I love that I am the first resident to ever live in my unit! I also love that the entire property is modern, new, and clean. The building is gated and there are also surveillance cameras in and around the premises. At nighttime, the building and parking lot are well-lit. It's very safe and secure. I love that The Views is pet-friendly. I have two cats, so I am especially pleased that the building & management allow me to accommodate my cats. In addition, the units have flooring rather than carpet; so, it's easy for me to clean up. There's even a convenient doggy station just outside in the parking lot area. The amenities are, of course a children small playground area, as well as a BBQ area. There are washing machines and dryers in each unit! I also like that there is a mini business center in the lobby for residents who may need quick access to a quiet area for a meeting, and a fully equipped fitness center, so you can get your work-out on:) The entire building is beautifully designed. Our Maintenace Guys (Can't remember their names) take care of maintenance needs and in case there are any maintenance emergencies. The building is located in a great area in Norwalk, Cerritos, Long Beach, Buena Park, La Palma, Anaheim, etc. It's also freeway close. The 605 freeway is just down the street and connects to all the other major freeways. There's a 7-Eleven right next door and there are several parks nearby and schools. This is really convenient for me and my girls. What makes The Views extra special is that the front office management team is very friendly, helpful, and kind. They have always been receptive to my concerns, and I appreciate it very much! Stephenie is so helpful, upbeat, and positive; and so is Tony the Owner. (who not only manages the building but also owns it). Let me just say that I've lived in different apartment complexes throughout the years, and I've never had such a positive experience as I have been having here at The Views Apartments. I can relax and get more done because everything is taken care of. Needless to say, I am so grateful to live here! And, BTW, I have great neighbors! What separates VillaCreek apart from other apartment homes is the exceptional service you receive. The maintenance team and the property management team feel like neighbors who have your best interest at heart. They are always accessible and work with you. Additionally, we have great residents. Everyone here is clean, relatively quiet, and respectful. I have been here for multiple years now and enjoy waving and catching up with friendly faces. No one gets nosey or complains, we all just get along and enjoy our space. The property owner has invested in upgrades which is a plus if you are a new resident. The location is great. Been here for a while & see neighbors come & go. Each time, they renovate it with newer appliances, brighter lights, & flooring. We've inquired for a new unit already or a 2 car garage & still haven't heard anything. I gave 2 stars, because the maintenance team is always kind & responsive, but other than that, for the amount we pay here, it's not worth the parking inconvenience, outdated appliances, and mold problems that mess up our furniture.

It started out ok, but it is horrible living in our apartment where grace is the office Manager. Usually people receive notices, I on the other hand received messages, like if i'm being yelled at by my mother and threats of her gathering evidence against me. Do not come here if you have a child with a disability, because she does not verify any noise complaints. She once messaged hey! I'm receiving messages of noise from your way, when it was the apartment in the next bldg infront of us. Told her wrong apt. Maybe you should go out and verify. The times I have complained about noise, I received no response from her until hours later when there was nothing to investigate, So yes this place is BS! We were always planning on leaving when our son reached HS, but Stauffer Middle where my son goes to which is across and down the street, is not worth it, this school has bullys and the school does nothing to the attacker. He is on independent studies and now has his work done through ipad. My son doesn't even feel comfortable going to the pool, which is directly in front of her apt. Because its 2 per household to be at the pool. I had my son and nephew there ONE TIME the first year and she came out like if she was ICE when me and my brother were there to keep an eye on them in the pool, mind you i was showing my brother the complex as well and after that, came out told me i couldn't drink or eat out by the pool yet i was at a table and had a bag with our stuff and we pick up after ourselves, so those rules in itself should stop you if you want an apt with a pool. He's probably swam 2 times in the pool out of 2 yrs here. Yet I witnessed a pool full of children and nothing was done. We are a family of 3, paying a 2 bedroom and all 3 can't be out there to enjoy what we pay for unless its 2 at a time? We live in the back bldg so how can i watch my kid and nephew from back there? It's a joke that they have someone like this as the property Office Manager, I am already waiting for a response from Marco who is her boss to this matter, but felt as a Tenant still living here currently, that you know this before risking coming here to waste your money to deal with a headache like her and a school like Stauffer Middle. After that our account is locked and at first said, Evicted No Access! Like we didn't even get a notice. Also a man showed up to do electrical work banging on the door and I had to tell him no, because we didn't receive a notice and our trust level here is null. I wouldn't recommend here also, because the floors are so uneven our bed in the room leans more on one side then the other making it horrible to sleep and we have a really good bed. Also we live on the 1st floor and the ceiling creaking level is out of control when the neighbors walk in the upstairs apt. Proof is in the screenshots I'm sharing. Happy House Hunting Peeps!

She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO! Also went i went in the facility was gross trash everywhere the outside paint looked like someone just got a bucket of paint and thru it on the wall. Horrible experience.

Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are convenient (especially if you have a fur baby). Yvienne was my leasing agent. She is very friendly, funny, and delightful. The staff stays on top of any work orders you put in and have things repaired as soon as they can. They are very friendly and approachable. Always willing to help if needed. The apartments are very spacious and has a modern look to them. It is a gated community with a pool & spa, picnic area and BBQ grills. The one downside and it's a minor one, is that some times the landscaping can be a little noisy. But that's very rare. This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My lease was up yet again I end up renewing my spot this year. They had recently upgraded my restroom and steam carpet cleaning and changed entire window settings which got so much quieter from outside noise. Pools and bbq areas always clean and covered as always. Great place to live and safe.
