I bought a 2004 C5 Corvette Z06 from Mancuso Motorsports after searching online for one for a long time. Jonathan Moroni was the person that answered my call and was whom I negotiated the purchase with. I believe he is their finance director as well. I'm in Seattle, and was nervous about the long distance, as they are in Chicago. However, I was very impressed with Jon, and the deal went through without any trouble. He always either answered or returned my calls in a timely manner. He was very patient with me as well, since being sight unseen, I had many questions and even asked for a video of the car in a cold start. He was very forthcoming. They have many contacts in the business, and although I tried to find a shipping company on my own, I found that his contact was less expensive and decided to hire them. The car arrived and it was as described and, to my surprise, better than the photos. There were a few things I had to replace, like, battery and minor suspension items, to which I stated to him after the fact. Jon asked for receipts and cut me a check immediately! It was incredulous. PLEASE READ, PICTURES BELOW. I purchased a Range Rover from Mancuso mid February. Being from Florida flying to Chicago was a little bit complicated, but at the time I thought it was worth it. Prior to putting the deposit on the car, I carefully looked at the photos on the website. I discovered there was a dent on the passenger side door. At that moment I should have kept looking as THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG that they were going to sell this as is since it was NOT disclosed. After telling John about the dent, I had to convince him to cover the fix ($300-$400). I also wanted to make sure I did everything I could to protect myself from any mechanical issues on the truck so I went ahead and got a PPI inspection from Land Rover done. The tires did not pass inspection because they were completely worn and Mancuso was "kind" enough to supply the car with 80$ tires. The car was also due for all of its maintenance including oil change and filter, cabin and engine filters. I fly up to Chicago with my girlfriend and get to Mancuso and the car is parked in a dim lit parking garage. Given the weather in Chicago was also snowy and cloudy, we did our best to do a physical inspection ourselves of the body and paint. Jake the sales associate took us around for a drive and the truck itself drove fine. After finalizing the paperwork, we were on our way to drive to Florida. Now of course after arriving in Florida the car on the outside was very dirty (ice, dirt, salt, the works) and only after getting home and hand washing the car myself did I start to notice some serious flaws on the passenger side of the truck. There was very bad overspray and distortion in the paint work. Also, on the inside of the front passenger door a significant crack that ran down the door. I was shocked. The Carfax was clear and none of this was ever disclosed by Mancuso. Faults of this magnitude could not have been missed by the dealer. Before learning all of this mind you, I had already taken the truck to a Land Rover service shop due to the PPI inspection stating it was time for the regular maintenance. I was obviously disappointed so I tried to first see if 2 of the best detailers in town could do something to help out with the paint but both stated that the paint was far beyond something they could do to make it look good. So my next stop was to go to a body shop here in Orlando (Samuel's Auto Body) whom are the best in Central Florida and I had used them before. They gave me the news which I had already figured which was that the truck was indeed in an accident and previously T-boned and that for the dealer not to have noticed is just pure nonsense. (the back passenger door didn't even close correctly and was not flush with the truck). I then contacted Mancuso prior to typing this review. John was quite hostile and decided to not only play the ignorant card but tried to put the blame on myself. After going back and forth with him he said he would give me a refund on the truck, but ONLY FOR ME TO RETURN THE CAR - PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, AND LOSE THE $1,200 in parts and labor that I had already invested for maintenance vs. me to now pay $1,000 more to both repair and repaint the damage to the passenger side doors. Looking back, after the test drive both Jake and John were begging us to write them a good review. Thankfully I waited. Getting my title for the truck was another situation. The weren't organized or quick with it whatsoever. I waited for over a month, and if I had not inquired about it I would not have received it until even later than that. Honestly, there are bad reviews for this business for a reason. Mancuso reminded me, "if you leave a bad review, it affects our sales and money we bring home." I didn't appreciate that comment as if it were supposed to prevent me from writing an honest review. Being in the profession that I am in, and the hard work I did to bring home and purchase this truck, I don't appreciate their way of doing business. I was very aware that I purchased a pre-owned car, and of course was not looking for perfection but this was just a wreck, literally. I assumed good nature of the dealership since their were no accidents on the carfax but when you see any good lighting on the truck, the flaws show. They knew what they were selling, and I DO NOT recommend Mancuso Motorsports to anyone. Thanks for reading and hope this helps. read more

I'm very impressed on how much time they spent with me on phone calls and texts to make me as comfortable as possible. There was an issue that came up after I received the car that my local Porsche dealer quoted over $1200 to repair. Frank the GM, instantly made good on it and sent me a check. My family was on a road trip from the West Coast to visit Granny in Chicago. While we were parked in a wooded camping area, a field mouse crawled in to our locked minivan (somehow) and died. It soon smelled like a dumpster. The mouse was somewhere in the A/C ducts. Ninety degrees out. Could not use the A/C. Wife refused to get in the car. These guys found the dead mouse with a bore-scope, took apart the dash and cleaned out the ducts. Only charged us $177 for the job including tax! I would have paid twice that. Avoid. We bought a Porsche here and they were nice during the process but the car has cost thousands in repairs - As in within days of purchase. The car had no manual and I was told to pick it up in a few weeks. I forgot and called about 2 months later. Despite the fact that we bought the car in cash (legit brought a huge shoebox of $ which had everyone cracking up) they had NO idea who I was when I asked to pick it up and couldn't help me. I recently purchased a Porsche 911 from Mancuso Motorsports and am very pleased with the service they offered. When I called on the car and spoke with Mike he was able to provide me a detailed description of the car and emailed me critical documents including the vehicle history report, Porsche Build Sheet w/original MSRP and the third party inspection report confirming no vehicle damage and original factory paint meter readings. I was able to negotiate a great price and Mike was also kind enough to quickly arrange shipping (at a lower cost than every quote I received) and split that cost with me. I was able to sign all the documents electronically and the car arrived here in SoCal only 5 days after my funds were wired. Lastly, my only concern was the car only came with one key and a second one would cost $500 from my local Porsche dealer. Mancuso really stepped up to the plate and not only called my local dealer to get dealer pricing, they picked up 1/2 the cost as a goodwill gesture. Buying the car from Illinois sight unseen while living in SoCal was almost easier than buying locally. I went to test drive an Audi A4 at this dealership, I enjoyed the car and offered a price. The car was originally listed for $13,888 I offered $12,500 and the Salesman who helped me agreed and just needed his manager's approval. He makes the call and gives me the news that a work has been done on the car and it in total cost them $15,000 and that they can't go lower than list price. A few days later I offer $13,000 and get countered at $13,500. After two weeks the manager agreed to $13,200. I bought the Audi A4 2011 from this dealership on August 25 I noticed that the date and time on the dashboard were reset back to 2010. One day later I get home and the "Windscreen Wipers Defective" error screen comes on which beeps frequently and displays on the dash screen. I call the dealership and tell them about what had happened. I get a response from their Sales manager; have you looked it up online? I respond "yes but nothing specific to that issue" he goes on to respond "well that's weird because I can find a million things online" referring to google search which mainly returns blog posts. The Sales manager goes on to tell me that they can't do anything for me. I ask for his superior at this point and I explain the whole situation to him and he goes on in detail about how they gave me a great price and its a 6 year old car and what do I expect when I buy a used car and that they had offered me to buy a warranty and I refused. By the end of his rant I asked him to be straight forward and tell me if they will work with me on resolving this issue, I get a no. I was not afforded the opportunity to bring the car in to show them the message the car beeps at me nor did they offer. I offered to take the car to them or take it to Audi dealer for a diagnostic and show them the results of the diagnostic but the representative I dealt with refused to work with me on fixing the car. The reason for my negative review is the lack of professionalism I experienced at this dealership along with the fact that not 24 hours later I am stuck with a repair on the car. read more

Purchased a car from Mancuso Motorsports in February 2020 with a "Clean Car Fax Report" and paid $62,000 for the vehicle and it had 18k miles. In December 2020 I decided I wanted to get rid of the car (it had 26K miles). I went to a local dealership to see what they would give me for a trade in and, to my surprise, the vehicle was involved in an accident and had "Severe Damage to the Right Side" according to the AutoCheck Report. I was shocked. I was told the vehicle had never been in an accident and now with an accident on the vehicle, the value of the car has plummeted. I called Frank and asked if they would purchase the car back. He offered me $45,000... If you buy a used vehicle here, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR AN AUTOCHECK REPORT!!!! Mancuso only uses CarFax when SELLING CARS because CarFax does not catch near as many accidents as AutoCheck. Mancuso buys most of their cars from auction and the AutoCheck repot does a lot better job of capturing information on auction vehicles. When you go to a local new car dealership, ALL of them use AutoCheck since it is so much more accurate. Buyer Beware! Bought a car online for the first time from Mancuso Motorsports. Pictures misrepresented the actual vehicle. The bottom half of the front bumper clip was missing, the engine ticks, front passenger window don't roll down from switch on driver's side nor does it lock, rear door lock on passenger side is inoperable. I refused the vehicle when they delivered it called the police just to find out it was a civil issue. Jonathan replied, when I called, was you don't want to ruin your credit. I'll return your $1000.00 down payment. Furthermore, the interior plastic is cracked around gear shift. What does my deposit suppose to cover with all these issues. to add insult to injury over a month later I still don't have my license plate. I keep calling about it. Each week my license plate will be there next week. My temporary tags have expired. Jonathan and Dan both refuse to allow me to get contact information to speak to the owner. read more

My Porsche Cayenne Turbo as the best on the market in terms of value for dollar at the time of purchase for a 500 mile radius. I knew the moment I jumped in the car for a test drive that this car was immaculately maintained; they have some gems in their inventory. The few things that needed to be resolved after PPI, like new front brakes and a couple small fixes were replaced with OEM components without question or hesitation, and I hadn't even committed to buying it yet. Jonathan in finance walked me through every detail on the extended warranty I purchased, which helped to assure I was making the right decision on that aspect.
