Unexpected emergency on a holiday weekend -- they were incredible. Had a freak accident on the Fourth of July when my neighbor, who was out front smoking meat and celebrating, offered some fat to my dogs (they eat raw). Somehow, in the chaos, one of my dogs ended up swallowing the medical glove my neighbor was using to feed them--super random and definitely not part of the plan. Most vets were closed for the holiday weekend, but I was so grateful this clinic was open and able to take us in on what I know was a very busy night. They administered apomorphine, and thankfully my dog puked up the glove--huge relief knowing he won't face an intestinal blockage. ‍ They took such good care of him. He was a little nervous going in but listened to their commands and was the very best boy. I was impressed with how kind, professional, and efficient the staff was. I have never seen reviews this bad in my life. This place needs to get shut down. Everyone needs to write real reports to the Medical Board in Colorado and call them because nothing will happen if we don't. You truly messed with the wrong person when it comes to me and I also have a very large social media presence. I should make a viral story about this and warn everyone in Colorado about this place. People come to you with EMERGENCIES- and you guys just kill their animals with no consequences. That changes now. So none of us are crazy your office is really this bad. Shame on all of you. This office killed my cat with zero explanation and I was too naive and stressed to realize what was happening at the time---and I have never been able to get over it. Then we had another emergency and my mom mistakenly took her kitten here without realizing that this was the clinic who killed our other cat. They were about to kill her little kitten too and I found out and rushed over here and took her to another place. They found the problem in 10 minutes and got her the right treatment. This place is DANGEROUS. The staff is so bad it's like talking to moronic teenagers. They are rude and don't care that you're stressed about your pets life. Don't trust anything they tell you! This place traumatized me for life when they murdered my first cat. They literally never gave me any explanation and I should have taken him anywhere else and gotten real help. If they want to put your animal down you need to get a second opinion. If they tell you they can't figure out whats wrong- you need to run to another facility. I am not sure how the owner sleeps at night. You're a disgusting greedy horrible person. This many reviews saying the same thing is not a fluke. This place needs to go. Our Great Pyrenees slipped a disc in her back and became paralyzed. We immediately brought her in for assessment and options. Dr Moody believed Daisy had experienced an embolism and would possibly recover in 5-7 days. She told us what to look for in the event that her symptoms got worse. Later that evening, it was clear Daisy was not ok. She had now lost all movement in her tail and other hind leg. She was no longer able to sit up. I called the clinic back to ask how much it would cost to bring her back in with the expectation that we would be pursuing euthanasia. The vet tech came back on the line after talking to Dr. Moody and said we could not bring her back, that it was beyond their scope, and we needed to take her to a specialized neurology clinic. We had already explained to them that we did not have the $6,000 for the MRI let alone surgery with a 50/50 prognosis. To refuse to help us further when our dog was clearly in pain and suffering was devastating. I suspected that maybe they felt we hadn't tried or were conflating Daisy's symptoms to avoid the care she would need if it had been an embolism. Thankfully, after a horrible night and trying to keep her calm and as comfortable as possible, we found a mobile emergency vet to come help us. Daisy had in fact slipped a disc, not an embolism, and was in significant pain. She had suffered throughout that whole night needlessly. The vet validated our decision to put Daisy down, even though it was not what we wanted the outcome to be. I recognize that Dr. Moody was doing her best to assess without an MRI, and I don't blame her for not knowing the cause of Daisy's paralysis. I am upset that any further assistance was refused, when a simple second look would have proven the extent of her condition and validated euthanasia as the next best step for Daisy. We hope to not need emergency services in the future for our other dog, but if we do, we will find another clinic. read more

Took my cat for a urine issue. The process was fine. My cat needed a prescriptions which I got through this vet. After 4 months we received the meds. This month I was told we needed a check up. This is the 1st time someone told me this. And now my baby will suffer. Nothing but excuses made and no solutions. Absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely PATHETIC! This place that cares nothing about actual animals, but only about their profits. A dog was hit on the side of the road and several of us got out to help the dog. We eventually found the owner. It was bleeding profusely and nearly unconscious, and I called northside to make sure I could bring the dog in for AN EMERGENCY and the lady was rude and told me that I should call the cops because I would be financially responsible for the dog and said they would determine IF it needed any medical care. I yelled at her and told her like I had said in the beginning of the call that the dog got hit by a car and was bleeding out. it is always a gut wrenching decision when you have to put your pet down. After agonizing for two weeks I decided it was time to put my almost 19-year-old cat down. I got to Northside at about 6:30 in the evening. I could tell it was very busy. I was checked in and expected a little bit of a wait. After about 20 minutes, I was taken into an exam room and about 10 minutes later a tech came in and triaged my cat. The decision was made to euthanize him. The technician told me that the doctor would be in. I began to grieve my baby boy. Little did I know that I would be left in the room with no communication for an hour. I finally stepped out and the receptionist told me that they would be in soon. About another 30 minutes, went by and I could no longer take it. I was 100% a wreck and made the decision to take him back home. I packed him up in his carrier and walked out. The receptionist told me they would be in soon, but I told her I can't do this anymore. I can't tell you how horrible it was to sit there and wait for the end only to not have it happen. I got home and my husband was extremely upset. He phoned the clinic and was lied to. The receptionist told him that I was told that it would be a 3 hour wait. Not true! If I had known, I was going to be there for 3 hours waiting to put my lovely boy down,I would've never done it. I would've gone elsewhere. Needless to say I'm going to have to take him somewhere else today and go through it again. One of the most horrible experiences. Ever. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. I had to take my cat in for an emergency and after assessment they gave me an estimate for 3 days of treatment and asked that I prepay! Fine. Whatever. I'm guessing they thought I didn't have the money. Unfortunately, my little one did not make it and after some time to grieve I checked in with the vet to follow up on the expenses because I prepaid for 3 days and she passed after only 1. I was told there are no refunds and in fact they had to charge my card more because of euthanasia and cremation. Totally understandable that I would have those charges. When I asked for an itemized invoice (because where are the other 2 days that I paid?) I was given the worst attitude and told how she couldn't help because she was too busy and to call back. Needless to say, it was too sad to try to fight over 2 days refund so I chose to just walk away but I am leaving this review to warn people about this place!!! read more

This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a 24 hour vet clinic in my life. I have rescued several animals in my life whom I thought to be strays. Never have I ever been treated with such attitude, poor professionalism, miscommunication, and experienced such, honestly "mean" employees. I called inquiring about a stray I found this weekend after hours. They told me to bring the animal in to see if it had a chip, then I was rudely and abruptly hung up on when asking if there would be a temporary crate to use to bring the animal inside to have it scanned. When I arrived, I went inside and told a lady the cat was in my car. I assumed we were going to be bringing the cat inside to have it scanned. No. This lady has me pick up the cat, and without proper communication, starts scanning this cat while he is in my arms in the middle of the parking lot outside the building. The longer I hold the cat he started freaking out (of course cus he's just in my arms, without a collar or no leash, I literally just picked this cat up). He's trying to escape from my arms... and the lady stares at me.... And I said omg please help please help as the cat has now penetrated my collarbone area with his claws. She says "oh... do you need help?" And I said YES. Then she said "I can't help you unless you scruff him"??? (Take it both of my arms are holding him.. I can't possibly scruff him). So the employee basically watched me get beat up by this cat and did nothing about it, only when I asked she open the car door so I can put him back down if we weren't going to bring him inside. Luckily the cat was chipped, however since this was after hours there was no place to put this cat. I could have sworn they said that they could take the cat if he was chipped, but no matter. I honestly just didn't want to deal with these people, both the guy who hung up on me or the lady in the parking lot, anymore. They told me that humane colorado has a back door area that is a 24/7 drop off area for animals. I called the place, they didn't answer. It was also about a 50 minute drive from me. I was even nervous to go back inside and double check with the employees if this other place was open. At this point I am in tears, these employees' manners have crushed me when I'm trying to do something good, something I didn't have to go out of my way to do, but did anyway. I went back in, and the lady specified that yes, this place would be open. Place not open. Drove all that way for nothing. Cat is still at my house. Just because this place basically says "abandon the animal" through their actions, doesn't mean you should. I was so close to giving up last night because of the experience with this place, but I already got this far. Fingers crossed this cat finally makes his way home. read more

They went above and beyond to help our pet , they made sure we got our pet taken care of even if it wasn't with them.

I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the care my dog received at this facility. We brought him in around 6pm on Monday January 8th due to him somehow ripping his lower lip off his jaw bone. We were told he would need to have surgery to repair and reattach his lip. We were quoted $1343.12 and told that it could go up from there once the surgery was complete, depending on everything they had to do. I asked for high end of what we could be looking at price wise, and they said to expect it to go up about $300-$400. I said ok that's fine, do the surgery. A couple hours later we were called back to come pick him up to which the doctor (Dr. Feinzig) told me "I did my best to be an oral surgeon." Um what? That comment alone made me feel very uneasy about the outcome of this surgery. Upon arrival, they went over all his discharge papers, and brought him out to me. Immediately I noticed the left side of my pups lip didn't look sutured properly, but I'm also not a doctor myself, so I didn't say anything. My mistake. When it was time to check out at the front desk, I was told there was a balance due, which I expected, but then I was told the balance was another $650. Not the $300-$400 they told me to expect. Frustrated, I paid my balance and left. Got pup home and had him set up and secluded in a room by himself. I followed all of their care instructions, fed him wet food, kept his cone on, did leashed potty breaks etc. I went to remove his bandage as instructed, and noticed he had another on his back leg I needed to remove. Upon pulling up the first piece of tape, I then realized it was actually his IV. Still in him. I had to remove his IV myself. Then, not even 48hrs later, I noticed the left side of his lip looking funny and like it had pulled away from the bone again. Upon further inspection I discovered that some of his stitches did in fact come out. Then not even an hour later, they all failed, and his lip was hanging off him yet again. I called the hospital back and told them what had happened, and they said I would need to bring him back in for an exam and he would most likely have to go into surgery again. I asked if I was going to be charged for this surgery and visit, since I was just charged $2000 for it initially, and it clearly wasn't done properly. They said unfortunately yes I would have to be charged. I hung up and decided to take him to another clinic in arvada (Urgent Animal Care). Upon arrival I immediately felt better about the place I was bringing him to. They were able do the surgery, and reattach his lip for $500 less than Northside. The doctor there told me that the stitches didn't work because there weren't enough, AND the tissue was infected and should have been cleaned up before stitches even happened. The doctor told me she stitched the heck out of him, and threw in extra stitches where she could. I would also like to add that my pup is an anxious pup, and he was showing obvious signs of this at both clinics. Northside mentioned his anxiety, but did nothing about it. At Urgent Animal Care, they noticed right away and said they would get him something for the anxiety ASAP before he even sees the doctor. And they also sent me home with sedatives to help keep him calm. Northside did none of this. I wholeheartedly feel that if I had initially taken my pup to Urgent Animal Care in Arvada, he wouldn't have had to undergo a second surgery, and I wouldn't be out $3500. I cannot, in good faith, recommend Northside Emergency Pet Clinic to anyone for the proper care of their pet. read more

I took my foster cat in because she had a sudden onset of extremely bloody diarrhea and a productive sneeze, lot's of mucus. I also brought one of her kittens in as he was exhibiting the same symptoms, minus the blood in his diarrhea. My regular vet could not get her in so I called Northside as the next day was Thanksgiving. I explained what was going on and they told me to come in. Once I got there and told the tech what was going on she said that it was probably worms and that I should call the rescue I work with and insist they get dewormed. She also stated that she didn't think they had the test for worms. ????? She also said that their vitals were okay so it leaned toward worms. The vet came in and said that I should go to a non-emergency vet as it would save the rescue money. I informed her that the rescue is aware I was there and was fine with it. Plus, since I was already there I would like them to check her and the kitten. She said she'd get me an estimate and return. She slammed the door on her way out. The tech came in with an estimate and said that the vet wanted her to check with me once again to see if I wanted to go someplace that would be cheaper as that way we could "help more kittens". I was SO frustrated and said that the rescue is fully capable of managing their finances and it wasn't their concern. Such a patronizing and condescending comment, I was livid. I found another emergency vet clinic that willingly took them, checked them and they were found to have the calicivirus. My concerns at the other location were addressed with concern and compassion. They did not speak to me like I was a two year old and the rescue gladly paid for their services so that mom and baby were taken care of in the way they deserve. Do better Northside. read more

Brought my pup in with a strong idea of the issue, vet techs were rude and had cold "bed side manners" well the man I met initially wasn't very warm rather. While in my 3 hour visit, 2 x rays were taken... while "waiting" for the synopses my pup decided to throw up a good amount of the "foreign body" substance which was carpet tile, which was known to me. As he was throwing it up, I had to pull it completely out because no one was present. I cleaned the room up using items from the front desk receptionist... they gave him fluids and a nausea injection, for 595... 320 of that coming from "2-3 views" that I was told by the doctor would be a rough estimate of 200 or so.. I was overcharged in my opinion, to pull out the substance from my animals mouth, to then have them x ray and give me common sense suggestions. Our 8.5 year old pug became ill out of the blue on Saturday, November 18, 2023 and our regular vet, Caring Hands couldn't take her and recommended Northside. After testing and an ultrasound, she needed a blood transfusion and oxygen. They kept her 2 nights and we took her home on Monday. Took her on Tuesday for another blood test and her levels were not moving in the right direction. Early Wednesday morning she had a horrible blood loss situation. We took her back on and we made the terrible and heartbreaking decision to put her to sleep. Over the 4 days every single tech, nurse, PA and veterinarian were nothing but dedicated, caring and compassionate. We brought our dog to this clinic. She was in diabetic ketoacidosis. She stayed there three days. They were definitely shortstaffed. We helped out by going twice a day and feeding her animal she could not have insulin unless she ate with us attached to her and monitor the sensor fell off after two days, then they called in the wrong prescription for a new sensor. We had to pay for it at the pharmacy. They would not reimburse us. We go back in. They put another sensor on her it falls off within the same day. They say they have no more sensors so our dog is being given insulin monitored. We have no idea what her glucose levels are. This animal emergency clinic says they have no more sensors. They don't help us expedite one overnight from the company. We're having to wait four days for it. They refused to help us get a new sensor. So we have no idea what her glucose levels are. They have charged us $5000 possibly more. read more

My dog was bitten by another dog and had surgery the day before overnight, there was a lot of swelling and drainage, and I was advised to take her in if that occurred. I called with some questions and the woman on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed. She told me to bring my dog in for an examination, which would cost $170. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that it would actually cost a minimum of 1600 for the doctor to see her. I pointed out that I was quoted $170 for the initial examination and then I would receive options after that. To make matters worse, the doctor never came out to examine my dog. Instead, I was told I would be better off waiting for my regular vet to open at 8 AM. I STRONGLY advise against taking your pets here. read more

This place is not the best. I brought my dog in with a quarter sized puncture. After 3 hours of waiting they took him to the back shaved it clean. Brought him back out and said it's too old to do anything with and would have to heal on it's own. Charged $300+ and set us home. I visit my vet as soon as they could see him and was shocked that north side did nothing. Within an hour my vet had my dog patched up and stitches in. I call north side to discuss their treatment or lack there of and get put on the back burner. I show up and waited for 2 hours to just be ignored. I LOVED Northside. We had to unexpectedly take our loved one in yesterday. We had Dr. Murano (in my emotional state I hope I remembered this correctly) He took the time to explain options and didn't judge with what we felt was the most appropriate choice in our situation. Unfortunately, the best option for our pet was to let him go. They also helped with this process and showed how CARING and LOVING their whole staff is. While I of course wish our outcome was more positive, I truly was impressed and would highly recommend this facility. read more

I had to take my rescue puppy here several times (urinary tract infections, complications after spaying), because my regular vet at the time didn't have any openings for almost a month in their schedule, and another time it was after their regular business hours. She needed care right away. The wait time was a bit long in one case, but it's basically a first-come, most-urgent-need-served-first system. They were able to get her in each time within 45 min to a couple of hours. The staff were consistently professional, skilled, respectful and kind. They were clear in explaining the issues, and well as the care options. They always gave the price upfront. It wasn't necessarily cheap, but emergency care never is. I'm thankful they were available! I feel that thanks to them, my puppy got through her first 6 months relatively unscathed. read more

Our vet refers customers to this clinic for after hours emergencies. Our dog had surgery and had some bruising in an area not very close to the wound so we called to see if it was possibly infected. The receptionist was beyond rude and was very short with me. She would cut me off as I was speaking and spoke down to me like I was asking questions she just didn't want to answer. Later in the day my dog somehow ripped his sutures out and we had to call them again. She was again very rude, very short with us and had no ounce of empathy for us or our dog. We decided to not take our dog here and instead went to Animal Urgent Care in Arvada. There we were treated with respect and kindness. A far cry from the experience with Northside. I cannot trust having my dog's care in the hands of an establishment that treats pet owners so rudely. Please give your business elsewhere. The worst part about all of this is we found out that our poor guy is very sick and the bruising he had was not normal. Had we listened to this extremely rude receptionist we would have likely had something terrible happen to our guy at home. I'm appalled by this animal hospital. read more

Moody the vet was fantastic for a rough issue with my dog. Even went above and beyond for my husky who had a dog bite injury. The vet noticed my dogs breathing issues, which hasn't been figured out by any vet before, and found the right medication to keep her from wheezing. This facility should not even be in business! Not only did they not due their due diligence in treating our pup. I have never felt so judged before! On the evening of 11/27/2023 at about 8:00 p.m., my daughter and I brought her 1-year-old pup into this facility. When we arrived, we were greeted by the gentleman at the front desk, we explained the dog's symptoms as being wobbly, dizzy and lethargic, the first question we were asked was "is there any marijuana in the home" my daughter replied yes, the gentleman then proceeded to place his hand in front of the dog's face at which point the dog turned away. He then explained based on this test (hand in dogs face) "the dog most likely ingested marijuana and is intoxicated" he then explained "the wait time is 2 to 2 1/2 hours if we want to wait" we said we will wait, he gave us paperwork to fill out and we waited. Next a nurse came out and spoke with us in the lobby, looked at our dog noticed he looked wobbly, asked the same question "any marijuana in the home" proceeded with the same hand in face test, explained "the dog most likely ingested marijuana" said she'll speak to the doc and let us know when we can see the doc. We waited the full 2 1/2 hours when we were escorted back to an exam room where a nurse took the dog's temperature and told us the doc will be in shortly. When Dr Bellinger came into the room, she immediately took the dog out of the room to do an exam, within 10 minutes she returned with the dog and asked if the dog had access to marijuana, my daughter replied NO! The vet responded, "could the dog have gotten into the hash through the trash" then explained "the dog most likely ingested marijuana, she explained the dog was dehydrated and she could administer fluids through the skin and luckily he can't die from the marijuana and his walking a straight line now." The staff was so fixated on judging my daughter and her use of marijuana, their judgement and tunnel vision prevented them from doing their due diligence and accurately diagnosing her dog! The staff at this facility should educate themselves on the numerous reasons a person may utilize marijuana, to include but not limited to Chronic Pain, Anxiety and PTSD, just to name a few. We had ZERO confidence in this facility and the diagnoses! We took the dog to our regular vet first thing the following morning, where not only was he dehydrated but his abdomen and pancreas were inflamed! He was diagnosed and treated for pancreatitis, which could have killed him! I would like to know what credentials the front desk person has, to diagnose a pet and judge a pet owner? According to our vet, after explaining to him our visit to this facility. He said "he would have never assumed marijuana intoxication based on the dogs' symptoms upon arrival." Our vet explained "if the dog ingested marijuana and was intoxicated, the dog would have literally jumped back when the staff placed their hand in his face, urinated himself, been sensitive to touch, light, and sound." Had I not paid cash for this visit I would have done a charge back for the $132 exam that clearly did not take place! The staff here could not even take the time to explain the lump that would appear from the fluids. As we were leaving the facility, we noticed it and had to go back in and ask about it! I'm very upset about my experience here. We took my cat in because he had gotten scratched by another cat and had a bad infection on his back. They took him back and worked on him and when I picked him up they were nothing but nice, gave us meds and sent us home. However, I later (soon) noticed they had forgotten to take off his IV port! I didn't realize what it was so I started to remove the tape before I noticed. It really upset me because I felt like I accidentally hurt him. I took him back and sure enough- they had forgotten to remove it!!! Then later that night when I opened his meds I realized I had no idea what or how to do the meds. It was amoxicillin but it was a powder and part of it said to mix with water? I'm pretty sure they should have done that in the office before giving it to me? Or at least explained to me how to make the medicine?! I had to call and ask if I was doing it right. Then...yes there is more- the next day I opened his pain meds to give him and they had included only one- the other side was a false pill side. Which means he didn't have enough! I had to go back yet again for that. They explained that somebody probably didn't realize that the packs came with a pill in one side and nothing in the second side. I'm sorry, these people were nice so I feel bad but I do not feel safe taking my cat here if this is how incompetent they are. Plus it's pricey to have so many mess ups! Biggest issue- they made my cat uncomfortable (bc of the mistakes) and for that- I will not be going back. read more

Great practice. Took my 16 YO Shiba there when he got bit by a pit bull (after going to Arrowhead and getting turned away). They got my dog in immediately even though they were busy and took great care of him. Can't say thanks enough to the staff. read more

brought my cat here due to a bladder emergency and because we didn't have the money (outrageous price was 5 grand) my parents had to take him to another hospital and he unfortunately passed away on the way there. And on top of that dr.moody was extremely rude when we mentioned we couldn't pay and said that the only other option was to put him down. Do not go here unless you have a well paded bank account or you will lose your pet just like i did. read more

I want to start by saying I have not written a single review on this app and this is my first one because of the absolutely terrible experience my family and I just had. I would never recommend that anyone come here. I know in the future my family and I will make a point of not ever going here again. We went to euthanize our pet of 17 years and had the worst experience we could've ever imagined. The staff did not look at her chart, and kept referring to her as a male. Telling her it's okay buddy and telling us he passed and it's okay he's leaking from his nose it's normal. When I have had pets euthanized in the past, typically the vet explains what is being done or even has a conversation with us at all. The vet that came in to complete the procedure seemed like he did it as quickly as possibly could do he could leave and get back to the the group of staff outside our door who sounded like they were having a fun party outside the door. As we are saying our final goodbyes, staff were laughing and screaming outside the door and talking about the disappointment with their cold and under salted fries. They were laughing and screaming outside the door as we were spending our final moments with our pet of 17 years. I am so disgusted, angered, and disappointed by this experience. read more

Dr Taylor Eshmont (and I wish I knew the other staff by names) are amazing! They took great care of our dog hit by a car and they also took great care of myself and husband who were also traumatized. The way they treated our 16 month rottie under duress was expert. We've never seen him that calm with doctors before. They got him stabilized, got him assessed, recommended a plan and several options for next steps. They were fast, professional, intelligent and very caring. Ruckus had all the comforts of home including a fan. We could visit and see him whenever we wanted. We felt so much comfort to have found this amazing place! read more

My foster dog got very sick and I couldn't get her in to her normal vet on a Sunday. I called Northside and they told me to bring her in right away. They told me how to get her checked in before I got there and were very friendly and understanding. They got her in as fast as they could and stayed in constant contact with me and the rescue I work with so we all new what was going on. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Don't call yourself an "emergency" clinic if you only staff 1 vet each day. Unless your primary goal is to: 1. Provide substandard service 2. Charge a premium for calling your office an "emergency" clinic 3. Leave your clients owners frustrated Ugh what a terrible way to run a business read more

We received great service from Northside. Our boy of 13 years went down and they got us right in. Our wait time was a little over an hour while they did blood work. We did not get good news and had to have him euthanized. The staff was caring and empathetic, they allowed us to be in the room with our boy and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Today I received a sympathy card in the mail with messages of condolences written and signed by the staff that cared for our boy. It was a little pricy, but that should be expected with and emergency vet. They partner with an amazing company who cremated and got us our remains which were beautifully done. I brought my cat to northside twice and received excellent care both times. My cat needed to be hospitalized for a few days and I felt they truly gave him personalized care. Their communication is great and they are very friendly. I also thought their prices were fair and definitely lower than I've experienced in some other clinics. I would definitely recommend them! read more

We brought our sick dog there after a 3 day stay, they sent her home with a malfunction sensor for her diabetes. We could not monitor her. They called in a prescription to the pharmacy for us to pick up bring back to them so they can attach this new one. We picked it up and they told us we had the wrong one and they made a mistake had the receptionist call it in, We could not use it already paid for it and they would not reimburse us. Told us no charge to put a new one on. We went in again they put one in, and THEY DID CHARGE US. came home and it's a faulty sensor. Said wait for a phone call back finally we bring our dog in late at night to confirm it is faulty. They now will do nothing to help our dog telling us you should have gone o a vet. No they will not reimburse us of course tey already received $5000. So now we have a sick dog new sensor will not come in mail for a few days. Not to mention they were so short staffed we had to go in twice a day to try and hand feed her so she could get insulin. Horrible clinic don't take your precious pets to them. You will regret it. read more
