They didn't include ketchup; the server explained that this is an Irish dish and they dip fries into the tarter sauce. They brought out ketchup when I requested it. I did some research about the dish. When fish and chips is served with mushy peas, it is northern British, not Irish. As for ketchup, the British and Irish prefer to use other condiments like malt vinegar, tartar sauce, curry sauce, or brown sauce. Marrowfat peas are mature, green garden peas that have been deliberately left on the vine to dry out naturally, rather than being picked while young and tender. They are used to make mushy peas, which is what was served. The Niagara Apple Crumble comes with a brown butter paste crust and raspberry ripple ice cream. The colour scheme for this restaurant is deep green. There are different seating zones: main, bar counter, main near outdoor terrace (more light), Large TV area, large outdoor patio, and narrow area near Elm St. The last area is very cold during summer and very hot during winter; the rest of the seating areas are comfortable.
