Love Nothing Bundt Cakes! They're slowly starting to expand into the 626 area, which is really nice since they used to be only in the OC area. And ff you sign up for their e-club online, you get a free mini bundtlet on your birthday! I stopped by this location of Nothing Bundt Cakes after work to pick up my free bundtlet and was pleasantly surprised at how many unique things they had in-store to sell. The shop itself isn't too big - located on E. Imperial Highway in a pretty big plaza. There's a lot of cute homemade looking items, decorations, scrapbooking supplies, etc. They also have samples of different bundt cakes for you to try. I ended up redeeming my free bundlet and buying another one since there were too many flavors I wanted to try. White chocolate raspberry has always been a favorite of mine after one of my co-workers mentioned that she had this flavor bundt cake at her wedding. If she liked it that much to have it as her wedding cake, it must be good right? Love the moistness of the cake and the slightly tanginess that the raspberry brings to the sweetness of the white chocolate. It's not overly sweet, but goes great with a glass of milk. Highly addicting - a mini bundt cake is definitely the perfect size for a small treat. I also ended up getting a marble mini bundtlet. Basically a yellow cake with swirls of chocolate baked throughout it. It was good and definitely sweeter than the white chocolate raspberry. If you're into sweeter desserts, I think this is a good one as it has some chocolate and some standard yellow cake. With the frosting on the outside, this bundlet is a really addicting treat! There are a ton of other flavors, and they come out with seasonal ones every so often. I definitely want to try the lemon and cinnamon swirl one day. I feel like all NBC's are pretty standard since they probably all come from one place or incorporate the same recipe throughout all their locations. I haven't ever had a bad bundtlet yet! They sell regular sized bundt cakes as well as tiny bundtinis. I feel like the bundtlet is the way to go if you're looking for a single treat to eat yourself. If you're buying for an office party or pot luck, bundtinis are probably better. Call in if you're ordering a rather large order. Service is efficient and prompt, and the workers are all super friendly and accommodating. tl;dr - Bundlets are decently priced at $3.99 each (I think that's the price for one). I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! We have always seen this place around but never made our way into one. That is, until my husband started seeing Facebook offers for BOGO mini bundts! We missed getting them the first time because the deal expired, but luckily they came back with another one. We made our way down to the Tustin location the first time. We got the chocolate chocolate chip mini bundt and the white chocolate raspberry mini bundt. The chocolate chocolate was delicious, but I felt that the white chocolate raspberry was a bit too sweet for me. That is just my opinion though. We were greeted when we walked in and we were offered samples of the truffle. It was delicious too! Unfortunately they were out of the bundts in this flavor but it was nice to sample it so that we knew how yummy it was for a future order. The mini bundts run you a little over $4 each. Not bad as it isn't tiny, but just the perfect portion in my opinion. My husband was feeling generous after a yummy Valentines Day dinner that we chose to go to on the 15th to avoid a lot of the messes, and had us stop by this location on our way home. I liked this location even better! They had ten flavors of mini bundts! I believe when I went to the other location they had around six. We were greeted and offered to try their samples of Red Velvet. Again, yummy!!! These guys know how to bake. Every one that I have tried has a lot of flavor, and is the perfect moisture. They have regular bundts as well but as there are only two of us, we like the minis, and it gives us chances to try more flavors more often. We went with the chocolate chocolate chip one again because we like it so much, but got the cinnamon swirl as well this time. I'm glad this place opened up in North County. I got tired of driving to the District where the set up of that mall is awful. This place is tucked behind Lascari's, across from the Brea Mall (Cheesecake factory side). Plenty of parking and friendly staff. I called a few days before and ordered 5 buntlet's for Mother's Day for my mom, grandmas, aunt, BF's mom, BF's sister. I randomnly picked flavors and told them to gussy up the cakes to make them look pretty, add flowers and other decorations. They did an excellent job and sure, it wasn't cheap but all the "moms" were happy and that's what counted. My journey has not ended until I found a cake. So I called again. This time, I call "nothing bunch cakes". So a very nice lady picked up the phone. I asked the same question if they have walk-in birthday cake. She said yes. I drove there immediately. She was super helpful to guide me on their selection. The cakes are very unique. They have individual design, from cake type, sizes, decoration, candles... I was so happy. The price was also very decent. Sure, sometimes some workers are nicer than others, but I've been here numerous times to know that majority of the workers here need attitude adjustments. On their survey online, it asks if you ever get offered a sample. Nope, not the case. From the x amount of times I've been here, I have never been offered a sample, nor greeted. Instead, they offer you help as soon as you walk in, without taking it into consideration that I still have to take a look at the menu. Lastly, just a TIP; When placing an order of Bundtinis, request for them to NOT seal the box yet.
