparable or superior to other "Big Brands". Sure there is a dud every now and then but the same can be said for every other tool manufacturer. Harbor Freight is making a real push to be taken seriously in the tool world and you can see evidence of this in their new brand names in several categories. Yes, a lot of Harbor Hreight's tools are manufactured in China but take a look around, so are Craftsman, Dewalt and the majority of every other brand. Where Harbor Freight differs from the other brands is the fact that Harbor Freight owns and Manufactures its tools.........who owns Craftsman and Dewalt this quarter? (Stanley Black and Decker. Being manufactured in China.)
