So far everything has been easy and painless. Zoran is the most professional and friendly manager I have ever dealt with, just a great human being. I could see that in his eyes the minute we started talking. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment we met. The location was interesting, I liked it, off the beaten path. It looked small but it was immaculately clean inside and has absolute gems for cars inside! Every car and truck available was gorgeous and looked brand new. Obviously this business cares for their vehicles and understands perception and the power of it. However, perception is just one aspect. I sure did luck out finding this place as I was searching all over the country for the vehicle I desired. I will go anywhere in the country to get the best deal at the most reliable business I can. My last vehicle was purchased in California and I flew out and done it back, because it was that good of a deal even with the days driving, gas, hotels and flight. To be able to get the equivalent in mute Chicago area though?? Priceless! I got a great price and Zoran worked with me, without complaint or frustration, when I completely changed my decision for a different car there that I fell in love with. There were three cars there that I had found, after a countrywide search.... In my expericence, iCars Chicago, is knowingly and blatantly dishonest and does not care about your experience once they get paid. If Mr Sulemani disagrees with you at that point he becomes verbally abusive and will spin the facts so he is not to blame. I purchased a 2014 BMW Z4 (VIN WBALM7C51EE385898) in late April 2025. While the car was purchased sight unseen, I have had successful experiences with online car purchases with Carvana and had positive anecdotal experience with Cars.com. The iCars Chicago website was reassuring although online reviews were both positive and negative. I am 59 years old and have been buying and selling cars since I was 16 years old. This experience was by far my most disappointing buying experience. I would like the opportunity to outline my rationale. The buying process was smooth, and Mr. Sulemani was responsive and easy to communicate with and I appreciate his efforts to get the car delivered promptly. My experience deteriorated from there. -Upon delivery on inspection of the trunk the battery was out of place and the trunk floor panel removed. See Photo -Also, the third brake light red cover was sitting in the trunk and there was an O-ring sitting in the fuel filler neck and the gas cap did not fit properly. See photos below. -The vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke and the cigarette lighter had obviously been frequently used, which required detailing to address. I called Mr Sulamani. He did not have an explanation, telling me that he is "a salesman and not a mechanic." He denied knowing if the car had been smoked in although it was obvious. It defies logic that these issues could be overlooked. He agreed to send a new gas cap and replacement 3rd brake light, but only if I first sent an email saying I was completely satisfied. I felt I was being held hostage which is also completely unfair. The gas cap he sent was cheap and not up to BMW standards and had to be replaced anyway. The 3rd brake light was the wrong color. I did not call Mr. Sulejmani back regarding this, as he is smart enough to know the color of the car he just sold, so I believed he did not care at this point. I decided to take care of these issues with the BMW dealer and accept that I was not treated honestly or fairly. However, in the process of driving the car to the BMW dealer in Appleton WI to get these issues addressed, I encountered several more issues: -when the headlights were set to "auto", the headlights and dashboard lights blinked on and off continuously See Video which is the last attachment -the washer fluid pump did not work and needed to be replaced -a power steering warning light came on, see photo below -a faulty brake warning light came on, see photo below - the passenger side air vent was faulty, and on inspection by the dealer it was obvious that the dashboard had been taken apart prior for reasons unknown, (nothing mentioned in the Carfax report) see photo below I understand I assume certain risks when buying a used car, especially without seeing the vehicle directly. Mr. Sulejmani assured me that "80% of sales are online and he has never had a car returned because of a disappointed customer." However, the dealership and the salesman have a responsibility to the buyer to be upfront about these multiple known defects. It is not possible that a responsible dealership could have overlooked this many problems and defects. It is irresponsible and dishonest. If I did not specifically ask about a potential defect, then that defect would not be disclosed which is obviously unscrupulous. A family member or friend would not have been treated like this. A customer should be treated similarly. Since the car was delivered, it has spent more time at the BMW dealer than in my garage. I am giving you the opportunity to do the right thing for your customer and reimburse me for expenses incurred to correct the known defects in the vehicle at the time of sale. I am happy to provide documentation of the repair costs incurred at the BMW dealer in Appleton, WI. There are multiple other non-disclosed cosmetic defects in the interior that are not included in this list or my email that are beyond the scope of normal wear and tear. I will accept the cost of correcting the steering and brake faults. 1. Diagnosing and correcting the headlight/dashboard light flicker - $210.00 to diagnose and $756.48 to correct 2. 3rd brake light replacement - $210.00 3. Replacing cabin filter due to cigarette smoke - $146.55 4. Windshield washer fluid pump diagnosis and replacement - $199.00 diagnosis and labor and $288.35 for parts 5. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. I don't even have the energy to type out everything that happened to me. I bought a Mercedes from Barry the owner and have spent 5k trying to fixing the issues the car had. He will be super nice at 1st but after he will tell you to "pound sand". The owner is verbally abusive and completely unprofessional. My car had problems from engine mounts to three oil leaks, sun roof was broken and they tried covering it up in the computer system. The front bumper was repainted for some reason. Lastly in my left axle was damaged from the left motor mount. All this was never disclosed, nor was I informed . Upon delivery they gave me a 10 minute window to receive the car. I told them I wasn't home and I had to tip the guy 50$ (he told me he would only do it if I paid him) just to take the car five minutes from my house to my moms house. Once I got to the car it looked like someone had tried to cover up the window being smashed because there was glass everywhere. I feel I got scammed from these guys. Every time I tried to contact them or to call them Barry would just yell at me and tell me that he sold me a good car. While always acting like he help, but he never did. He sent me after market motor mounts when he told me he would send me OEM. He sent me just the shade covering for the wrong window for my sunroof, and acted like he sent me a check when he never did. I have been dealing with issues non stop with this car and I would hope no one ever buys a car from ICRAP Chicago, because you will be scammed and attacked. Stay far away from this place. read more

I am a 75 year old Vietnam Veteran who was hoping to check off another box on my bucket list by purchasing a low mileage Jaguar convertible. Due to the current Covid situation and my health, I would have to transact all the details remotely. Over the past few months, I found several vehicles that caught my attention and sparked my interest but after reading the dealer reviews, I decided to pass since I wouldn't actually be able see the car in person and "kick the tires". About a month ago, I found a car that that checked all the boxes and after reading the all the positive reviews of the dealer - ICars of Skokie (outside of Chicago), I decide to inquire. I was cautiously optimistic since I had never purchased a vehicle remotely before. Many of my friends, advised me against it. My initial inquiry was answered promptly by Barry the General Manager. He was friendly, professional (not pushy) and answered all my questions. He assured me that the car was as described and that they prided themselves on great customer service as their reviews demonstrated. My next contact was with a fellow by the name of Zoran who is the Internet Manager. He and I had several conversations concerning the condition of the car - although the many pictures posted on the website were excellent, I still had questions. Z, as he is call was VERY thorough, providing me with a great many additional pictures as well as video detailing answers to all my questions. After that, we discussed price (I had done my homework and knew approximately what the vehicle should cost). In the end, we settled on what I consider to be a fair price for a vehicle in excellent condition and low mileage. Z arranged for shipping and kept me in the loop the entire time as did his shipper. My Jaguar convertible arrived a few days ago and it exceeded my expectations. Now I understand why ICars has so many satisfied customers and why they have excellent reviews. Drove 3 hours to check out inventory they and others had for stock for a Mercedes SLK. At that time nothing really was jumping out for the wife but "Z" had been super about test drives and gave us complete information about every car we looked at we waited for about 2 months and saw some new inventory that looked good online. So we drove back after Z had sent photos to us. Best 3 hour drive we ever made. Found a SUPER clean low mileage 2007 SL600 in a very rare blue that really popped. They worked out a great price for us and took care of a small issue before shipping it to our home, keeping me in the loop on the progress and even found a second item they took care of without question for us. When we get ready for the next vehicle we will be going back to work with them. Super wonderful people, owner was there on a Saturday and explained how the in-house mechanics they have are some of the best on European vehicles as well and they proved it.
