It's not a glamorous spot, but for a smog test they are friendly and get you in and out quickly. While I always dread getting these things done for my car it's nice to have a dependable spot at a price that doesn't break the bank. So when I got the notice that my mid-90s F150 was due, I scouted around of places near my work that wouldn't cost an arm or a leg. I called over to Northgate Smog Test Only Center to see if they had a long wait at lunchtime and what they charged. I found a coupon online and drove over there. I was the only one there, so no wait whatsoever. My smog was done so fast, I assumed my truck had failed. Not so. I was in and out in a jiffy with a clean smog.
