That said, this is some of the best coffee in San Diego. It's worth the parking situation. I ordered an oat milk cortado and a whole milk latte. Both were delicious--balanced, flavorful, and showcasing serious attention to detail. My mom said the latte was one of the best she has ever had. The store itself has a cute and fun interior that's welcoming. They have tons of seating, including booths, high-tables, and even a big wrap lounge chair. The staff are really friendly and helpful people who smile, offer suggestions, and engage you authentically. Overall, highly recommend Jaunt to all coffee lovers (and even the casual dabblers).

He was patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable about where to steer us. It looked like they had empanadas but they also have cheesecake! Natalie especially deserves recognition. She's consistently outstanding, friendly, attentive, personable, and always makes you feel welcome rather than like you're simply the next order in line. My concern is that so many people are using the tables as workspaces while connected to the Wi-Fi that it's become difficult for paying customers to find a place to sit and simply enjoy a conversation over coffee. I hope you'll consider creating some guidelines for Wi-Fi use, such as designating a few tables for people working on laptops and leaving the remaining seating available for customers who want to relax and socialize. There are also outdoor benches and other public seating that could be used by those working for extended periods. Right now, it feels like the balance has shifted away from creating a welcoming coffeehouse atmosphere for your patrons.
