I am currently nearly 5,000 miles short of the next 10,000-mile interval, yet I'm being told the coverage has expired due to time. That is both surprising and frustrating. Offering me a "discount" on the second service does not address the core issue, which is lack of transparency. I will pay full price if necessary, not with you.
