When my friend and I went in, we were the only customers - around 9 o'clock when they close at 10. We were really confused when we place our orders and he went to the janitor closet/room in the back for about 10 minutes and came out with the pastry and then put it in a small oven or some sort. We noticed he was wearing gloves but he was using his phone which really defeats the purpose of using gloves. I'd feel more confident that our food wasn't being contaminated if fresh gloves were being used.
