Anybody considering renting space in this facility would do better to make bookings on the website. I made reservation over the phone and paid $30 reservation fee. The lady I spoke with on the phone (who works the front desk) did not disclose the admin fee, that the discount is only applicable for first 2-months, and even though I originally requested the "convenient" storage space she set me up on the "saver" space on the top floor. Needless to say, moving all of my furniture up there was a big pain in the ass. All she had to do was give an extra 5 minutes of her time explaining thoroughly over the phone - I might have went with a different storage facility after finding out their prices but at least I wouldn't have had a bad experience.

It's a really clean building and I thought I would feel unsafe with the area, but I actually feel really safe stopping in to get things in and out of storage. The staff are really nice. I just added a second storage unit at the last minute during a move and they were so helpful to get me the extra unit right next to my existing one. I really appreciated how friendly they were, it made me feel more comfortable being in the building. I highly recommend the Happy Valley location! The 5x5 is a little smaller than actually 5ft, but the ceiling is super high, so it's something to plan for when you're moving your stuff in.
