First time in this store and the Manager greeted me, although I could tell she was busy and trying to stay calm thought they had a shortage of workers, she still took good care of me even applying coupons to my purchase, definitely will revisit this store. Now in Smyrna not the same case, I bought a miter saw, I thought I seen there was a coupon on my phone and when I get to the register the supervisor who was ringing me up scan the coupon I thought i could use and he did, this won't work for this saw he said, but then the manager at the next register mentioned about a coupon to the sup, but he didn't take the time to look, when I got home I noticed there was a coupon for the saw. This will probably be my last time at this store, I visited this store many time and I don't see how I couldn't get the deal that was advertised, no loyalty here at this store, the manager was wonderful not the supervisor. read more

I was looking for a good deal on a rotary tool and google brought up Harbor Freight Tools. They showed their 31 piece Chicago Electric Rotary Tool for $17.99, which seemed like a pretty good deal. Tired of being stuck in the house, I decided to trek over to the store and check it out. When I got there, the tool was listed at $24.99. I told the clerk that I had just seen it online for $17.99 and she said if I could find a coupon, that was the price, otherwise it was $24.99. I looked on line for a few minutes but couldn't find the damned thing. I'm not playing stupid games. If you advertise it at one price, you should sell it at that price. In the state of Tennessee, fraud is defined as "An intentional deception or misrepresentation made by a person with the knowledge that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to himself or some other person." I can't see how this type of bait and switch would not meet that standard. I bought a rotary tool at Wal-Mart on my way home. read more

This is a discount tool store. You will pay a fraction of the price for these tool compared to elsewhere. The hand tools have a lifetime warranty which is great considering their price. It is a must that you bring in coupons. You can find them all over the place, even in the Sunday paper. Once you are in there, I recommend signing up for the Inside Track Club, it does cost $19.95 but it will be worth it once you receive the exclusive coupons from being a member. Horrible customer service. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, the cashier never got off the phone. I went to pay and the cashier, again still on the phone, said to swipe card, I did and the credit card machine froze up. She then stood there and talked about being the only cashier, no manager to speak of all the while - I stood there and other people wanting to check out (she is still on the phone) - I finally said to just cancel the order because I didn't want to wait any longer. She scoffed at me as if I were the issue and then she walked off - while still on the phone. Customer service is dead in America. read more

On Thursday Went by and say tent sale, lots of people shopping. Bought several items and when looking at receipt at home saw I was overcharged on several items. Took back to store and ask Mgr Dana for adjustment---was told that sale today was for insider club---only sign said Fri, Sat, Sun---didn't see the sign, but many shoppers. Clerk and cashier did not point out sale rules nor did sigh, Mgr. Dina refused to adjust price and didn't offer to sign up for club. Was rude and not customer friendly. Will not shop at her store again. Mostly cheap and cheap made Chinese products that will not last, but good for house use if you don't need better quality. Think from now on I will buy better quality, higher priced USA made items elsewhere. read more
