Today, I had another flat tire and also needed an oil change. I called and William, the owner, said they could take my car in right away. Once I got there, William took excellent care of my car. I was fortunate that the tire could be repaired with a plug so I didn't. need to buy any new tires. He took care of the oil change, changed the filter, re-balanced the tire he repaired, checked all the tires to make sure the pressure was correct and put the spare tire back in it's storage spot under the car. As with my last visit, all of this work was done with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and care and for a super reasonable price. William is a total gem and I will continue to bring my car here when it needs work. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. (Thanks, William!!)

I came from having experience with high prices from Midas and was immediately comforted with the down to earth staff and reasonable prices. I appreciate that they will always take my car and look at it to tell me the diagnosis rather quickly. However during 2022-2023 I felt like they overestimated the repairs and charged way too much. I feel like they no longer care about the customers best interest, they will flatly ask a repair cost that's double the cost of the car and act like they don't care if you can't afford it. Everything to them is "necessary". I feel like they aren't real anymore. Also the repair quality itself has gone down as my control arm all of a sudden "failed". I have a 17 year old car that is 150k miles. I am no stranger to getting it repaired. I believe that a car that is taken care of will take care of you. Where I take it matters, and unfortunately I no longer can rationalize taking it here. It's disappointing to spend that much money at a shop and for them not to even remember you. I'm not sure what management is doing but it is not the same shop it was just a few years ago.

The finance manager, Jonathan D., would not clearly document or explain changing interest rates and quotes. Instead, he became dismissive and told her she was "wasting his time" after we had been there for hours. At the end, she was given a five-minute ultimatum: "you have 5 minutes to sign or your deposit will be refunded." She was given the five minute ultimatum not once, but twice!! He later claimed she was "rude," which did not match what I observed. She was asking reasonable questions. We were also told she arrived early but sat in the car for 20 minutes. She had to explain she was pumping breast milk. We also reached out to Brady, the General Sales Manager, and did not receive a call back. I would give zero stat's if that option was available! This experience raised serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. Buyers should be very cautious.
